Food is exactly what you pay for - cheap pizza. However none of it is quick and having to wait while listening to managers or employees yelling at each other and cursing at each other isn't the way. MY pizzas have always been correct and hot. Whether I order them online or pickup. I love ordering online and picking up in the portal. It is very easy and I try give them an half hour to prepare. I don't think the employee turnover is all to blame and the employees. Perhaps management has a play in it. The main problem I have seen is the CUSTOMERS. Especially, when the Cowboys are playing and EVERYONE wants a pizza at the same time. So I don't go anymore during those times, because the customers are terrible. The most "KAREN" customer I witnessed was a "man" that ordered 20 pizzas, half were cooked and he was angry not all were cooked and demanded how long the other have been sitting. Perhaps, he should know a pizza oven is only so big. Plus next time, maybe him and 19 friends should cook a pizza at the same time. read more

Stopped by last evening to pick up a couple of pizza's for the grandkids. Waited over 30 minutes for a pepperoni thin crust, extra most bestest pepperoni and a classic cheese. Several people came in ordered after me and got their pizza's before I did. Customer service was terrible. Saw one of the employees eating while trying to make pizza's. None of the employees were wearing disposable gloves (handling the dough and ingredients bare handed). The place did not look very clean. Don't plan on going back. read more

I do not know how this place stays in business. Awful service. Pizzas are never ready. (Even when you order them 6 hours ahead of time) and the poor attitude the employees have. I will never spend another dime in this place. Corporate needs to do something! I have called in a few times but it seems like no one in the store seems to care. read more

This was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. First I tried to call to order and the phone would ring because they have to many messages and can't receive anymore. When I went into the store the workers where loud and acting crazy in the back and took about 10 min to get someone's attention. After I got someone's attention they where extremely rude because I had ALOT of pizzas to order and I tried to explain that I would have called but the phone wasn't working and they had the worst and ugliest attitude towards me. After that I came about 45 min later to pic them up and when I checked the pizzas they where burnt. Usually I would ignore it but $150 in pizza that wasn't edible was upsetting. I asked for them to be remade and they told me they could give me a refund and I wasn't aloud back. When I asked why they presided to tell me that I supposably threatened one of the workers in the back while waiting for my pizzas by saying I would come back there and slap her. The worker in the back the whole time was cursing and saying things like "the entitled white b****" and "wish she would". I'm very embarrassed and won't be coming back. read more
