Awful service. I shouldn't have to ask for napkins, ketchup, a straw for my drink and the sauce I ordered with my nuggets. But yet, I did have to ask for all of that. There's seating that's blocked off but the remaining seating isn't enough for the amount of traffic. And that seating does NOT get cleaned. ThIs is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. This McDonald's needs to close down immediately! I waited a whole 40 min before they told me I can order at the register because they didn't speak English and didn't know how to ring up at the register. Meanwhile I had watched them ring up a person right before me and they had a whole conversation in Spanish. She rang up the lady's order gave her the change and got the food for her. I never have overly high expectations for McDonald's...but today was below my normal expectations. It was overly crowded, which was expected today as the kiddies were out of school for the week. Not a problem...however I felt the food took too long to come out, and when it did come out it was cold. I heard other people complain of their food being cold as well. My boyfriend and I split 20 piece nuggets. 4 nuggets had huge pieces of cartilage/bone in it. You need a code to get into the bathroom. I fully understand them not wanting people walking in from off the street to use the bathroom. However, you should be provided with the code after placing your order. My boyfriend and I had asked for the code after ordering. A worker told us that she couldn't give it out and she had to enter it herself. Okay, fine. She never came to enter the code. After waiting a good amount of time we asked someone else because she never came. Finally another worker entered the code. BUT THEN went back behind the counter without washing his hands. So he touched the nasty buttons and the door handle of the bathroom door and then continued to make food. When we were almost done with our meal, we saw ants crawling on the table! What can I say ?? BRAND NEW place. Recently renovated. I usually drive through but today I decided to walk in an check it out . The self checkout addition to this was great . Even get your food taken to you . But with this new added feature you would think the cleanliness would be up to par .. all the tables were dirty . The bathroom was a mess and only went to take pictures. It looks like someone mopped but people stepped all over the wet floor and made dark dirt spots all around the store . I'm currently waiting for my food . Oh and we asked someone to come and clean the table but still no one . I will finish after i receive my food Ok so I received my food .. and wow .. this is the problem that McDonald's will ALWAYS have . You can introduce all the new "signature " food you want . If you don't have employees that will continue to serve consistent quality products it won't work . Store review: I walked in a bit late around 10 something almost 11 pm on 4/22/19 and the cashier was loudly complaining how they're getting orders and to close the doors so people don't come in. I was confused since it says on apple maps the closing time is at 1 and she's yelling this out in front of costumers in Spanish, i guess so people don't understand. After taking all the others she goes back to her coworkers and tells them how they got so many orders because of those fucking people. This was also said in Spanish. While paying at the counter a co worker is asking the cashier if some guy is taking pictures of her, "he better not because I'll make his burger extra "special" and laughed. I guess I don't look like I speak Spanish or they just don't give a fuck. They didn't even sell this guy a drink just to be a ****, she laughed when he left as if it was on purpose. At this moment I felt disgusted and annoyed and rather not say nothing before she spits in my food too. I decided to change my order for take out and not eat in. This location of McDonald's sells the same items as all of their other locations, and whenever I go to a McDonald's I order their "Big Mac Value Meal" as a reliable option. McDonald's "Big Mac Value Meal" is something I order as a default meal choice whenever I allow myself to have an unhealthier meal, and the one's this location provides are of equal quality as their other locations. The burger was juicy, french fries tasty, and the drink which was an orange soda was good. When I went it wasn't crowded, and that was good as I felt comfortable ordering/eating there. I was able to get my food in a reasonable amount of time, found customer service to be straight-forward and helpful, was able to navigate the locations layout well, and overall had a satisfactory time. I have a difficult time claiming this place was sub-par to their other locations, as their product and customer service was of equal quality. The only thing I'd change about this McDonald's is their location. I wish they were in a safer/physically more beautiful area, and were outside of the borough of the Bronx. I also wish this alternative area would be more convenient for me to commute to. I hope this review aids in helping others decide whether or not to visit this McDonald's location. read more

I've worked in McDonald's before, and I can tell you this one needs work. Poor quality control, parfait is frozen, French fries cold, coffee is either too sweet or not sweet at all. Food comes out the back quickly and sits in the front while customers wait longer than necessary for their cold food; and the front slowly figures out what's going on. Let's start with the positives. The new renovation is a nice addition. Now the negatives. First the drive thru service had no service. We drove to the pay here window and it was empty, drove to the pickup window and saw many workers walk by but still no service. So since the drive thru service called out, we decided to walk in and get our meals ourselves. The electronic touch pad to order is a nice addition. Sadly that doesn't mean your order will come out correct as i ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meals and they decided to put egg and cheese on the 1st mcgriddle and the sausage on the 2nd mcgriddle (Haha very fun... if it was a joke but you would figure you would get what you pay for. Smh) The service was slow since they were short of staff and last but not least you now that to wait for a worker to put in the pin code (hand shake, eye recognition, secret password) for you to use the restroom (Hope you dont have to go that bad.) So if you choose to eat here GOODLUCK! Let's hope they fix these issues since they are located in a good location for business. read more

If I could have given this McDonald's a zero stars I would have. This is the absolute WORST MCDONALDS EVER. The customer service is disgraceful, and the cashiers/employees are disrespect and careless. For starters, the cashier that I had was not paying attention to our order and was distracted the whole time (EX. I order large fries the lady gave me small. I order a burger without cheese she give me the burger with cheese). Secondly the lady that was placing our food on our tray didn't even wear any gloves, NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WORE GLOVES EITHER.
