Love their food. Its always good and usually fresh. Its the service im so disappointed in. I can order a meal and the people at drive through are always rude. I very seldom get everything i order and you can tell they feel im a problem. I had to go inside and then they didnt have the rest of my order. They made 4 trips to my car so i got my full order. I just want what i paid for without getting attitude. Im really not sure what the problem is. If it wasnt for the food id never go back. We purchased lunch for our staff and medical providers, and the interaction with the manager, Brockana Parker, was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. During our visit, members of my staff politely asked for a to-go bag. Ms. Parker responded by telling them to "go sit down and eat it," despite the fact that the order was clearly intended to be taken back to our office. Her tone and behavior toward our staff were unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. What was even more concerning was witnessing the way she treated other customers in the restaurant, including elderly patrons at the counter. The lack of patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. As the owner of two medical practices, I understand the importance of leadership, customer service, and representing a business well. In all my years managing teams and serving the public, I have rarely encountered someone handling the front end of a business with such poor judgment and lack of professionalism. If this manager is representing your franchise, it reflects very poorly on your establishment. Our experience left us genuinely disgusted and unlikely to return unless meaningful changes are made. Terrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and had general distain for every customer waiting to be helped. Called the location the following day with the same hostility from the "general manager", no way to tell if that was who I actually spoke to as I was given two different names by other employees, then when I asked her directly for her name she said "I can't disclose that" she went on to defend the poor customer service saying "they're just kids and probably overstimulated". The entire experience was the worst dining experience and customer service interaction I have ever received. Sun Holdings LLC needs to take a very deep dive into the logistics of this establishment because it has been ran into the ground with extremely poor customer service and lack of care. read more

This place needs a hard reset from the top down. I've seen better management at a dumpster fire. They short you on your order consistently, and the employees couldn't care less about doing their jobs with any sense of competency or pride. I lay all of the problems with this restaurant at Corporate/Management's door. The workers I've dealt with are trying their best and are just as frustrated as the customers are. Needless to say, the turnover of staff seems high. 1. The app will allow you to order (and pay), but there will be no food when you arrive to pick it up. They have run out of chicken sandwiches, CHICKEN, and various other items. You cannot get your money back and must wait for Corporate to issue a refund. It took 4-5 days the last time this happened. 2. In my opinion it's just not clean and Corporate/Owner needs to shut this place down for a bit in order to get the place back up to speed. Then a plan needs to be put into place in order to maintain standards. It is not the Staff's fault if there aren't enough Staff to deep clean or if good Pest Control practices aren't being adhered to. The Staff have always been good (and often mortified). None of this is their fault. Shame on you, Popeyes. We no longer eat at this location. read more

Absolutely avoid this place. I paid for 2 meals which came to $27. We both had tenders combos and we got the tenders and drinks. No sauces, no fries, no biscuit, one that came with some nasty hard cheesy things (again no sauce that they supposed to come with) and and undercooked "cupcake", not even sure it was cooked in anyway. I would've checked the bag but I had to wait about 15 minutes for my 6 tenders while I watched the employees sit around and enjoy a huge meal together. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a place of business. The service from the manger was completely disrespectful and dismissive at Popeye's Chicken in Paris Tx on December 7, 2025, at approximately 5:45 PM. I requested a spicy chicken order, and the manager informed me that only mild was ready. I responded that I did not mind waiting for spicy to be prepared. She then told me they would not cook the order because it was "too much trouble." She did not mention being out of chicken or nearing closing time--which was not the case since it was only 5:45 PM and the business closes at 11 PM. Instead, she made it clear they simply did not want to prepare it. How can an owner condone this type of behavior in their business? At some point, customer service has to matter. Experiences like this drive customers away and reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole. read more

we came in and ordered our food and they charged us for the wrong thing so we asked them to change it and give us back the extra they charged and the manager was so rude and cussing the entire staff and my grandma and then tired to say my grandma was being rude for asking for the correct change then the other staff was just being rude when we asked for a to go box for our leftovers. Went to this Popeyes with a few friends on a road trip to Arkansas. Stopped here for dinner and couldn't have been more disappointed. It was clear that no one knew what they were doing. In the kitchen, we watched someone hand the cook tongs and they grabbed the end of them with their bare hands. That defeats the purpose of even using the tongs in the first place.... Aside from that, the bathroom lights didn't work in the men's bathroom. They said, "You better use a flashlight in there cause the lights don't work!" Oh... so I doubt the employees have been washing their hands. I used the women's bathroom which did have a light but that wasn't much better because I could see dead crickets on the floor. We also watched an employee take a smoke break outside who returned back in the kitchen, handling food. Never washed his hands and left a smoke stench behind him on his way back inside. We saw another employee put her hand down her pants to, what I assume, scratch something. Then start bagging items. All around, this place was disgusting. Don't eat here. This is the Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The chicken sandwich was all bread no chicken. The popcorn shrimp were microscopic. Fries were cold. Chicken tenders had been sitting out for a long time and were mostly dried out breading. Wasted $25. Should have went to taco casa.
