Update- the manager followed up with me and I am please with the Food is good and prepared on time BUT when you order online BEWARE because you won't get what you think you ordered. When I called to ask why part of my order is missing, I was told that it is a common thing when using their online ordering tool to have the order messed up. Didn't offer to refund my missing items and said my fault even though they know it's an issue with their online ordering tool. You would think that since they know it's an issue they would fix the online ordering tool. Instead, they get over on you. read more

This location caused me to love Wing Stop even more. Their cleanliness, great customer service, and phenomenal freshness of order is unsurpassed. Very poor management !! Unable to handle a situation the proper way !! My daughter is employed by them and this is her first job. She was told to allow other employees to man her register resulting in her register coming up $20 short. A decent manager would never request or demand this of an employee. With the situation at hand they should be exhausting all other avenues before taking $20 from an employee of an already minimal paying job. Just picked up our order from Wingstop. We normally love their food, but this time not so much. We ordered online for pickup at 6. We arrived at 6:05. The food should still be hot. Nothing was hot or even warm. The fries are cold to the touch. We thought about taking the food back in but didn't want to wait 20-40 minutes for them to replace our order. So we brought it home and had to try and reheat the fries in the oven. We will try to heat the wings in the microwave I guess. Very, very aggravating. read more

Well this place was pretty high up in my book until today, it's clear to me that this location is in deed NOT ready for the football season at all. I call in my order at 6:45 and before I hang up the young man on the phone says your order will be ready in 30 minutes. I show to pick my order up at 7:30 and before she checks to see if they're done she asks for my card to pay for it, politely I go with it assuming they're ready and that's why she is taking my money already, BOY WAS I WRONG. She proceeds to go to the back and comes back to tell me they're not ready, I ask well how much longer? She replies with "I can't tell you because I don't even know" then ignores me to assist other customers who later would be in the same boat as me. Very unprofessional. Let me preface this by saying that the dining experience itself was positive. The wings and fries were just as good as always. The workers were good. I went there for lunch today because they advertised a special which was $5.99 for 5 wings and fries. It did not include the drink which was $2.29. So, when I got the "special" with a drink, it totaled $8.96 with tax. The 6-wing combo which includes fries and a drink is $7.49. Add the tax and you're at $8.10 which makes the special (with one less wing) not so "special." Again, the food and the staff were good as always, but if you want to make the special really a special, include the drink. I still gave it four stars because the wings and fries were good as was the staff. I was just disappointed about the special. Seems like they're trying to pull one over in people. read more

The customer service at this location is lacking. I usually go to a different location nearby but figured I'd give these guys a shot since I like the area. I placed an online takeout order, picked up my food, and when I got home I discovered they forgot to put fries in my bag even though I had paid them for fries. I called, was put on hold for nearly 5 minutes, and the girl who finally answered offered to give me "free" fries if I came back. One, these fries were paid for, not "free". Two, why should I drive all the way back and let the food I did have get cold? No, I wanted a refund for the fries I purchased but did not get. She did not want to do this and instead said she could put my name in "the book" and I can get "free" fries later. Again, these were fries I paid for, not "free" fries. More importantly, how am I supposed to know if such a book exists or if she's just trying to get me to go away without a refund? What even makes her think I would want to go back there for more food after they messed up my order? By this point my food was getting cold so I told her since she won't give me a refund, I'll just chargeback the fries and let the credit card company handle it and hung up. The credit card company's paperwork process is probably easier than dealing with this Wingstop location. Fortunately for them, my SO lost the receipt and so I just decided to leave this review. I'll just go back to using my old Wingstop location where I've never had any issues or missing food. read more

Placed order online for a family pack. When we went to pick up the order they realized they forgot to give us the fries for our order. So we went back and the manager was super apologetic and even gave us an extra order of fries for the mishap. Wings and fries were cooked perfectly and were still hot when we got them home.
