I used to order from this location all the time until new management stepped in. Every order delivered was wrong, wrong, wrong. the corn was burned, the fried has seasoning on them when I asked for none, the three ranch dips were excluded from the order. When I went to the Boston Road location to return my order the soda machine was not working and I was told that I could not get a canned or bottled soda in its place. I love the mango habanero wings but unless I'm in the store to check the order I don't trust that the order will come to me correct. This location is horrible. Placed my order online, was told my order would be ready 15-20 mins. Got there about 30 mins later to find out that my order was not ready and wouldn't be ready for the next 20 mins. Employees are not wearing their masks correctly. Store floors are sticky. And there were more than 10 customers inside waiting for their orders, who all seem to have the same issue as I did. No type of social distancing. This is the second time we visited this location. The first time we placed the order in store and it took 30-40 minutes. This time we ordered online to avoid the long wait. The email confirmation said the food would be ready in 18-20 minutes. Arrived there about 25-30 minutes later and still waited an additional 25 minutes. Drinks requested online were not available, half of the selections were out. Beverages were warm and machine had no ice. I hope all Wing Stops are not like this one. read more

The soda machine was broken so the soda was warm and flat when I expressed that's to the cashier she said she knows pointed to the top of the machine and walked away. That's fine, it happens but I stepped to the side to pick up bc I ordered online and the cashier ignored me the entire time. I placed an order via DoorDash which had its own issues (they dropped my drink) but for $25 order of wings, large fries, and veggie sticks, the meal sucked! Not greeted, my name wasn't called when my order was ready, my shoes were sticking to the floor, the kitchen had food all over the floor as well. Online order supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes, it took 40 minutes. All the people who ordered in the store while I was there received their food first. Then, after asking for my order for the third time, that's when I'm told they didn't have one of the items I ordered. Such a sad experience, this is nothing like how it was when they first opened. The wings are great. But, this was my second time ordering online. I ordered the morning of 4/20/21 at 11: 29 AM for 30 wings I needed at 4 PM. I also paid online. My advice is don't bother to order online or call in advance if you are in a rush. The wings will not be ready. I arrived at 4 PM. My boyfriend placed an order at the counter at the same time. Our orders were prepared at the same time. This was the second time I ordered on line so I could just pick up and go. Never happens. It was delicious plump and juicy! Looks like Sunday afternoons are the best day. I ordered bone in classic wings order of 15. Flavors were korean, hickory bbq and mild. Mild is too mild for me. I also enjoyed the blue cheese dipping sauce. I usually prefer ranch at most restaurants but the blue cheese sauce at Wingstop is the best I ever had. The staff was courteous paid attention to detail and it wasn't crowded. I asked a ton of questions and although a little indecisive the girl behind the counter was so forgiving. When I go to fill my cups I look for the drink stand and its a large metal container with only ice tea. That is fine not a big fan of soda but there is no ice. What is ice tea with no ice,????
