I ordered my usual which is a steak bowl with guacamole on the side. I always ask for two large scoops of tomato and two large scoops of the medium salsa. I also order a tiny tiny amount of corn salsa as a garnish. Right off the bat I noticed that they were calling working for ingredients that were almost completely empty which was not a good sign. I also noticed that the woman who was taking my order did not seem to care at all while they were there. When I asked for specific portions of the mild, medium, and corn salsa they completely ignored what I said even when I asked for less of an ingredient. Even when I tried to repeat the word "less" they looked me in the eye and blatantly didn't listen. They also rolled their eyes at me when I asked for an extra scoop of tomato. I couldn't understand why this was a huge problem. The restaurant was clean and the food was still delicious which is partially why I didn't give a lower rating. I also don't understand why this location charges more for their food than other locations. Maybe I should just go there instead. read more

Ballsack service. They are so mean to me. threw my stuff in the bag. They also gave me non stuff. they were annoyed when I can go order

Horrible experience yesterday. I ordered a bowl-plain white rice for my son which i always do at every chipotle even this one. They normally charge me for a veggie bowl no meat and add extra white rice for me. My son has food allergies to dairy and he's a picky eater. He doesn't like the meat here and he can't have the lettuce because they use the same glove to grab the lettuce as they do the cheese. Cross contaminating the food. We keep it simple and i always get the white rice bowl and order chips on the side. Never had an issue. Last time i came here about a month ago, the girl wasn't sure how to charge it and asked her manager and he told her. Yesterday one of the 3 girls working in the food area saw the first girl put only rice in the bowl and started talking bad about me in Spanish. Maybe because i ordered my food speaking English, she thought i didn't speak Spanish. She said i was being cheap and if it was a side order, they needed to put it in another container smaller next time. She gave me a bad look and rolled her eyes and me So i told her IN SPANISH, no one is trying to be cheap and get it priced cheaper. I always order it like This and last time, that same girl asked the manager and he said to it was ok do to it like that and charge a veggie bowl, furthermore, my son has allergies and can't eat everything there. She looked more stunned that i understood her talking crap in Spanish and responded fluently in Spanish. She ended up leaving the food area and going towards the back. Then the girl at the register also had an attitude but didn't roll her eyes or talk bad. I had an issue with the soda machine it wasn't working and i was changed for a cup soda so i asked her if i can return the cup and get a bottle soda instead. When i sat down with my son to eat, i realized they charged me for the side dish anyway vs veggie bowl. I don't understand why this was so confusing for them. I won't be back and I'm in this area regularly for my son's braces treatment. Staff needs training on customer service and how to charge things properly I also forgot to mention that there were no eating utensils-only knives, no forks or spoons so i had to ask the girl at the register for that which is why i think she was a little annoyed also. They were low on napkins and the coke a cola portions of the machine weren't working read more

I've come to this location a few times and I keep holding out hope it'll be better and I keep getting fooled. The guac and cold sides are always freezing cold, the queso has been congealed and moldy looking every time, and the serving sizes for meat are so small I cannot find it in my burrito. I don't know what's going on with the temperature controls here, but they're very off. Please do not eat here, it's a waste of money considering how overly priced chipotle already is. read more

I usually have a nice time when I visit this place once a week to get a burrito bowl. It's good to have one close by because there aren't many in my neighborhood. The place is fairly clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always kind and generous with their servings. This is a great spot for a quick lunch! read more

I always come to this Chipotle. We don't have the luxury to have many around the Bronx so I'm glad this one is here. It's a typical Chipotle I will say. Clean for the most part. The workers move fast with the orders. They don't skimp on food & everything is always on point. **CHEAT CODE!!! Lot of shitty reviews idk man they didn't skimp on anything and it was good even tho that bitch was packed - cheers

The food at this chipotle was cold and not worth the money spent. However. The service was good.

Came in here with my boyfriend at 7:30pm on Sunday April 14th to sit in and arrived to barely any food. What made it worst was that the workers did not communicate whether they will be replenishing the pans. We should have known when three women in front of us walked away when we got up to order too. The workers continued to walk around the kitchen without any communication and when we asked they couldn't confirm when the food was going to be done. I get it it's Sunday afternoon but at least have the decency to tell us if you will be bringing out food or not. This location lost 5 customers back to back and the workers did not care. read more

They've didn't pack my order. They sling it into a paper bag the way you throw a used can into a street garbage can. I know you busy; but I didn't pay for this food with a coupon. The bag melted due to how they smashed the orders together. Paid for two orders of guac and chips $11.00, so of course they kept it. No means for a refund either. read more

No salad dressing , broken fountain, they prioritize mobile orders instead of taking care of customers in store. This place needs help immediately. Also was told the fountain was broken and I tried it out on my way out and it worked. Not too sure what message they are trying to send. Highly not satisfied. read more

