First time in this place we walked in and the first thing my wife said is "it smells like vomit in here." That should have been our clue to leave by we thought it might be a vinegar smell from the sauces or something. There were 4 tables seated 3 waiting on food. We ordered about $50 I'm food including original, Cajun and atomic wings. The original was a buffalo variation that was ok nothing to rave about. The Cajun was very salty and was appeared to me the original sauce only slightly less spicy with some seasoning tossed on top. The atomic wings are a poor excuse for being spicy. The originals were more spicy and had a better flavor. The atomic just tasted like cracked black pepper but overall very bland. The fresh cut fries were lackluster undercooked and not seasoned. A fair amount of tables were not clean. The only pace were to get a napkin turned out to be a roll of unbleached brown paper towels that looked like they were stolen from a nasty chevron bathroom and bolted to the counter with a piece of lead pipe. The soda machine dispensed nothing but flat soda and it took the staff 15-20 minutes to even start tying to fix the issue while customers waited or left. The staff appeared tired and dirty, the person taking my order was covered in grease spots and never washed his hands between handling money and preparing food. At least you can sit near the kitchen window and see that the kitchen is for the most part clean but the cooks are not following health standards touching their face and hair while preparing food. Final thoughts, I will not return here the place is overpriced the food is subpar and the service is awful. read more

I'd go here just for the fries. I love their boneless wings and the service is great. My whole family loves their food and there's something for everyone with all the different sauces. Earlier today my husband and I stopped at Luxe Nails to get pedicures and a manicure for me. While my husband was waiting for me, he walked down to WingStop to get us something to drink. He ordered two large sodas. When he attempted to get the machine to work, he found nothing worked except water. When he asked the staff, they said there was "nothing we can do about it". He then asked if he was really going to have to pay $5.41 for two waters? The response by the girl at the register was "sorry". We had noticed the service was slipping the last few take out orders we got. (Sent Ranch instead of requested Blue Cheese, didn't send the veggies, didn't send the yeast rolls that were ordered, sent boneless instead of ordered bone-in). None of these errors were worth driving back and letting dinner get cold, but today the attitudes associated with the error pushed us over the edge. We do not like Buffalo Wild Wings, so had been happy to have WingStop here in Pasco. Now, I'm afraid we will have to dig out our deep fryer. At least the service will be pleasant! read more

Food was good. This was my first time here, so I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews. One of the employees made an effort to be extra friendly to me and my kids (I found out later he was one of the owners). Beer was cold, wings were hot, and prices were good. Only thing that I was not a fan of were the fries. Soggy and soft, no bueno. Even the kids didn't want to eat them. Overall, I will go back. read more

This had been the 2nd time we've eaten here and the food taste AWFUL!!! I ordered 10 bone in garlic parmesan and it had no flavor at all. The flavor was very bland and the young individuals that are working there are very immature and doesn't really don't know customer service skills at all. I know the owner Dave and when it first was opened the food was delicious and since Dave isn't there anymore it went downhill and to be perfectly honest I will not waste my money to support a local business anymore!! I have tried this wingstop location at least 10 times for take out and have been disappointed almost every single time. Usually there is something missing from my order and I have to go back to get it. The last two times I've been, including today, I have ordered online, showed up when the website told me my order would be done, and my order was 'lost' and hadn't even been started. The first time the employees were very nice about it and tied to make it right. Today I was told 'there's nothing else I can tell you or do. You just have to wait'. I ordered my wings at 11:30 and am still sitting here in the store waiting at 12:15. I try very hard to be nice to servers because I've been in there shoes, but today I was treated very disrespectfully which is absolutely unacceptable. Not impressed by this place. It was our first time there and we told the team member this. He was friendly (a positive) and offered samples of some of the flavors, which was nice. But the actual food we got? Not impressed. We ordered a 12-piece combo (I think it was 12, maybe 10) boneless wings plus a side and a drink. We thought with 12 wings there would be plenty for one of us to take to work for lunch the next day. No way - they were more like "nuggets" than any boneless wings I've had in the past from other places. Really little and mostly fried stuff, not much chicken. We ordered the "veggies" for the side, thinking they would be breaded or something interesting. When we got home and opened the sack, we were shocked to see several raw stalks of celery. I would have loved to comment on the food but can't as I was never served. My wife and I read all the reviews before placing our order online. Several reviews commented about poor service and long waits we didn't believe it could be near as bad as people stated. We were WRONG it's the worst service of any restaurant i have ever been to. A customer in front of me had waited an hour in half for her to go order and demanded a refund as they said it would be at least another hour and refused her refund she had to threaten to call law enforcement before the manager caved and gave her money back. We ordered online and I waited in line for 30 minutes before getting to the counter to be told they didn't know when my order would be ready even after it said when to pick up my order online. My husband decided to do carryout from Wingstop for our dinner and ordered himself an 8 piece bone-in wings and 8- piece bone out in 2 flavors for me. The order took over an hour to prepare and when he brought them home, they were DISGUSTING! Every single piece of the boneless wings was entirely fat and gristle. After the 4th one, I couldn't even finish them they were so gross. The beans had a very odd flavor and smelled like beer. So, get there at 11, to find the door locked and people waiting. After an off hour employee starts knocking on the door they open up. Then the real mess starts. Till had not been filled, no ice in soda machine, no lids for cups or lemons out. Sauce bowls seen dirty even though nobody had been served yet and cutting board dirty with dried old veggies around it. And people in back doing prep work that im sure should have been done before opening. I recently visited the restaurant on Cage, in Richland. I have to say that after reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive when my friends asked if I wanted to go for beer and wings. We ordered about 70 dollars worth of wings consisting of four of the different varieties they offer(Atomic, Garlic Parmesan, original and BBQ) . While I was a little disappointed in the in the Atomic flavored ones, I absolutely loved the the other three we got. I could eat the Garlic Parmesan and BBQ everyday. As far as the service... it wasn't exceptional but it was friendly and prompt. At one point the man in charge, I believe his name was JR, came out to see how we were doing. He was a really cool guy. We had a lot of fun, left with a pretty good buzz and full stomachs... I'll definitely be going back!! read more

Calling in to place an order is a waste of time. Worst part is the staff didn't seem to care when I asked about the status of my order. This location is dirty, from the tables, floor, uniforms, and soda machine. The french fries at another location are excellent and these were undercooked. When I mentioned it to the staff, they told me to order them "cooked well done" next time. I shouldn't have to specify how I want fries cooked to be crispy. Disappointing experience.
