I've only ordered food to-go from this location. Their quoted wait time is actually accurate. The food has been standard Wing Stop food. I also had a coupon for 5 free boneless wings on the back of a UH football game ticket that they also honored. My most recent visit was on Monday night. When I walked in a couple mins before they said the food would be ready, there was a line of 5 people ahead of me. I was surprised to see 3 people on registers. I was able to pay for my order and only waited about a minute before the food was bagged up and ready to go. I've had experiences at other WS locations where waiting in line just to pay for a call-in or online order would be 10 mins with an additional 10-15 of waiting around for the food. Lemon Pepper wings and their ranch is always a go-to for me. read more

My boneless wings were the size of a dime .... I need the manager please!!! This is Ridiculous

UPDATE: The owner called me and personally apologized. He said he reviewed the camera and took the blame for my sudden illness. He proceeded to tell me to let him know if I have to go to urgent care and that we was going to make this right. He even offered to give me a full refund and sent me a gift card. Obviously he couldn't take back the fact that I had to call into work. But knowing how important customer service means to him, meant the world to me. Thank you! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pearland, Texas

" This specific wingstop is like no other wingstop it's the most spacious wingstop I've seeeen " funny spongebob reference . But this wingstop is really cool I like the community it feels nice everybody seems nice and the music that they play is pretty cool I like the jams today they are playing country and I really enjoy that and there's also a lot of people here and they seem to be enjoying the place to and the workers are really nice and the service is great they seem to work fast and are well organized. They are also updated with recent technology like flatscreens across the restaurant playing specific sports and the fountain drink machine is really up to date and it's cool that they have it where you can refill your own drink instead of having to go up to the cashier to refill it for you. Well hope y'all have a great day (: read more

Update- the manager followed up with me and I am please with the Food is good and prepared on time BUT when you order online BEWARE because you won't get what you think you ordered. When I called to ask why part of my order is missing, I was told that it is a common thing when using their online ordering tool to have the order messed up. Didn't offer to refund my missing items and said my fault even though they know it's an issue with their online ordering tool. You would think that since they know it's an issue they would fix the online ordering tool. Instead, they get over on you. read more

Love this place!!!!!! They ALWAYS make my wings fresh and delicious. It's never refried. Wings are also always huge. Front-staff is nice, Emerson is always really welcoming and patient and wings are always out at a reasonable time. read more

This location caused me to love Wing Stop even more. Their cleanliness, great customer service, and phenomenal freshness of order is unsurpassed. I love ordering the Classic wings with Louisiana Rub (Baton Rouge, LA native) and fries with cajun seasoning. It's great that during my wait I can grab a beer and then head back home which is 5 minutes away. I simply wish Wing Stop would build a larger restaurant for game days. read more

very good wings. the variety is excellent. easy to get your drinks. would be nice if the servers were a little more personable and smiled more read more

Gotta love waiting 30 minutes to get half the food I paid for. They're notorious for taking too long to do anything, doordash drivers avoid delivering for them. read more

I love this place! It was our second visit and service and wings were awesome. I'll definitely be returning.

Very poor management !! Unable to handle a situation the proper way !! My daughter is employed by them and this is her first job. She was told to allow other employees to man her register resulting in her register coming up $20 short. A decent manager would never request or demand this of an employee. With the situation at hand they should be exhausting all other avenues before taking $20 from an employee of an already minimal paying job. My advise to my daughter is to refuse to allow anyone on a register that she is responsible for. Gonna do my best to track down and talk to the owner !! read more

Every time you walk into the restaurant it smells so clean. They are well organized with to go order and they have nice cashiers

Just picked up our order from Wingstop. We normally love their food, but this time not so much. We ordered online for pickup at 6. We arrived at 6:05. The food should still be hot. Nothing was hot or even warm. The fries are cold to the touch. We thought about taking the food back in but didn't want to wait 20-40 minutes for them to replace our order. So we brought it home and had to try and reheat the fries in the oven. We will try to heat the wings in the microwave I guess. Very, very aggravating. read more

If it ain't broke, why fix it. This company has been doing it the same way and it works. I've always been happy with the food and the service. I usually wait until my second visit before reviewing. Great food. Hot and on time. I ordered there and even though it was crowded, it was ready in 15 minutes even though they said 20. I'll be back! read more

One of my favorite places for great wings and french fries! They always have great deals and are pretty quick at getting your meal out. You can dine in or carry out and you can always expect the same quality food no matter which location you visit. They are big on consistency! read more

Well this place was pretty high up in my book until today, it's clear to me that this location is in deed NOT ready for the football season at all. I call in my order at 6:45 and before I hang up the young man on the phone says your order will be ready in 30 minutes. I show to pick my order up at 7:30 and before she checks to see if they're done she asks for my card to pay for it, politely I go with it assuming they're ready and that's why she is taking my money already, BOY WAS I WRONG. She proceeds to go to the back and comes back to tell me they're not ready, I ask well how much longer? She replies with "I can't tell you because I don't even know" then ignores me to assist other customers who later would be in the same boat as me. Very unprofessional. Will not attend this location again. read more

Let me preface this by saying that the dining experience itself was positive. The wings and fries were just as good as always. The workers were good. I went there for lunch today because they advertised a special which was $5.99 for 5 wings and fries. It did not include the drink which was $2.29. So, when I got the "special" with a drink, it totaled $8.96 with tax. The 6-wing combo which includes fries and a drink is $7.49. Add the tax and you're at $8.10 which makes the special (with one less wing) not so "special." Again, the food and the staff were good as always, but if you want to make the special really a special, include the drink. I still gave it four stars because the wings and fries were good as was the staff. I was just disappointed about the special. Seems like they're trying to pull one over in people. read more

The customer service at this location is lacking. I usually go to a different location nearby but figured I'd give these guys a shot since I like the area. I placed an online takeout order, picked up my food, and when I got home I discovered they forgot to put fries in my bag even though I had paid them for fries. I called, was put on hold for nearly 5 minutes, and the girl who finally answered offered to give me "free" fries if I came back. One, these fries were paid for, not "free". Two, why should I drive all the way back and let the food I did have get cold? No, I wanted a refund for the fries I purchased but did not get. She did not want to do this and instead said she could put my name in "the book" and I can get "free" fries later. Again, these were fries I paid for, not "free" fries. More importantly, how am I supposed to know if such a book exists or if she's just trying to get me to go away without a refund? What even makes her think I would want to go back there for more food after they messed up my order? By this point my food was getting cold so I told her since she won't give me a refund, I'll just chargeback the fries and let the credit card company handle it and hung up. The credit card company's paperwork process is probably easier than dealing with this Wingstop location. Fortunately for them, my SO lost the receipt and so I just decided to leave this review. I'll just go back to using my old Wingstop location where I've never had any issues or missing food. read more

Love this Wingstop! I drive 20 minutes to get these wings from here, because the one by my house has went downhill. Sometimes the service is hit or miss as far as politeness, but the hot and fresh food makes up for it. read more

Hot, fresh, and quick. What else can I say. We got the $20 special, and it was plenty. The boneless wings had plenty of flavor, and we're very moist. Staff was courteous and helpful. read more

Ewww. I got some chicken tenders today and they were undercooked. My fries, also were soggy. I wont be back.

Placed order online for a family pack. When we went to pick up the order they realized they forgot to give us the fries for our order. So we went back and the manager was super apologetic and even gave us an extra order of fries for the mishap. Wings and fries were cooked perfectly and were still hot when we got them home. Great staff, Great wings! I highly recommend this wingstop to anyone in Pearland. We will be returning in the future. read more
