My son picked up an order from this location that included wings in multiple flavors (barbecue and another flavor I don't recall), French fries, and a chicken burger for my husband. Unfortunately, the food was extremely salty to the point of being inedible for me. The fries were overloaded with salt, and one of the wings tasted like a heavy mix of salt and lemon--completely overpowering and unpleasant. After eating just a small amount, I even developed a headache from the salt content. I truly didn't enjoy the food at all. I believe it's important to know what's going into your food, and this experience made me feel like there was no balance in seasoning at all. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Third time visiting since this location opened and the level of service has already gone down. The restaurant itself is usually busy but fairly clean. The food on my last visit was horrible! I ordered mild wings but I definitely didn't ask for the extra grease on the side! The amount of grease that leaked from my food was ridiculous SMH. Thankfully I have rubber mats in my car because the grease definitely would have ruined any fabric it came into contact with. There is no reason for that amount of grease to be served with any dish! As others have expressed, WingStop or perhaps this location is a hit or miss. I first saw WingStop somewhere in upper manhattan and I had been curious to try them out. I'm a HUGE fan of wings, so WingStop had me immediately with their menu. I found this location on my way home from working and decided to stop in. Walking in, the place was packed but I didn't let that deter me. I placed my order for the small wing combo - includes 6 Boneless or Classic (Bone-In) wings with up to 2 flavors, regular fries or veggie sticks, 1 dip and a 20oz drink. I opted for the bone-in wings covered in hickory smoke bbq sauce and 'fry seasoning' fries. I also asked for a side of the Mango Habenero sauce and blue cheese. My meal was ready within 10-15mins, no issues. I got home and was very pleased with my meal. The fries were fresh and chunky, the chicken was delicious and sauced to perfection. I really liked the Mango Habenero sauce. I was sooo impressed that I decided to go back 3 nights later. Bad idea. I returned on Saturday, same packed crowd, same service. Not upset about that. What really bothered me was my food. I ordered the boneless wings (their cheaper btw), this time with the mango habanero sauce and a side of Korean bbq sauce. The meals looked as if they were in such a rush that they threw some chicken in the fryer and squirted a few drips of sauce and said "order up!". The chicken was somewhat dry and not flavorful. Of course I didn't realize it until I got allllll the way home. Really disappointed. I felt like I got better tenders at Mcdonalds with their new BBQ tenders special. l also ordered the Cajun fries this time around and they were ok, not as seasoned as I had imagined they would be; let's just say I had better at Popeyes. Korean bbq sauce was not bad by the way, I'd order it again but on the side. Overall, 4 stars for inconsistent food quality. The premises were clean and lit well. Service was also good, no issues. They weren't the most jolly staff however, they greeted me and kept the line moving. I think I have to agree with the consensus, it's a hit or miss with this place. I was very surprised when the cashier told me an 18 minute wait after ringing me up- as there was only one other person in the store. 30 minutes later a total 3 orders went out before I was called. While I was seated by the window to the right of the entrance doors I was looking around and noticed only my table had chicken sauce on the tabletop and yet I watched the staff on two occasions clean the outside windows and inside windows while I was awaiting my order. Got my order as a takeout. When I got home I found my fries to be overly salted with some strange seasoning- but worse yet- the fries were all overly cooked to the point the potatoes themselves collapsed. They even smelled burnt. When your order consists of wings and fries- not having good fries is pretty damming to a rating. Wwway substandard fries, a dirty table and an extra long waiting time gets you two stars. The wings themselves were on the verge of being almost over cooked. They were at that dry point just before burning, so the problem is the cook. Would I go again? Not likely. Their soda machine was even down. I would have had a shorter wait time, and a far more fulfilling meal at White Castles just down the block for half the price. read more

Food is good as long as you are there to pick it up. However, what ever you do DO NOT order via Uber Eats or Grubhub or anything like that. Why? Because my order has been wrong every single time I have ordered from them which is a total of about 10 times over the last year or so. I am not sure why they always get my uber order wrong but it always happens just for Uber to act as if you're trying to scam them because you inform them of your inaccurate orders with photos. Now it's almost like they can't handle the amount of business they are receiving. However that shouldn't be the CUSTOMERS fault. Your job and responsibility is to provide a service. The seating area is small but that's the space I'm sure they were allotted when they purchased the location. However that doesn't not mean you do not take care of the little space you have to offer consumers. Not sure if this is because they're a new location or just can't cook, but I tried some food from this location on Tuesday 7/3 around 4:45/5 pm. I live and work in the area so I was super excited to know that a new place to get my wing-fix was opening up so close- as the only other place (a Buffalo Wild Wings) is about 15 mins away in another town. Before eating here, I heard a few mixed reviews (I should've checked yelp first)- most of them were negative but a handful were positive so I still decided to give it a try. I used their app to order which was a plus for me because I love online/app driven services for food ordering especially if they have rewards available (Wingstop doesn't have rewards though). Ordering was pretty simple and I was pleased to see all of the different options and modifications I could make to my order. I ordered 8 bone-in wings- half lemon pepper and half garlic Parmesan flavored, an order of seasoned fries and a large drink. When I got my food, it was extremely underwhelming. The wings looked pale and almost flavorless because all of the sauce and seasoning dropped off of the wings to the bottom of the container and the fries looked about 2 days old and soggy. Despite these things, I was starving and needed to eat and decided that they may taste better than they look. I was wrong. The wings were extremely dry and super salty. It was like I was eating the Sahara Desert and hypertension with every bite. The fries tasted exactly how they looked. OLD. After about 3-4 wings and a handful of fries (because I was THAT hungry), I gave up and threw them away. One of my coworkers looked at them and was instantly disgusted. After a few minutes, I began to feel really sick and spent a large portion of my work shift in the restroom. My coworker picked my meal up for me from the location and he said that it looked extremely dingy and dirty in there and he opted to never enter those doors again. I have done the same.
