I'm seeing lots of bad reviews the food is ok, just gotta get it on the right day I guess, but I personally haven't had an order with something seriously wrong. ‍The customer service, definitely could be better. They try to rush u off the phone asap when ordering and the delivery guy is insufferable, spamming calls and beeping his horn rushing u. In person it's kinda better. Never noticed how bad the review is for here, but it's the only Jimbo's we got around here. Hopefully they just keep the food cleanliness and we'll keep them busy, but they might need a new delivery guy read more

They need to shut this Jimbos down. I find it ridiculous that they don't deliver to your door but cool if that's your protocol that's your protocol. I have always tipped their delivery guys $5-8 tips despite them not delivering upstairs. Food always comes late sometimes not everything I've asked for but continued ordering from here until today. Food was ordered at 7:56 AM DELIVERY guy called at 8:32 and I happened to be in the shower missed the call. call him back 10 mins later no answer. I had kids waiting to eat call the restaurant the moron that answers the phone puts me on hold for over 5 mins so I hang up only to call back and she's like well we have to see . I went off. I've heard of this place for a while and would pass by it. Today I decided to try it out! I ordered a Philly Cheese steak and a slice of red velet cake. The Philly Cheese Stake is out of this world! It was so good! The cake, however wasn't the best. It was pretty big and good (especially the frosting part), but the bottom was a bit hard). The staff workers are very friendly! Variety of food and affordable. I love Jimbo's!! They open early and close fairly late and everything is served all day.

They close at 10pm I Called to get 5 deluxe burgers at 909pm..no answer.. By 919 I sent my daughter because its a few blocks down and she was outside already. A co worker recommended Jimbo's to me and I read a Jimbo's review on another site that stated, "These Mexicans can cook their asses off", which made me smile. So I knew I just had to come here and try it for myself. I had a steak burrito, which was very filling and I would take it 10 times out of 10 over that e.coli tainted Chipotle nonsense. I have to come back and try the burgers and onion rings that are constantly mentioned on the other reviews. It's nice to find a fresh burger place near my house! I like that they have turkey burgers and the variety of hamburgers and Mexican food options are fantastic. Jimbos is the worst. First, the food is just okay, not worth the hassle of trying to order. They talk to fast on the phone and are eager to hang up on you. Moreover, today I ordered via telephone they messed up my order, I call back to tell them and they proceed to tell me that thats what I ordered and argue with me about it. I was just like, listen this is the wrong order, I just want my money back. They finally concede to give me my money back. I wait over an hour for the delivery man to come back (who I regrettably tipped smh) and no show! I call back the store and their response is that they thought I told them I would keep the incorrect order and that I didn't want my money back! ARE YOU SERIOUS. They made me leave my house in the cold night to drive myself to go return the food just to get my money back! NEVER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN. Go to 5 guys or smash burger if you're really craving a burger and ihop if you want breakfast food.
