My husband and I were craving some burgers for dinner. We wanted to try a new spot. Read some of…read morethe reviews and looked good. We ordered a cocina burger, chimi burger, and classic fries from uber eats. Delivery took awhile, but food still came out fresh. I was disappointed, the burgers and fries were ok. The burgers were bland and fries were starchy, not crispy. I guess I had high expectations reading from the reviews. It just didn't wow me. Most likely won't be ordering this again if we're craving for burgers.

We had the pub pickles, boneless wings sweet bbq and honey sriracha with bleu cheese dressing. Sweet bbq wings were my favorite but everything else was tasty also. Service was absolutely phenomenal. The portions were pretty small so something to keep in mind but we were still able to get pretty full with 1 appetizer and 10 piece wings between the 2 of us with some drinks. Would definitely come back!

They try to rush u off the phone asap when ordering and the delivery guy is insufferable, spamming calls and beeping his horn rushing u. In person it's kinda better. Never noticed how bad the review is for here, but it's the only Jimbo's we got around here. It was very bland, and I could tell that the patty came from the supermarket, specifically from Butterball. It was really unappetizing. There was no seasoning on the patty--only sauce, which couldn't mask the poor taste. Additionally, he mentioned that the customer service was not pleasant. The staff refused to give him chicken fingers for our daughter because they were dine-in only, which seems so strange. Overall, I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

The hot dog is nothing to sing about, but I get a nice portion of french fries, I think it's a small I had and was happy with it. I also asked for a yogurt, but wasn't on the menu and the cashier said it's called cup and I had a double vanilla cup. I love the cup because I don't need to drink on my long bus ride home. I ate outside and then as I was finished the same cashier came outside and ask me and other customers was everything ok with our food and this gave me a warm feeling because even though this is a fast food establishment, they still care. The restroom is always clean and stocked with supplies which is great because I hate to tell the staff that they needed stuff because that's their job. The toilet seat needs to be tightened, but that's the only negative in my book. Oh, and I love when restrooms have toilet seats cover and they did major thumbs up. Of course, I will return because of the great customer service I received and the inside being clean and the also have running water inside by the condiment station which is another plus, just in case you can't get to the restroom being occupied.

Well, it was her one wish, to have something decadent and nutritionally bad, because it would be her last meal before undergoing extensive surgery and a lengthy hospital stay during her birthday and entire birthday month. Disclaimer: everything went fine and she's doing great. I ordered her burger on the drive there; we got her a classic beef burger with cheese and BLT. When we got to the hospital, we put two candles in the container and sang her a very rapid version of, "Happy Birthday", before we caused the fire alarms went off. It was great. She appreciated it and she devoured that burger. She said it was a very good burger. I've been perusing their menu and I think it may be time to head over there again. I've got my eye on their chimi burger with steak, fried cheese, housemade chimichurri and fried plantain buns. That just sounds too damn good to not eat.
