This location has a more welcoming environment than the other locations around town. Seating is not limited and you are able to fit a couple of groups without feeling cramped. They also have this separate area that can closed off which I am assuming are for larger groups or don't want to stay away from the noise. They have two of the coke machines here you can change the flavor and in between all the utensils, to go boxes, napkins, ketchup, and your napkins. Service was quick especially being a new location. I think I only waited about 10-15 minutes for my wings and fries. I would like to mention that I was with a party of about 8 people and we all got our food in time and it tasted delicious. I think what made this visit great is they had plenty of staff to help out usually other locations are short staffed and causes longer wait times and unsatisfied customers. read more

I wanted to give this place another shot, this is my 3rd visit here and got the same ending result. This place just not it! The service is bad, the restrooms aren't cleaned and the food is always COLD (wings). The fries are the only hot portion you receive the wings are ICE cold you can tell they've been fried for some time and just washed in whatever sauce you choose. My Wingstop order did get here in a timely manner, it did only take about 15 minutes to get delivered to my house. However, when I opened my bag, there was about 1 or 2 items missing that I clearly remember ordering. I was going to call the restaurant, but I decided to give them a little bit of grace, considering that maybe the location by my house could have been really busy, understaffed, OR the staff that WERE there, probably just did not know what they were doing or were in training. Wingstop is not bad, I really like the food there and I like the soft drinks as well, mostly the coke or root beer, but honestly they need to do so much better. I feel like they need to double check an order before they deliver it to the customer. If people are ordering and paying for what they order, we expect for everything to be there. But on the other hand, I do understand. I hope they will do better next time. The overall number of stars that I would give this order, would have to be a 3.5 star rating. The total price of everything I ordered was a little over 20 something dollars. I do still think it was worth it. However I also do wish that I could have gotten everything I ordered. My expectations were not all met, but I was still somewhat satisfied with my order. I would 90% order again from wingstop. I go to this location often the service is always great with the people at the front. I went in the girl at the front had her hands full with some gentlemen from the plants places a large order. Yvonne from the back already irritated that she had to come and help took my order of Garlic Parmesan bone in wings she asked me to reprint it i said bone in please. On my lunch break already running a little i just got my bag and didn't check until i got back to work and its some dried up boneless nuggets! I called up there to tell them the person whom answered the phone ask for my name to look up the receipt Yvonne the phone already with and attitude saying no you did not order bone in i tried to explain to her that i did i know what i ordered she told me I don't care what you say your just going to have to come and watch the video I said I sure can after work since I'm 25 minutes away. I was very upset I went there maybe about two and a half weeks ago. I went in at about 11:40 . I was waiting for someone to help me at the counter. I got off early from work because I promised my 14-year-old daughter that I would get her some wings. They would not serve me because they were closed. I said the door says midnight I didn't know you were closed at 11:40. She said we stopped taking counter orders at 11: 40. It was 11:44 and by the time they got to me they were closed. I ordered my usual: 10 pc with 1/2 Louisiana and 1/2 mango habanero. I decided on the combo which also includes choice of fries or veggies and a 20 oz drink. My fries were a bit salty, so for my salt sensitive friends I would recommend no seasoning. Wingstop's fries are just as good w/o it. Wings were Wingstopy...not dynamic nor disgusting...just regular. I have never left a review before, but today's experience was so disappointing, I felt it was necessary. We ordered food for 4 on Waitr to have delivered. When it arrived we noticed missing items and an order of wings made the incorrect flavor. Mistakes happen, No biggie, we called and asked them to make it right. The on duty manager apologized and started having the wing order remade the correct flavor. All good so far. When we asked for the additional items we paid for, which honestly were under $4, we were told they weren't on the order. Even after texting the manager a screenshot of the waitr receipt proving the we paid for extra items, they contacted the General manager via phone for approval but they refused. Just to clarify we paid a $3 waitr delivery fee, tipped the driver $12 and paid $60+ for our food. The store made the wings incorrect and even though it was an inconvenience, we didn't have an issue driving the ten minutes to get the correct wings, but to not cover the $3.40 worth of items their system missed, they chose to deflect the blame to their partner. As a business owner myself, that's very disappointing, especially given the fact that their customer had the proof of the correct items being ordered. read more

Ordered Garlic Parmesan bone in wings on Friday night. Drove home and each wing was cooked to a different shade of pink. My first clue that these wings were not done right was that the skin looked baked, not fried. The second clue was there was no garlic smell or taste to the wings. Generally, garlic wings have a garlic smell and taste ... Mine tasted like margarine. I did get some parmesan however, not on the wings, but stuck to the edge of the box. I called on Saturday morning to talk to a manager and was asked to hold. After four minutes I hung up and called back and was told the manager was busy ... could I call back later. It's so nice to have amazing wings right around the corner. My favorite is the lemon pepper, and I'm hooked on whatever it is that they season the fries with. The new location on Spencer was a great move as it is much more spacious and comfortable for dining in. I Like the Location Near Spencer and Center Much Better than The Experience I have had at Spencer Near Strawberry Rd in Pasadena Texas

