I think we got some boneless wings and some bone in wings and some fried pickles when I got back to my place of work and unpackaged the food and started distributing it to the people. I noticed that there was like seven pickle chips that I paid 999 for and then my nachos had zero chicken, barely any cheese overloaded with jalapeños and half of a small container of hot sauce. This is just insane to me that people work so hard for their money and we try to pay for a service and it feels like we're getting ripped off! I decided to call in hopes that maybe they would fix my order. I was even willing to drive, but the gal told me that "I should have checked my order before I left" I was shocked, especially considering I tipped 20%. I'm always a good tipper, but this instance I wish I could take it back. These companies only exist because of the customers and the customers are being treated like this. I mean, up there with anything from the Bay Area, Chicago, NYC... I could not believe it. Hotel pizza??? So I hit up Yelp and saw that they are near the hotel and have an affinity to service their pies to guests via the bar/restaurant. Instead of unpacking, I opted to finish my dinner (half was ample) because it was so hot and tasty. I don't normally save food on the road - since I'm usually out and about with clients and plenty of meals on the company card - but I had to save this in the mini-fridge. This morning I was headed out to the airport and literally packed the remaining slices in a clean, plastic dry cleaning bag and carefully put it in my backpack for the trip. I have never done this, lol. When back home I immediately popped it in the microwave and finished what was left. I mean... that is not my style!
