Staff very friendly. Food is good prices seem a bit high being in the fast food arena. But overall I would eat there again.

I've always enjoyed coming here, but tonight I was disappointed. I ordered a plate with orange an teriyaki chicken. I noticed that the server loaded up about half the portion size that I usually get at this location. I nicely pointed it out to both the server and cashier, with nary a word response. Offering to do something about it, or even express regret. This is the only tome I've ever had reason to complain here, but here we are. read more

Panda Express - Chintzy serving sizes. Disappointing. - Chinese Near Me - Paris, Texas

I guess inflation has hit Panda now as the last couple of times we orders a bowl, we were given very little of the entree and wound up mostly having a dinner or rice. I noticed that instead of a large serving spoon and topping the bowl off with 2 or more spoons of the entree to ensure it was full, they now use a smaller soup ladle and give you one scoop. Entirely not worth $8.50. I will probably be no longer visiting The Paris Panda Express read more

Look, it's fast food Chinese everyone knows what panda expresses. I will throw out some stock photos but I just didn't trust the Chinese food places here in Paris. They all said they have sushi. It's a long way from the ocean to get fresh sushi Chinese food to be tricky. I used stock photos panda express is pretty much, the same all across the country. The one in Paris, Texas, looked fairly new and was really clean inside and on request they made a fresh batch of honey walnut shrimp, because that was the main reason I was there to eat some shrimp . read more

This place is always out of everything. You have to wait every time for them to prepare basic line items. You walk in and they are all standing on the line, so I'm sure they know what bowl is empty. Yet they don't call to have it made till you ask them for it. Then there standard answer is it will be 10 minutes, but it always takes at least 20 minutes for it to be ready. So if you are going for fast food go somewhere else. read more

WTF. Sunday 9:42 and I can't get the drive thru to take my order. I know it's late but you advertise you're open till 10:00 then you better take my order at 9:42. This is complete incompetence and lack of customer service. I'll NEVER go to your restaurant again. AND IM HUNGRY AND ANGRY. One because there is no zero. read more

I will be exploring other eating options in Paris! Service is mediocre at best. Was told dine in was closed because they only had 2 people on staff, so I did the drive through. Upon, picking up my food I could see more than 2 workers in there. My bowl hardly had food in it, and when I asked for salt, I was told they don't have the packets. That's fine, but in the past they have put a pinch of salt in a small container and when I asked for that, she told me they were all out of salt. I get the feeling the employees don't care. They act like their job is a burden, and if I were the owner I would want to know why I was losing customers. Best of luck PE! read more

We had a tiny mix up with our order and the restaurant staff couldn't have been nicer!! they fixed it without question and sent us away with a smile!! read more

I generally like panda express overall. But this was the second visit to the store where they didn't have the super greens, and by the time I finish my meal they still weren't available. read more

I was really pleasantly surprised by Panda Express at this location. I've been to there location in Austin and round rock before and they left a lot to be desired. The food here was fresh and we'll cooked. Service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be going back. read more

The people up their started to laugh at how my brothers 7 year old kid didn't understand and they screwed up our orders many of times everytime we asked for normal sweet tea and they give us raspberrie tea and when I asked for chowmain and they gave us rice and gave us another person's food we didn't know until I got home then when we went to get drinks inside the drink machine kept dropping black stuff in my cup read more

I don't know about other Pandas but this one is infuriating. Every time I've ever been there, they have always made me wait in drive thru for 30 minutes and the order is hardly ever right. I'll never return to this location. read more

The food is really fresh and good and the service is quick! The restaurant is super clean and the staff is very friendly. They will give you a sample if your not sure what you want. read more

This Panda Express is Paris,TX is terrible. Slow service. Order messed up. No utensils given.

The food looked and tasted great! We got service immediately. I highly recommend this panda. It tastes just like any other Panda Express.

