My son picked up an order from this location that included wings in multiple flavors (barbecue and another flavor I don't recall), French fries, and a chicken burger for my husband. Unfortunately, the food was extremely salty to the point of being inedible for me. The fries were overloaded with salt, and one of the wings tasted like a heavy mix of salt and lemon--completely overpowering and unpleasant. After eating just a small amount, I even developed a headache from the salt content. I truly didn't enjoy the food at all. I believe it's important to know what's going into your food, and this experience made me feel like there was no balance in seasoning at all. I honestly make better, fresher-tasting wings at home where I know exactly what's being used. Sadly, this visit was very disappointing, and I would not return based on this experience. read more

Wings were ok, I asked for well done but as per usual they were not well done. Service was friendly.

First time here . If your okay with waiting 35 mins for 15 wings this is your spot . How were my wings ? In all fairness,Hot & Delicious . The one girl(totally ridiculous , shame on the owner ) behind the counter Kyanan handling 100 customers & the phones & the countless Uber drivers that kept walking through the door is a dam superstar and told her so . Service with a great temperament and on occasion a smile . It's hard to smile when they're working you like a dog, but she did it efficiently and gracefully. She could do anything. She just doesn't know it yet. . To the owner , Dude you think you're being wise having that one girl taken care of all the customers to save in payroll but you have no idea how many customers you are losing because you discounting the people that are buying, but you're not counting the people that you're losing that I'm not willing to wait . and all the money you could be making with an extra set of hands, just dealing with the Uber workers and maybe two other people in the kitchen you'd be hitting a home run . Pennywise dollar foolish . read more

I did a review on this place a few years back and since then I have been here twice. I really do appreciate when a business gets better with time and this is definitely one of those businesses. The food was hot well seasoned and prepared in a timely manner the staff was friendly and very courteous. I have no complaints this is actually now my go to spot whenever I am in need of some wings. read more

The service is soooo slow waited 30 minutes for my food others came after me and got theirs first, food is mediocre and actually not good very very salty and for me to say that it's salty is because it's really salty, this is the second time I have bought wings from here and most probably my last, I will just go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead read more

It sucks so bad, AVOID ordering from this place because the service sucks, if they mess up your food order they literally won't do anything about it but tell you sorry and not fix anything, lazy people and just there for money, if you want to order online from wingstop i highly recommend staying away from this place, worst wingstop i've actually seen and it's so sad. Shut this place down already! read more

It's so much to write with this store. I'm just over it. Management is nasty. No one follows the instructions for the online orders. Maybe they can't read or just refuse to follow customers requests. Thumbs down for them. I'm just over them. They won't get my business anymore. Look I bought the chicken home and tried to feed it to my 130lb Pitbull and he didn't even want to eat it. read more

Was very excited to try their lemon pepper wings. Over seasoned and too salty to eat. Had to throw them away. The service is ok, but yea, could use some polish. It is a fast food joint, so adjust your expectations of service! I am not sure if I will go back and try the wings, although the employees at the Verizon store nearby like their food. Maybe it was an off day. read more

Customer service definitely needs improvement. Third time visiting since this location opened and the level of service has already gone down. The restaurant itself is usually busy but fairly clean. The food on my last visit was horrible! I ordered mild wings but I definitely didn't ask for the extra grease on the side! The amount of grease that leaked from my food was ridiculous SMH. Thankfully I have rubber mats in my car because the grease definitely would have ruined any fabric it came into contact with. There is no reason for that amount of grease to be served with any dish! I need to find another location after that incident. read more

I was desperate for wings since Buffalo Wild Wings was out of traditional wings. This place is filthy, flies everywhere and workers had masks not fully covering their noses. Disgusting! read more

Because the service was bad and my food was cold and I asked can they remake it and the throw oil in the container east of my money

The only reason why I gave two stars is because the cashier Robert who was there at exactly 2:39 pm today showed excellent customer service, very professional and patience when I asked several questions. Otherwise the food was horrible and a waste of money. read more

Two stars SOLELY based on the food. Menu sign is missing from display above counter, had to use takeout pamphlet to order. As my wife and I ordered, the cashier, Abby, (that's what the receipt said who she was...), kept interjecting, "Is that all??" between each item we ordered. I ordered a 5 pc crispy tender combo while actually pointing to that specific item on the takeout pamphlet. Somehow Abby changed it to a classic boneless wing combo which is $8 more. I didn't realize it until we exited the restaurant. I went ahead and ate them, because honestly returning that specific establishment wasn't worth the mental anguish. I have had a few other incidents, like them cancelling my Uber Eats order after 60 minutes...I reiterate the food is great, everything else, subpar. read more

