16 piece Family meal dark meat with Mac n' cheese and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy.

Food is Good Based on my experience on 7/6/21. I was greed by the cashier name Arianna, she provided me with a good customer service I request 16 pcs family meal only leg and thighs without any problems also the manager answered all my questions about the issue with ordering on their website. The place is really clean from where I see Bathrooms aren't accessible to the public, No diner in, only curbside, delivery or pick up. I think the business owner or the Management company should read customer complaints and improve their business because No customers No business! Good business brings more customers.

Popeyes employee using the floor to clean kitchen items.

I was at the drive thru at McDonald's next to popeyes in coop city. I witnessed a popeyes employee come from the kitchen with a watering hose and kitchen utensils. He proceeds to was the items outside with the hose and the scraps the spatula on the ground to get whatever off. This has to be the most unsanitary thing I ever seen know one should ever eat there again. I have everything on video smh DO NOT EAT AT THE POPEYES. I have the video.

This little crum is considers a nugget here. A bunch of idiots work here.

Be careful they cheat you here on the tasteless nuggets and they're poorly executed. Will never come back to this location. It's a shame.

The food is good as any other Popeyes. What makes the difference with stores like this is the customer service. They have so many employees and they all look over worked. The tables are always dirty so one of them should be able to clean it, you would think. Something is going on here and needs to be fixed because I love the boneless chicken.

On the drive through menu but they don't have the banana cream cake...

Today's episode of "Why am I Here at Popeye's Anyway" started with the drive through. I wanted what's called the Big Box N More, which comes with a whole lot of stuff for $11.20, including a drink, 2 sides and a dessert. Fifteen minutes later with 3 cars in front of me, I get to the window. I ask for the Big Box N More and am told they don't have desserts so I can't get it BUT they will give me everything except the dessert and soda for $7.09. She then asks me for my 2 sides. One of them is a mac n cheese, for which she says "there's an upcharge of 50 cents for that" but the sign on the menu says that's only for substitutions. What did I substitute??? You get two sides!! The wait is ridiculous and the chicken was super greasy...this isn't the healthiest meal around anyway so great lesson in making better food choices going forward as well as saving time and money. This Popeye's at Co Op City is a big NO for me.

We walked into a bright, clean, and energetic space with a fast-paced atmosphere that reflects how popular the chain has become. Even with a line forming at the counter, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the operation felt well organized considering the volume of customers coming through the door. The dining room has a casual, functional energy, the kind of place where the focus stays on getting a satisfying meal rather than lingering, and the open kitchen adds a layer of transparency to the process. We went with one of the tender combos, which is really the reason most people come here in the first place. The chicken tenders were juicy, freshly cooked, and had a crispy coating that held up well without feeling overly heavy. The coating had a good crunch that stayed intact through the meal, and the chicken itself was moist and tender throughout. The real standout, though, is the Cane's Sauce. It adds a tangy, peppery flavor that works perfectly with the chicken and honestly ties the entire meal together. Between the tenders, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, it is a simple meal, but one that is executed consistently well. The toast is buttery and soft, and the fries are solid enough to hold their own alongside the main event. One thing we have noticed is that the chicken can occasionally feel a little greasy depending on the visit, especially if you are ordering a larger combo. For some people that may not be an issue at all, while others might find it sits a bit heavy afterward. That has varied from visit to visit, but it is worth mentioning because the meal is definitely on the richer side compared to some other fast food chicken options. The coleslaw provides a lighter contrast, though it is a fairly standard version of the side and does not stand out the way the chicken and sauce do. The staff during our visit were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well maintained. Food came out quickly, and despite the limited menu, there is something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing one thing rather than trying to offer dozens of different options. The simplicity of the menu makes the decision process easy, and the consistency of the meal across visits is a big part of the appeal. Raising Cane's delivers a satisfying chicken tender meal with quality chicken, a great signature sauce, and consistently solid sides. It may not be the lightest meal around, but when you are in the mood for crispy chicken tenders and a straightforward comfort-food combo, it is easy to see why so many people keep coming back. The meal is familiar, filling, and hits the right notes for what it sets out to do.

Oh my god, everything was so good. This has to be one of the BEST burritos I have ever had, comparable to the ones in San Diego. I love carnitas, and they do it so well here. It was tender, flavorful, just the perfect amount of sauce and seasoning! And the horchata was the best I have ever had too! The strawberry limeade was refreshing, and the grilled cactus was good! Of course, I have heard of Smashburger brand name but did not patronize due to the inopportunity to travel and the time. All in all, burgers are not my favorite food. However, I have a strong predilection for Jackson Hole burgers for their intense juiciness and flavor when holding it in your hand for a bite - never dry. With an open mind, I entered without any preexisting judgment for burgers or any brand name, chain restaurants burgers image or quality but a focused lunch for enjoyment. We decided to dine in for our lunch away from the constant stream of work related interruptions calling my name for assistance and frivolous inquiries to fully enjoy our meal. It took nearly twenty minutes - too long for our food to arrive. This Smashburger location sits in Kingsbridge, Bronx in a small shopping complex adjacent to businesses AT&T, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dunkin', Buffalo Wild Wings, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Baskin-Robbins. There is also a small parking lot for these businesses. It is very accessible via MTA NYC Transit 1 local train at 238th Street subway station. I did received my sales receipt. Double Classic Smash $9.99 (2 orders) Two certified Angus beef, with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, ketchup, butter toasted bun. The bun was nice and fluffy, but it was not buttery in taste. I have a strong predilection for brioche bread. There were no "Smash sauce" included as I had to add a lot of ketchup for flavor to taste, but the red onions and pickles were good. The lettuce was fresh and a generous large portion covering the entire burger. The beef was average although certainly above average than the standard McDonald's proceeded meat. My colleague/friend ordered the Scorchin' hot fries $4.09 which she enjoyed along with melted cheddar cheese sauce cup $4.99. I do not consume spicy hot food in any format. Surely, spicy hot foods are not my cup of tea. Fountain drink $3.29 Refillable and self-serve 20 oz. At first I selected the unsweetened black ice tea which is really unsweetened and utterly bland. I prefer hot teas that are unsweetened. The Dragon fruit was refreshing delight that it was completely sold out. We both have a big fat compliant for their beverages: why no ginger ale soda? Why are there two variations of Coke Cola (diet Coke and Zero Coke)? Ginger ale is the only type of soda that I consume which entice my interest.