The food that I actually got was good and fresh. I live 45 minutes from this Panda Express. I Ordered a rice bowl with black pepper chicken and 2 egg rolls. I waited on the chicken. They did tell me there would be a wait. The young lady brought my dinner out and I didn't check the bag. I just drove home. No egg rolls, but I was charged for them. The drive through is awful. Go inside and things are just fine read more

Only giving it 4 stars due to the long wait, but I did show up between 5-6. The friendly employee apologized for the wait, which was nice. The dining area is super clean, the food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I always order the Kung pao chicken, beef n broccoli or the orange chicken over fresh veggies--delicious! Chicken Teriyaki is good, too. read more

Local branch of "Gourmet Chinese" food. A welcome addition to an over abundance of fried food in the area. Food is above average and they have a popular Drive-thru window. A bit pricer than run-of-mill Chinese food. But quality is above average and the food tasty. Menu doesn't change much and ordering can be a little confusing until you been two or three times. If you go late (an hour before closing), ask what they have that's still fresh before you order or you might get something a little past prime. read more

Food was great and the service was wonderful. Fast, friendly what more could you ask for?

It was great because I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and was given option to get either fried rice or lo mein...I did not like lo mein so I instead opted for fresh veggies and the fried rice together. There was not enough veggies in the pan, so the crew member made some fresh veggies for me right there on the spot and he did it with a very pleasant demeanor...I was very impressed because its really hard to find a great work ethic and Excellent attitude as well these days in the Fast Food Industry!! Well done to you guys!! R.Ruiz Panda Express in Paris, TX 5280 SE Loop 286 PARIS, TEXAS read more

This is usually my go to place but I have to say that during the last 2 visits I have been disappointed. Now I have been sitting in the parking lot for 15mins waiting on my to go order after I paid, along with four other cars. Not really sure what would cause the back up but I hope that this place gets it together. The last time I went inside I had to clean up my own table because all of the ones that were vacant had trash on each one of them. I finished my meal and still never saw a person come around. This is not the same place as it was before. read more

FURIOUS!! I drive in from Sumner for the wok-fired shrimp. When I pulled up to order I was aaked.if I'd like to try it and I said, "yes " I started my order and was then told they were OUT of the shrimp. I left unhappy and the further I drove, the more angry I became. I called and asked to speak with the manager and she proceeded to tell me that they weren't out of shrimp..emoyees in the background telling that I misunderstood. Well, you can't misunderstand what I was told and the manager told me they just didn't have any cooked, that they had the shrimp. I told her even though I was on the other side of town, I'd drive back for the shrimp. I got back to the store and told the ma aged I was furious at the situation and at thebfacf I could hear the employees yelling about me in the background. She assured me she got into the employee that tried to take my order in the first visit. As I drive off I felt I'd better check my order because things seemed to be going so badly. Sure enough, my 3rd entree was not there for my bigger plate. I checked my receipt...that's what I paid for so I backed back up to the window and told the manager the situation and she turned and asked the employee of they prepared a bigger plate!!!!! No..they didn't..thays why I'm back at the window! I got my 3rd order of shrimp and made it home about an hour after this all started read more

The server Eric S. and the manager that night were both amazing. Both were very friendly and provided some of the best customer service we've had in Paris. We will be back just based on service alone. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great too. We had the orange chicken and beijing beef. Delicious! Thank you for the excellent service. read more

Fresh & hot food, fast service from a friendly staff and a clean facility. If you don't know if you will like an entree, ask for a sample, they are happy to get you one. The only negative thing that I could find was that all of their tea tastes like flavored tea. read more

I ordered online and was told order would be ready in 14 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes. I was told that the super greens weren't ready. I was placed in a line of 3 other cars all of whom had just placed their orders at the drive through. All three got their orders, and then I got mine a full 15 minutes later. Don't bother ordering online. It doesn't make any difference. They start your order only when you arrive. Requested chili sauce and soy sauce online. Not included in order. No fortune cookies. No silverware. Went to fill out online survey. Receipt doesn't include necessary store number nor survey number so I couldn't leave review. Called store to get store number so that I could fill out the survey, and they wouldn't even answer their phone. So no way to contact them to tell them of their horrible customer service. Have had other bad customer experiences with this store. I thought that I would give them one more chance. I'm done. I'll never be back. read more

We have been here many times, always with positive results. The restaurant always appears clean, both in the dining area and the kitchen. The servers are friendly and fast. We have never gotten an unsatisfactory meal. The prices are really good. We always fill out the online survey on the back of our receipt so we get a free 3rd entree each time we buy a 2-entree plate. Everything always tastes fresh. We like to take ours home to eat it, and it is always still hot when we get it home. You can't say that about most fast foods. read more