As others have expressed, WingStop or perhaps this location is a hit or miss. I first saw WingStop somewhere in upper manhattan and I had been curious to try them out. I'm a HUGE fan of wings, so WingStop had me immediately with their menu. I found this location on my way home from working and decided to stop in. Walking in, the place was packed but I didn't let that deter me. I placed my order for the small wing combo - includes 6 Boneless or Classic (Bone-In) wings with up to 2 flavors, regular fries or veggie sticks, 1 dip and a 20oz drink. I opted for the bone-in wings covered in hickory smoke bbq sauce and 'fry seasoning' fries. I also asked for a side of the Mango Habenero sauce and blue cheese. My meal was ready within 10-15mins, no issues. I got home and was very pleased with my meal. The fries were fresh and chunky, the chicken was delicious and sauced to perfection. I really liked the Mango Habenero sauce. I was sooo impressed that I decided to go back 3 nights later. Bad idea. I returned on Saturday, same packed crowd, same service. Not upset about that. What really bothered me was my food. I ordered the boneless wings (their cheaper btw), this time with the mango habanero sauce and a side of Korean bbq sauce. The meals looked as if they were in such a rush that they threw some chicken in the fryer and squirted a few drips of sauce and said "order up!". The chicken was somewhat dry and not flavorful. Of course I didn't realize it until I got allllll the way home. Really disappointed. I felt like I got better tenders at Mcdonalds with their new BBQ tenders special. l also ordered the Cajun fries this time around and they were ok, not as seasoned as I had imagined they would be; let's just say I had better at Popeyes. Korean bbq sauce was not bad by the way, I'd order it again but on the side. Overall, 4 stars for inconsistent food quality. The premises were clean and lit well. Service was also good, no issues. They weren't the most jolly staff however, they greeted me and kept the line moving. I think I have to agree with the consensus, it's a hit or miss with this place. I'll return but I won't go for the boneless wings, maybe that's where the issue was. I would recommend Wingstop in general to others. read more

Horrible music very loud, disgusting tables, the door was very hard to open :(. Small space not a lot to eat.

An epic fail! Highly doubt I would ever try this place again. Greasy- not crispy- inconsistent order- flavor overload or flavor nonexistent!?! Seems they can't get anything right! Not even in the league of Buffalo Wild Wings. Pay more, travel more and go there instead. read more

Stick to boneless wings, food was good and cheap. Service was fast and the employees were very good. Ambiance is trash.

I understand that they just opened around 8/22/18 and I couldn't wait to visit and eat. I will say that first impression are,,, I had to wait 3 minutes for them to finish conversing. They were so into the conversation they didn't know who was next in line.. (WE) must do better for the customers. I started to just walk out. After a hard day at work and heavy traffic, who wants to stand and listen and watch people standing around talking. I hope the wings are better than the service. Wait a minute, let me taste a wing. Ok I just tasted the Mango Habanero and Louisiana Rub. They taste really great. So it's settled, the wings ARE better than the service. read more

By far one of the worst wing stops locations I've been to. customer service is at a all time low. Everyone working tonight seems as if they have no idea how to run a kitchen. from what it looks there's no manager on site. every worker cooking in the back does not have hairnets. I see 4 workers on site tonight not wearing their facemask. I ordered two separate orders online tonight first one said 16 to 21 minutes and the other one said around 16 minutes I went in about half hour later and they told me that it's an hour wait. I won't be coming here again. Shame on you owner. No leadership. read more

We were excited to try out the food here, put in a small order online.....went to pick them up and the service is terrible. We waited almost 2 hrs for food last night. If you are really craving wings go somewhere else. We got there and a manager was yelling at the kids at the register to stop taking walk-ins. I kept asking if the food was being made bc I wanted food or my money back. They swore we only had 5 more min (an hour and a half into this wait) which turned into 20 more min.... the worst!! And the food was just O-K, never again!! I wish I had read the previous reviews....seems like this place was always terrible smh read more

I was very surprised when the cashier told me an 18 minute wait after ringing me up- as there was only one other person in the store. 30 minutes later a total 3 orders went out before I was called. While I was seated by the window to the right of the entrance doors I was looking around and noticed only my table had chicken sauce on the tabletop and yet I watched the staff on two occasions clean the outside windows and inside windows while I was awaiting my order. Got my order as a takeout. When I got home I found my fries to be overly salted with some strange seasoning- but worse yet- the fries were all overly cooked to the point the potatoes themselves collapsed. They even smelled burnt. When your order consists of wings and fries- not having good fries is pretty damming to a rating. Wwway substandard fries, a dirty table and an extra long waiting time gets you two stars. The wings themselves were on the verge of being almost over cooked. They were at that dry point just before burning, so the problem is the cook. Would I go again? Not likely. Their soda machine was even down. I would have had a shorter wait time, and a far more fulfilling meal at White Castles just down the block for half the price. read more

service was terrible, they only made the food for the DoorDash while ignoring my order. food is alright but service ruins