About 92 % of the time, this chipotle doesn't get my order right/have to get the most refunds. The meat is always chewy/not cooked properly (or reused) or they always forget something. Today they forgot to put the sauces I wanted & the can't follow instructions to normal or extra. I've given this location a plethora of chances today (after complaining about them for the 11th time 2 days ago), I can honestly say I will never place a delivery from this location again. Thanks for not listening you the customers & hiring people that can't follow instructions smh... read more

Worst Chipolte ever. They SNEAK IN HIDDEN CHARGES for things like salsa! They tried to charge me $8 for chips with salsa because I asked for ONE extra salsa. RIPOFF! And when you challenge them on that, the MANAGER says Chipotle doesn't need your money anyway. DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. Go up the block to any other location!!!!! read more

I like this chipotle they aren't stingy with the meat, my pick up order is (almost) always ready. Can't go wrong with this "fast" food place. Only thing they need to work on is how long they cook the tortillas for. Sometimes mine is hard and burnt. read more

Terrible, terrible just terrible. I read through some of the negative reviews on here and they are spot on. I came here over the weekend and the customer service was incredibly unprofessional. The workers are rude and lack communication skills. They couldn't charge me for my order because their machines were down. When I asked that a manager make everything right the workers tried to argue with me a refused to process my order. To top it off I noticed that they were very nasty in attitude and tone selectively to black women who were in line. Chipotle, is this what you find permissible in your stores? read more

Ordered online for a pick up, a total of 6 bowls. Order was ready on time, but when i got the orders to my workplace, one of the bowls was missing meat. Very disappointing to have paid for an order that was missing stuff. Utensils and napkins weren't included in the bags either. Not sure if i was supposed to pick them out myself, but i would think that a to go order would include those inside the bags. read more

Dining is back, the rice was amazing, Sofritas was tasty, Guac was great. Worth it, the atmosphere was nice, a lot of orders as well on the shelf. Pick-up was not that great when dining was put on hold though, and I don't get why people complain with a Franchise as big and as popular as Chipotle. Only negative thing was that there was a line and had to wait slightly, although it was worth coming back and dining again. read more

They consistently give small portions and then make you pay extra for a reasonable amount of meat and/or toppings when they already don't give you a reasonable amount. During this hard time of Covid 19, service should be even better and efficient. Ordered my food on door dash (app) and they messed up my order. I got hard tacos instead of soft , I ordered a side of guac and I didn't get it. I was charged for it. I called the restaurant and they hung up on me. The delivery guy even give us a racist reaction. I have been on a chipotle side line for exactly 20min waiting for one person to update the meat in the containers. I saw one guy cut all of the meat while he knowingly sees a line waiting. Everyone who is waiting is waiting on the steak and he decides to update that tray last. What happened to customer service? Its not chef to table, but his actions spoke very loudly to those who waited. I guess thats what happens when you dont rely on a tip. Now its been 23min and the head server keeps telling him that we are all only waiting on him. Rude. Thr other girl who made my burrito was great and sweet. Thank god! read more

In general, we like Chipotle. This location gave us a really bad experience. We ordered online and scheduled a pickup at 7. When we went over at 7, the store was closed. Our credit card was charged. I contacted support and explained the situation. One week later, no apology or response. When I went in person to the restaurant a few days later, after it reopened, the workers seemed upset that I even brought it up. I recommend not ordering online unless you know that this location is actually open, because they will happy to keep your money and not even contact you about their mistake. It is shocking and maddening. Really bad business. read more

This place is more than awful. Every single time I come, my burrito is an inedible mess. Disgusting food, and STUPID ass employees

The Dominican girls they have working there lack in communication and listening skills. They are rude and always have an attitude. They had charged me for someone else order. They had the opportunity to correct the order before charging me and did not. They charged me and then gave me a refund when I question them about it after the fact. This prompted the worker taking care of the situation to become irate. I would never go there again. read more

So I attempted to download the app to attempt to get it for free since I ordered already and didn't know. . And the lady on the register asked the manager do I give him free guac and the manager replied no no one else, meaning someone prolly came in and did the same mistake I did and they was able to get it for free. First of all if you working somewhere you should make sure you know what the customer is getting via team work however, this incident the lazy cashier that was so focused on getting all the orders at once had gotten mine wrong. So I approached her and said I was charged incorrectly. She then says okay and gets a "supervisor" the supervisor hears me and says "oh okay" instead of acknowledging and apologizing on behalf of his employees mistake. Then offers me an option of being refunded and then being charged again on my card due to the payment being made on credit card. Very unprofessional. Not surprised tired of buying food from food chains in the Bronx and it being the worst experience ever‍ read more

HORRIBLE!!! The Employees are the worst of the worst and the register girl was so rude. There's no proper management. The line wasn't even crazy and took me 1/2 to order there were only 5 ppl ahead of me. They will start your order and then just walk away for a drink of soda. Tables were dirty and when asked to clean them they were rude about it. They didn't have grilled peppers and the chicken had run out plus there were no lemon wedges. I had my chicken bowl to stay but I couldn't finish it so I asked for a kid and bag and the register girl was so nasty sucking her teeth and all.