So I called in order. Waited 15 min to come pick it up. Now I'm at the store and I've been sitting here for 30 min waiting on 20 boneless wings and a large order of fries. I managed a wing stop for 5 years and whatever happened to the 14 minute guarantee? This is ridiculous. I can guarantee my wing stop was way busier than this one and yet you can't get boneless wings that take 5 min to fry and fries that take roughly 2.5 to 3 min if blanched properly. To the owner you need to get on top of your staff and correct this issue. Finally got up and asked for my food and it was sitting on the counter just as long as I have been sitting in the store. Will never return to this location and I advise anyone else who reads this post to do the same. That's just horrible customer servix I'm updating this today March 14th. Still haven't received the gift card the owner said he would send. I'm done with this place. This would of never happened when I was running a wingstop. I use to like this place but it has gotten horrible over my last 2 orders. I thought the first bad order was just a one off which I say was bad because well none of the wings had the seasoning I ordered. Then the second time I paid attention to the seasoning for a take out order only to realize they shorted me 20 wings, and completely left out 1 type of seasoning I ordered as well as not being able to count. read more

I just had an EXCELLENT experience at this establishment. I usually only review a place if they make me super mad- but the manager here (Elizabeth) was so great, and handled my problem so awesomely that I had to give her some serious props. We downloaded the app, and used it for the first time to place an order for pickup, then went to pick up a large order... $40 worth of wings! Got the food, went home, and OH NO- they were all boneless! None of us like the breaded/ boneless version, so I went back to the restaurant to fix the mistake. When I got there I was showing the manager and realized that it was actually MY mistake, NOT THEIRS. Well, she still wanted to fix the order, and redid the 24 piece family pack as bone-in! Oh aren't most Wing Stops same old same old menus and looks? Yeah, pretty much, except some look bigger, some look smaller, and of course, different locations right? However, this one seemed a little bit more busy with phone calls. No worries though, service was still good. I ordered about 45 boneless wings and it took about a good 15 minutes, with only 3 people working, 2 big orders ahead of me, and the phone ringing and ringing, not bad, not bad. The bbq was delicious, the lemon pepper was okay...it was good, but very very oily, it was weird that all the lemon pepper was pretty much at the bottom of the plate rather than all over the chicken, so I actually thought I had regular chix strips (no sauce). The hot flavor was wonderous haha, the teriyaki wasn't really pleasing to me at all- no. No. It did taste like teriyaki, but the flavor was too bitter. The hawaiian was a little on the sweetest sweet side, mmmmm. The yeast rolls were hot and so soft, tasty, but not too appetizing to want again. The fries, oh my! The fries were so good! They tasted so fresh! This really beats McDonald's fries hands down! Good food, nice prices, good service, clean establishment. Second the coke machine was out and the one staff member that was supposed to be fixing it chose to carry on a conversation with someone she was related to instead of worrying about the customers. The food is generally good although occasionally the order will be done improperly (e.g., asking for crispy fries or extra crispy wings and they come out limp). However, it is rare that order screws up do occur; out of the few years I've been eating here I've only had one time where the order was so bad that I asked to be refunded my whole order and/or remake it. Very Disappointed!! We have never had an issue placing our order online and the food has always been good. Walk in and order is a totally different experience. Wait time is horrible. Once we arrived home with our order, we noticed it was wrong. Our lemon pepper wings had no lemon pepper. Called the store to notify the "Manager" by the name of Salena and "no need to give me her last name," (as she stated over the phone) was very rude, unprofessional and lacked any type of customer service skills. She stated that they usually only brush the lemon pepper wings with lemon butter, so if I couldn't see anything on the wings, that was the reason why. Wow! Not only did I not see any flavoring, seasoning or substance of any kind on the wings, I also tasted there was zero flavoring of any sort on the wings. Instead of offering a way to correct the issue, she chose to argue. We've been going to this wing stop since they opened here in Deer Park. Lately their service has been all over the place. We usually order online so you'd think there would be no error, well think again. I had to drive back because almost half of our order was missing. They replaced my whole order with fresh food which is great and all but I shouldn't have had to drive back. They're usually pretty busy people coming and going and their dining area is usually full, it's not terrible though. Their wings are usually on point but I don't know what the heck happened with their rolls they use to be amazing, now they look great but........when you grab them they completely crumble just sad and terrible. WE USED TO LOVE THE ROLLS. I'm sure if we tossed them at a wall they would turn to dust now lol.
