Friendly staff. Ordered ahead of time. Knowledgeable over the phone on menu. You order at the register. The wings are good- but the mild buffalo was barely seasoned. The lemon pepper was amazing. They have excellent ranch and blue cheese and you get carrots and fries at no extra charge. I got caught up at another stop so mine weren't hot but that was my fault. Next time I want to try some of the new dry rubs with more heat. Good variety and friendly helpful staff. You get your own drinks. The drink station and floor could have used some cleaning. The ambience is kinda... not super "fun", but it's an in and out deal. Family place. I don't know if they serve beer. I don't drink anymore but wings always went with beer. lol. Terrible service tried to call and make a to go order. They immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up went in the store placed my order. They said it would be 15 minutes. I ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes, my name was never put on the board and people that came in 10 minutes after me we're already getting their food they finally asked what my name was and said my food had been ready so i sat there over 15 mins for absolutely nothing on top of everything my order was wrong do better ! read more

Best place and Excellent service and environment, the food never disappoint me every time

Wings are good. Fries are tasty. They are a little on the slow side (figure normal wait as if you were in a normal restaurant and not a fast food joint), but overall it's pretty decent. In Paris I would call this excellent. I have eaten here about 15 times since they opened and my opinion is fairly consistent over the entire time. They are not awesome, but I find the food good and it is priced decently. I have been to other locations for Wings Spot and they are all about the same so I am never disappointed. read more

Well, friends and family, this was my second and last time to try this Wingstop. It was an unbelievable experience. I ordered the 6 piece combo with extra crisp fries (they added double seasoning salt). My flavors were garlic-parmesan and honey bar-b-q. When they came out the garlic-parm had a quarter cup on 3 chicken nuggets, the 3 honey bbq was drowned in sauce. I have no problem scraping it off but they were cold, so I asked if they could please put them in the microwave or heat them up. They told me they no way of doing that, so I asked to just change them to the garlic-parm. They brought them out in about two min. I am sad to say by the time I got home (21 miles) I was throwing up and had terrible stomach cramps. Paris has a new Wingstreet, I'll try them out and let you know!! read more

Had a issue with my order and had to come back up to the restaurant. Normally this would be were someone would leave a 1 Star review and move on. But when I arrived and explained the situation it was meet with genuine concern and an intent to make it right. See, this location has had some turnover in management and has struggled in the past. There are not alot of food options in Paris so I still would grab food from here every now and then, but it has been slowing down. This time around though Evin Wilson, new brand manager out of Longview, and his team went out of their way to fix the mix up. We all know that it can't go perfect everytime, but I think with new management this location is going to keep showing improvement. They could not have handled the situation any better. When I got home the food was better than it has been in the past as well which as a nice bonus. Definitely would recommend giving Wingstop in Paris another try if you have been staying away from it in the past. It is definitely back on the rotation for grabbing food here in Paris. read more

Tried this place twice because we love wingstop, but will not give it a third try. Wings were overcooked and dry and the only sauce on the mild wings was pure grease. We ordered cheese fries, but got half cooked green fries with no seasoning and no cheese. Definitely do not recommend. read more

We stopped in yesterday with the Grandkids. Angie waited on us and she was kind, efficient and professional. We ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless wings, chicken strips,fries and cheese fries. This was my first time to try Wingstop and probably my last. I wasn't impressed with the food, lousy service, and my order was incomplete.

I have been to this Wingstop a number of times over the past 2 yrs. I must say that this location is the worst I have ever been to. I am usually somewhere in the DFW metroplex. The service here is very slow, there was a ridiculous wait at the pick up window and when I tried to call, without even asking what I needed, I was put on hold, for 10 MINUTES. I parked my car went into to pick up my order and when I came out I was STILL on hold. When I got the food home it looked like the flavoring had just been thrown on without any tossing, all of it on one side. Ridiculous. read more

I went to Wingstop in Paris, TX because we have it in the city and it's very popular. However, this was the poorest experience I ever had in my entire life. The host Cajuana was downright rude and had a ghetto attitude as she seemed to not have time for her customer deciding on what they wanted. It took a while till we got our food for pick up and all that time spent it was downright nasty. Everybody that works in this location are ghetto as hell and needs to be fired because the lousy customer service. I feel so sorry for people who have to live in this small pitiful town due to people's lack of etiquette. Also this guy came in she told him his order will be ready in 6-8 minutes. While she purposely held us their for a whole 40 mins. I will be checking to see if she has been let go because she was THAT rude! read more

I only gave this review 1 star, because that is the only option, although I rate it a ZERO. To have a 30-something year old adult behind a counter rolling their eyes, raising their voice, rolling their neck is the epitome of HORRIBLE customer service. To have my 16 yr. old daughter come home and tell me the type of service she and her band mates received angered me enough to write this review. Their orders were wrong, then the employee came to their table and asked "who stole the wings?" When in actuality, they were still waiting on an order. I have worked in CX SVC Management for years, and my child whom you treated with such disrespect, works a full time job at another restaurant, so no, she and I and none of those children who were treated so poorly are actually not entitled. After calling and speaking to Tory Smith who claims to be the GM, I never received any type of empathy statement from him regarding the situation, just stated that he had already received a call about it. I will be reaching out to the owner tomorrow morning and advise all to go anywhere but here to spend their hard earned money. Quality VS Quantity people. There are plenty of people in Paris, with good customer service skills, you have options. read more