I have been craving wings and decided to get some from here. Was not disappointed. Friends and I ordered wing combos to go and everything came out cooked well and crispy. This spot is my favorite Wingstop, every location cooks differently and seasons wings differently. They always make my wings saucy, I get the Cajun and mango habanero wings with an order of the godly goooood fries and everything is always so finger licking GOOOOD. I won't ever order from another location again, did it once and regretted it , got the driest wings getting my go to order of the Cajun and mango habanero. Food is good as long as you are there to pick it up. However, what ever you do DO NOT order via Uber Eats or Grubhub or anything like that. Why? Because my order has been wrong every single time I have ordered from them which is a total of about 10 times over the last year or so. I refuse to order from them via uber anymore so I will just have to personally pick it up. I am not sure why they always get my uber order wrong but it always happens just for Uber to act as if you're trying to scam them because you inform them of your inaccurate orders with photos. Once I had to even pick up my own $70.00 order before they closed after the driver brought me someone else $20 order. Employees are usually nice though. I can appreciate that. They just need to work on their uber order accuracy. read more

First time ever visiting. Ordered 30 wings and the voodoo fries. Only after placing my order, waiting for the food being prepared was I then told they didn't have the hot honey dry rub, which is the main option we came to try! Wingstop - the kitchen of a restaurant with people in the background - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pelham, New York

When they first opened, they had everything that comes with what a chair restaurant should come with...customer service for one, cleanliness, it was sanitary. Now it's almost like they can't handle the amount of business they are receiving. The customer service is gone out the window cause they can't keep up with Thor fees so they have to process you as fast as the can. So I can understand the frustration. However that shouldn't be the CUSTOMERS fault. Your job and responsibility is to provide a service. No it doesn't mean people treat you like crap however, how you treat people reflects on how the actual store looks and operates. When you're employees don't care it shows. The seating area is small but that's the space I'm sure they were allotted when they purchased the location. However that doesn't not mean you do not take care of the little space you have to offer consumers. The food still taste good but if the first impression is what you walk into it makes you extremely skeptical. Really hope the owner can find a way to instill better routines for his business or find a better business leader and show his staff how. It's not ok as a consumer to feel like your order food from an unsanitary place. read more

My fiancé and I came here tonight (sunday, August 2nd 2020) after ordering on the phone to find that the workers were not correctly following CDC guidelines of wearing face masks properly as well as the 6ft or 5 people inside minimum rule. All of the workers preparing the food had their masks under their chin laughing and talking over the food they were cooking which is utterly disturbing to see. There were at least 10 people inside waiting for their orders. Even though we ordered at 8:20, when we got there we didn't get our food until 9:45. The entire time of waiting all I wondered was where is the manager of this place because I don't understand how there were 7 workers not following any guidelines. The food was actually good though, other than that this place fails read more

The worst wings I have ever eaten, and possibly the most expensive for the amount of meat that was on the bone. I couldn't believe my eyes. I'll never go back to this place (maybe if I want to choke from dry brittle chicken). I even asked someone at another table who looked liked they had been there before... 'Do you order the wings with bones or without?' They said with bones, which is what I ordered. I always assumed they were juicer that way. If that is the case I can't imagine anyone getting the wings without bones; those must be freeze dried. The clientele seemed desperate for wings so all someone has to do is open a decent wing place and put them out of business PLEASE! read more

Not sure if this is because they're a new location or just can't cook, but I tried some food from this location on Tuesday 7/3 around 4:45/5 pm. I live and work in the area so I was super excited to know that a new place to get my wing-fix was opening up so close- as the only other place (a Buffalo Wild Wings) is about 15 mins away in another town. Before eating here, I heard a few mixed reviews (I should've checked yelp first)- most of them were negative but a handful were positive so I still decided to give it a try. I used their app to order which was a plus for me because I love online/app driven services for food ordering especially if they have rewards available (Wingstop doesn't have rewards though). Ordering was pretty simple and I was pleased to see all of the different options and modifications I could make to my order. I ordered 8 bone-in wings- half lemon pepper and half garlic Parmesan flavored, an order of seasoned fries and a large drink. When I got my food, it was extremely underwhelming. The wings looked pale and almost flavorless because all of the sauce and seasoning dropped off of the wings to the bottom of the container and the fries looked about 2 days old and soggy. Despite these things, I was starving and needed to eat and decided that they may taste better than they look. I was wrong. The wings were extremely dry and super salty. It was like I was eating the Sahara Desert and hypertension with every bite. The fries tasted exactly how they looked. OLD. After about 3-4 wings and a handful of fries (because I was THAT hungry), I gave up and threw them away. One of my coworkers looked at them and was instantly disgusted. After a few minutes, I began to feel really sick and spent a large portion of my work shift in the restroom. My coworker picked my meal up for me from the location and he said that it looked extremely dingy and dirty in there and he opted to never enter those doors again. I have done the same. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because of the app-ordering system and convenience. read more

1st off Spent $31 got 1 dipping sauce and when I asked for 2 more she told me I had to pay for it until I made her aware that I know my combo is suppose to come with 3 dipping sauces.
