Placed my order at 5:19pm. Received a notification at 5:39PM my order was on the way. Received a second notification at 5:57pm that my order was on the way. At 6:36pm, I called the store. Was very rudely told my order was on the line waiting for a driver to deliver it. When I mentioned it had been marked "out for delivery" an hour ago, I was then told "yeah, we're busy". At 8pm, I ordered McDonalds so my 6year old could eat before bed. At 8:15pm, I called the store again and spoke to someone different, they now can't find my order and don't know what happened... so they remade my order and now at 8:40pm I'm still waiting for pizza I ordered 3.5 hours ago. I've been up since 2am and just wanted to eat and go to bed. I'm highly disappointed and will NOT be ordering dominos again. I love the food but this is absolutely terrible. Pizza finally arrived at 8:43 but I didn't get the sauce I ordered and paid for. The poor driver offered to run back and get it. I don't even want the pizza anymore. read more

The delivery took well over an hour on a Tuesday after 12:00pm. The order was checked at 1:32pm, it is 2:43pm currently and it has just arrived. Seems a bit excessive on time honestly. However it did arrive hot and fresh. read more

Delivered me cold pizza without the coke I paid for. To me it's the same thing as someone stealing from me. Why pay delivery fees for horrible delivery service? Worst Domino's I have ever dealt with. The driver could care less about my order. Pizza was slide to one side of the box. Pieces were actually on top of one another. Good thing it was cold or it would have been quite a mess. This was the third order they messed up in a month. You certainly lost my business and definitely lost any endorsement or referrals. Don't waste your time ordering from here. I read all these positive reviews on here and they are no where close to to the service I was given. First I try to order on the mobile app and it tells me my address is not in their system for delivery, but I clearly see my neighbors getting orders. Second I call the store directly and I'm routed to a call center where the representative ask for my address and tells me the same thing the app tells me. I then explain to them I know they deliver to my neighbors so it should work, so they tell me they will call the store directly and put me on hold where I sit for 20 mins with no getting back to me on the status. After waiting so long I hang up to call the call center back and that's when I go through this same process over again. So Dominos if you care about your customers there is something wrong here and it needs to be fixed to get my appreciation again because me and my family love your pizzas. read more

Moldy cheese. There was moldy cheese on our pizza. Thought it tasted weird, then I swore it smelled weird, then I realized what it was we were eating. Mold. Pizza was also stale and the pineapples were shriveled. I've gotten pizza here a billion times and it was fine, but I'll prolly just go to capizzi's or papa johns from now on. read more

This establishment does not deliver to Camp Maxey which is 7 miles down the road. Camp Maxey is a training base that houses Army soldiers periodically. As a soldier that was craving Dominoes pizza, and getting the terrible news that they don't deliver to us, I am convinced that they support ISIS. By denying us pizza, we will grow very hungry and unstable. In this state of mind, we could be vulnerable for an attack. I believe this kind of scenario is part of their agenda. read more

I do not appreciate the manager Alana being very verbal on the pasta box. She thinks I intentionally waited 5 minutes before 0000 to place my order and it's obvious that my business is not very appreciated. I spent lots of money ordering while I'm at work and bring lots of business from my co workers that No ONE should have to get a rude remark on the actual food box. She writes "We would appreciate it VERY much if you didn't wait until 5 minutes before we close. Thanks!" Rude and Fuck her, I'm busy taking care of these sick people to try to be convenient for her! In the last 3 months everytime I order or try to order a pizza, the person answering the phone has an attitude of trying to discourage me from ordering by saying "it will take 35 minutes" and when I say "ok that's fine" their reply was "ooookkk". This is for a pick up because when I've called for a delivery that try to tell me it will take up to 1 1/2 hours. Now this is not on a Friday night it is during the day at 11:20 a.m. If this town had another domino's location I would do business there. The employees need to be friendlier and quit trying to get customers to do business somewhere else. Maybe I'll try Pizza Hut next time. read more

I don't live in the area anymore, but I still have family that resides there. I have ordered online and had pizzas sent to several of my family members as a surprise, but mostly for the older ones that don't cook or get out often. The website is easy to navigate and I can track the progress and delivery time of the pizza! I've never had any issues with this store, the service is fast and the pizza hot. I love the Quick Delivery times. Only had one driver be not so polite but i use to deliver for Pizza Hut and loved my job but also know how tough it can be to be a delivery driver. One rude customer can really make you feel down, or on a slow day i know that tips pay for your gas because the store doesn't really reimburse much for gas (well not enough to cover runs and distances) so i always try to tip the drivers unless they are just complete A-Holes.I have not been in store only delivery and i am pleased! read more
