Prices went up. Size shrank. Ingredients lower quality. Not worth the $. Get a real pizza from a real Italian place. Few dollars more but well worth it. Pizza Hut sold me cardboard with tomato sauce on it. read more

Whoever made this pizza needs a raise. The cheese is so melty. It looks like it belongs in a commercial and it tastes amazing read more

Pizza Hut - Large pizza with spicy marinara, pepperoni, pineapple, sausage, and jalapeños - Pizza Near Me - Paris, Texas

Had a very good experience. Saw some reviews and was a little apprehensive, but everything was perfect. It was cooked fresh, tasted great, and service was excellent. Would definitely go back. read more

Pizza is adequate. Frequently get wrong pizza. Miss items I order. Really liked the buffet when it was available years ago but those days are gone and there are better options in town now. read more

The workers should not have been hired. They don't have common sense little alone Math Skills. I used the app to order and arrived 5 minutes after my order should have been ready. After a few minutes of two workers looking at my order in a box, they grabbed another worker to help. She explained there was a missing item and it would take another 10 minutes. I asked if there was anything ready that I could swap it out with and she replied yes but I would have to wait at least 6 minutes. I said I would rather have a refund. She brought me $7.00. I said okay but where was the tax I paid. She said I didn't pay tax. I told her everything she sold had sales tax added on to the price. She looked at me and shook her head No and said I don't think so. Don't waste your time or your money here! I give zero stars to this business. Yelp will not post my review unless I add a star. read more

The Pizza Hut won't deliver to our house 2 miles away. Ordered mild wings, got medium. The sausage on our meat lovers tasted old and made my husband and myself feel sick. Staff forgot our 2-liter, had to go back for it. When I asked for my receipt, they "didn't have it." Front of house staff appeared to be unfamiliar with computer system, they seemed unwilling to help guests and were super unfriendly. This was our first and last time ordering from this location. read more

First this is Paris. So four stars is based on other available food in the area. The pizza at PH is solid and the wings are good. The dine in is pleasant and the atmo is decent. What they lack is staff to properly handle customers that want to eat inside. I have waited way to long to order every-time I eat in but once you order it arrives without issue. Most employees don't look happy to work there but that appears to be a pay/management problem. read more

The thin crust pizza is doughy in the middle. Not good at all! I can't imagine that's how it's supposed to taste.

This Pizza Hut has not had a review in two years. I've ordered from them twice and both times they have the order completely correct and ready on time. I highly recommend them read more

I ordered a mid day meal of just a regular pepperoni pizza and it was phenomenal. Shout out to Patrick for an amazing pizza in todays endless sea of messed up food orders! read more

Very rude and the fact that they tell you rudely we dont deliver to the west side of town makes you take your buisness elsewhere.

terrible customer service just terrible my son is autistic and only eats a certain way. and they could of cared less

Awesome place to eat at and order from. The sandwiches need a little bit more meat and the time to make them neat, but other than that it's great. read more

Ordered online for pickup. It told me it would be 10 mins. I showed up in about 12. Get to the window and they are confused and cannot find my order so I show my order on my phone. The kid (who was very friendly) comes back in a couple of mins later and tells me that they messed up on my order to pull up and it will be out in 7-8 and they will throw in a cookie. (They tried, I'll give them that) well...20 mins later I am still waiting for them to come out with my order. I gave 2 stars and not one only because the kid upfront was very very nice. read more

Ordered online. Pizza was stale, pasta was over cooked and stuck to the pan. They didn't bring any silverware ( deliver to a hotel room ). Brought the whole drink and when I called and asked about it. Their statement was. You ordered online. We don't carry that in store so we sent something. read more

I pizza hut that deliver but tells u we can't deliver right now don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them

I stood at the front and waited to be seated for 10 minutes before finally giving up and leaving. They seemed unconcerned - in spite of seeing me just standing there waiting at the podium. I figured the wait would get even worse if ended up sitting down. read more

They got my order wrong, adding an ingredient to which I am allergic, then refused to make it right. $12.00 down the drain. I won't be back. read more

My husband and I enjoy eating Pizza. The wait at the Italian restaurants in Paris are worth your wait. Don't waste your time here. Evening shifts are run by teenagers and service is terrible. When you finally get your food, you really don't enjoy it because of the wait time. Take my advice and take your business somewhere else. Oh, did I fail to mention that if you request a channel change, flat screens must be obsolete because they "can't change the channels"! Only st PIZZA HUT!! read more

The service SUCKS! Point blank. Every time me and my spouse come to dine in they can't get anything right. We keep trying back in hopes that it was just one bad employee but so far it's EVERYONE they hire have no customer service or work skills period. They get our order wrong everytime. We ordered a bbq pizza... they forgot the bbq. When we ask the waitress if it's suppose to have BBQ in place of the sauce( knowing well that it does, we just want to see their response) she stared at us and was quiet and lost in space then says... uhhh no.. I think just a drizzle on top. Wow. As well as they can never tell us the specials or deals or honor there online deals. We have even called in orders and there completely LOST. They take forever to come seat you EVEN when there is NO ONE here eating. Paris pizza hut is the WORST. Yes, it has a nice atmosphere inside mainly because its new construction and decor but falls short on cleanliness. If i could put less than one star I would. read more

Pizza Hut - a slice of pizza on a cutting board - Pizza Near Me - Paris, Texas

It's not New York pizza but for north Texas it is very good. Served hot and with a smile.

When u order DELIVERY there is a reason why. An 2 hours later u still have no food an u call. The girl tells u if u come an get it u can get it sooner. I nearly lost it on her. All I had ordered was a Sub an 2 orders of Wing meals, An when we got our order the sub was so hard I hit it on the cabinet it was rock hard and the fries was ice cold. The wing meals was 6 Wings only no meal to them. This is not the first time I have had this kind of attitude from the Paris Pizza Hut. I am not ever going to eat there again. An the only ones who give them a good mark is the young KIDS who run this place at night friends. KIDS with no respect NONE. If we could have left our office seats we would have ate else where. We had NO choice. So from now on NO HUT FOR US FOR SURE. read more

Seriously? I've heard HORRIBLE things.....but was craving the deep dish so I called in an order.....waited 20 minutes like they said....and NO ORDER! They lost it! WTF! This can NOT be that hard! read more

The pizzas are a little below average. Delivery time could be improved. May help to check out the employees before hiring, some appear to be under the influence. read more

Worst service in town. They take forever to get you seated. It took ten minutes to get a seat and there were only two families in the place. That should have been our first clue. Then once they did seat us and take our order, it came out wrong. Then when they try to correct it...they forget about it and it took 30 minutes to get our corrected order. I just have to say there are a lot better pizza places in town with a lot better service. We will not be back to this Pizza Hut. read more
