Ms. Parker responded by telling them to "go sit down and eat it," despite the fact that the order was clearly intended to be taken back to our office. Her tone and behavior toward our staff were unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. The lack of patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. As the owner of two medical practices, I understand the importance of leadership, customer service, and representing a business well. In all my years managing teams and serving the public, I have rarely encountered someone handling the front end of a business with such poor judgment and lack of professionalism.
