The workers should not have been hired. They don't have common sense little alone Math Skills. I used the app to order and arrived 5 minutes after my order should have been ready. After a few minutes of two workers looking at my order in a box, they grabbed another worker to help. She explained there was a missing item and it would take another 10 minutes. I asked if there was anything ready that I could swap it out with and she replied yes but I would have to wait at least 6 minutes. I said I would rather have a refund. She brought me $7.00. I said okay but where was the tax I paid. She said I didn't pay tax. I told her everything she sold had sales tax added on to the price. She looked at me and shook her head No and said I don't think so. Don't waste your time or your money here! I give zero stars to this business. The Pizza Hut won't deliver to our house 2 miles away. Ordered mild wings, got medium. The sausage on our meat lovers tasted old and made my husband and myself feel sick. Staff forgot our 2-liter, had to go back for it. When I asked for my receipt, they "didn't have it." Front of house staff appeared to be unfamiliar with computer system, they seemed unwilling to help guests and were super unfriendly. First this is Paris. So four stars is based on other available food in the area. The pizza at PH is solid and the wings are good. The dine in is pleasant and the atmo is decent. What they lack is staff to properly handle customers that want to eat inside. I have waited way to long to order every-time I eat in but once you order it arrives without issue. Most employees don't look happy to work there but that appears to be a pay/management problem. read more

Ordered online for pickup. It told me it would be 10 mins. I showed up in about 12. Get to the window and they are confused and cannot find my order so I show my order on my phone. The kid (who was very friendly) comes back in a couple of mins later and tells me that they messed up on my order to pull up and it will be out in 7-8 and they will throw in a cookie. My husband and I enjoy eating Pizza. The wait at the Italian restaurants in Paris are worth your wait. Don't waste your time here. Evening shifts are run by teenagers and service is terrible. When you finally get your food, you really don't enjoy it because of the wait time. Take my advice and take your business somewhere else. The service SUCKS! Point blank. Every time me and my spouse come to dine in they can't get anything right. We keep trying back in hopes that it was just one bad employee but so far it's EVERYONE they hire have no customer service or work skills period. They get our order wrong everytime. We ordered a bbq pizza... they forgot the bbq. When we ask the waitress if it's suppose to have BBQ in place of the sauce( knowing well that it does, we just want to see their response) she stared at us and was quiet and lost in space then says... uhhh no.. I think just a drizzle on top. Wow. As well as they can never tell us the specials or deals or honor there online deals. We have even called in orders and there completely LOST. When u order DELIVERY there is a reason why. An 2 hours later u still have no food an u call. The girl tells u if u come an get it u can get it sooner. I nearly lost it on her. All I had ordered was a Sub an 2 orders of Wing meals, An when we got our order the sub was so hard I hit it on the cabinet it was rock hard and the fries was ice cold. The wing meals was 6 Wings only no meal to them. This is not the first time I have had this kind of attitude from the Paris Pizza Hut. I am not ever going to eat there again. An the only ones who give them a good mark is the young KIDS who run this place at night friends. KIDS with no respect NONE. If we could have left our office seats we would have ate else where. Worst service in town. They take forever to get you seated. It took ten minutes to get a seat and there were only two families in the place. That should have been our first clue. Then once they did seat us and take our order, it came out wrong. Then when they try to correct it...they forget about it and it took 30 minutes to get our corrected order. I just have to say there are a lot better pizza places in town with a lot better service. We will not be back to this Pizza Hut. read more
