I guess inflation has hit Panda now as the last couple of times we orders a bowl, we were given very little of the entree and wound up mostly having a dinner or rice. I noticed that instead of a large serving spoon and topping the bowl off with 2 or more spoons of the entree to ensure it was full, they now use a smaller soup ladle and give you one scoop. Look, it's fast food Chinese everyone knows what panda expresses. I will throw out some stock photos but I just didn't trust the Chinese food places here in Paris. They all said they have sushi. It's a long way from the ocean to get fresh sushi Chinese food to be tricky. I used stock photos panda express is pretty much, the same all across the country. This place is always out of everything. You have to wait every time for them to prepare basic line items. You walk in and they are all standing on the line, so I'm sure they know what bowl is empty. Yet they don't call to have it made till you ask them for it. Then there standard answer is it will be 10 minutes, but it always takes at least 20 minutes for it to be ready. I will be exploring other eating options in Paris! Service is mediocre at best. Was told dine in was closed because they only had 2 people on staff, so I did the drive through. Upon, picking up my food I could see more than 2 workers in there. My bowl hardly had food in it, and when I asked for salt, I was told they don't have the packets. That's fine, but in the past they have put a pinch of salt in a small container and when I asked for that, she told me they were all out of salt. I get the feeling the employees don't care. I was really pleasantly surprised by Panda Express at this location. I've been to there location in Austin and round rock before and they left a lot to be desired. The food here was fresh and we'll cooked. Service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be going back. read more

I don't know about other Pandas but this one is infuriating. Every time I've ever been there, they have always made me wait in drive thru for 30 minutes and the order is hardly ever right. I'll never return to this location. read more

The food that I actually got was good and fresh. I live 45 minutes from this Panda Express. I Ordered a rice bowl with black pepper chicken and 2 egg rolls. I waited on the chicken. The dining area is super clean, the food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is always friendly. It was great because I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and was given option to get either fried rice or lo mein...I did not like lo mein so I instead opted for fresh veggies and the fried rice together. There was not enough veggies in the pan, so the crew member made some fresh veggies for me right there on the spot and he did it with a very pleasant demeanor...I was very impressed because its really hard to find a great work ethic and Excellent attitude as well these days in the Fast Food Industry!! Local branch of "Gourmet Chinese" food. A welcome addition to an over abundance of fried food in the area. Food is above average and they have a popular Drive-thru window. A bit pricer than run-of-mill Chinese food. But quality is above average and the food tasty. Menu doesn't change much and ordering can be a little confusing until you been two or three times. If you go late (an hour before closing), ask what they have that's still fresh before you order or you might get something a little past prime. read more

This is usually my go to place but I have to say that during the last 2 visits I have been disappointed. Now I have been sitting in the parking lot for 15mins waiting on my to go order after I paid, along with four other cars. Not really sure what would cause the back up but I hope that this place gets it together. FURIOUS!! I drive in from Sumner for the wok-fired shrimp. When I pulled up to order I was aaked.if I'd like to try it and I said, "yes " I started my order and was then told they were OUT of the shrimp. I left unhappy and the further I drove, the more angry I became. I called and asked to speak with the manager and she proceeded to tell me that they weren't out of shrimp..emoyees in the background telling that I misunderstood. Fresh & hot food, fast service from a friendly staff and a clean facility. If you don't know if you will like an entree, ask for a sample, they are happy to get you one. The only negative thing that I could find was that all of their tea tastes like flavored tea. read more

I ordered online and was told order would be ready in 14 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes. I was told that the super greens weren't ready. I was placed in a line of 3 other cars all of whom had just placed their orders at the drive through. All three got their orders, and then I got mine a full 15 minutes later. Don't bother ordering online. It doesn't make any difference. They start your order only when you arrive. Requested chili sauce and soy sauce online. Not included in order. No fortune cookies. No silverware. Went to fill out online survey. Receipt doesn't include necessary store number nor survey number so I couldn't leave review. Called store to get store number so that I could fill out the survey, and they wouldn't even answer their phone. So no way to contact them to tell them of their horrible customer service. We have been here many times, always with positive results. The restaurant always appears clean, both in the dining area and the kitchen. The servers are friendly and fast. We have never gotten an unsatisfactory meal. The prices are really good. We always fill out the online survey on the back of our receipt so we get a free 3rd entree each time we buy a 2-entree plate. Everything always tastes fresh. We like to take ours home to eat it, and it is always still hot when we get it home. You can't say that about most fast foods. read more
