First tie I've ordered from Papa Murphy in years. Excellent food. we will order again.

Overall it is an easy place to get in and out of with a ready to bake pizza or two for less time/money than Pizza Hut would be for something equivilant. Sometimes the bosses are there and things seem to run on greased skids, other times the kids are hopped up on goof juice and it gets am ordered messed up or takes too long. But over all the times I have been here, they mostly do a good job and provide an easy meal for the family. read more

Do not order from here for delivery! They will let door dash steal your food and then they won't refund your money for food that was stolen and not delivered! I'm going to contact my bank and report fraud because papa Murphy won't refund my money even though the owner said they would. How they are saying door dash will refund me and them but that means papa Murphy has my money and door dash refund and I still won't have my money back! Tried calling and talk to some general manager Tish and was told no males work there and I couldn't have talk to any male about my refund and I must have wrong location! Already being defensive and she wasn't listening. Cause she came back and said I spoke with the owner who was male. So there is a male who works there, owner or not still a male but she tried make it seem like I was wrong about that! People need to pick other jobs or professions because being uneducated and trying to serve the public is not right cause we have to deal with you. I just want my money back and papa Murphy should refund it cause it was paid to papa Murphy from their website not door dash and the cancellation came email came from papa Murphys. I have ordered serval times from here and we always picked it up. This was the first time I did delivery but I will never do business with them again because they don't honor or respect the customer. I will be filing theft with police and fraud with my bank because I feel like door dash and papa Murphy running a scam and leaving the customer with no money or product but they are concerned about their product that went out the door but not concerned about the product customer didn't receive. Just left there and had the rudest person wait on me. Would not let me order 4 pizzas even though NO one was there! Ordered 3 and walked out and went to Dominos. We order from there about once every 2 weeks and WILL not be back! Sad because we enjoy the pizza! read more

I was harassed and belittled by the store manager here at the location in Paris. She harassed me because I'm a disabled veteran refused to serve me and kicked me out of the store. Don't go back here please take your business elsewhere. read more

I wen to Papa Murphy's in Paris Texas at 2705 Lamar Ave. 4/24/2020. I ordered and paid. Then I was told to wait in my car for two minutes even though I was the only one in the store. When Tameesha tod me to wait in the car then come back in I asked if she could just bring it out when it was ready. She replied kind of smart alecky I could but I'm not going outside any time soon. Now when the pizza was ready another worker came to the door to motion me in. She could have just brought it out like the other restaurants in Paris are doing during this virus outbreak. I really like Papa Murphy's large pepperoni for $6 but I refused to eat at a place where I am treated like that. I usually eat pizza about twice a month. There was no reason Tameesha couldn't bring it out or let me wait the 2 minutes while they prepared it. I think she is racist because I am always nice to everybody. read more
