I ordered a bowl with half rice and half vegetables, and unfortunately the sides were disappointing. The rice often seems undercooked or lacking flavor, and the noodles usually look and taste rubbery. This time, I could already tell by looking at the noodles that they were not going to be good. The vegetables also did not taste fresh or properly cooked. The broccoli and cabbage tasted almost raw, which made the meal less enjoyable. Since I was really hungry and had not eaten lunch, I forced myself to eat it, but it still was not satisfying. I do enjoy the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and that is probably the main reason I still consider Panda Express sometimes. However, the side dishes really need improvement. Customers should not have to pay for rice, noodles, or vegetables that are bland, rubbery, or undercooked. After this experience, I would rather bring my lunch from home. At home, you know exactly what is going into your food. As a consumer, I believe it is my right to give an honest review, and this is mine.

I was immediately struck by how clean, well lit, spacious with ample seating this location is. Rosina the cashier was exceptional and she even brought my drink and food to me as I was a little out of it. Feeling completely refueled after a nosh in a/c without feeling rushed. There were no "Smash sauce" included as I had to add a lot of ketchup for flavor to taste, but the red onions and pickles were good. My colleague/friend ordered the Scorchin' hot fries $4.09 which she enjoyed along with melted cheddar cheese sauce cup $4.99. I do not consume spicy hot food in any format. Surely, spicy hot foods are not my cup of tea. Fountain drink $3.29 Refillable and self-serve 20 oz. At first I selected the unsweetened black ice tea which is really unsweetened and utterly bland. I prefer hot teas that are unsweetened. The Dragon fruit was refreshing delight that it was completely sold out. We both have a big fat compliant for their beverages: why no ginger ale soda? Why are there two variations of Coke Cola (diet Coke and Zero Coke)? Ginger ale is the only type of soda that I consume which entice my interest. I have no preference for brand name ginger ale, but this is utter blatant discrimination for omission and exclusivity against ginger ale soda. Milk shakes do not entice my drink interest.
