One of my low priority goals in Paris France was to visit a McDonald's and order a Royal with Cheese Alla ,John Travolta. When I got the food I actually ordered, it was hot and fresh. I waited way too long for the wrong order, I ordered a chicken sandwich, pretty sure it gave me a fish sandwich. Whomever was managing around 2pm on April 10 just there for fun. read more

You either don't get the ordered food or the food you get isn't correct. Chicken in sandwich was burnt. Ordered bacon and cheese and didn't receive it. No straws for drinks and no sauces for nuggets. Tried to call manager several times with no answer. read more

I come here a lot with my friends, and have never been treated the way my friend and i were. One of the workers here had such a bad attitude when we were trying to order and completely ignored my friend when it was her turn to order. She's not polite at all and acts like she hates her job. The owners of this franchise do not care about their customers and especially don't care about the kids of their customers. On two separate medications. The past three weeks we were invited to eat with family or friends. The first occasion it was extremely cold outside and it was also really cold in theplayground area. Numerous members of our party told several employees that it was cold, and we asked to have the temperature raise. After about 30 minutes of nothing happening, I went and talked to the manager directly who told me they cannot control the temperature of the store, and that it is controlled by remotely by the owners. The manager had assured me to the owners had already been told numerous times, and yet the entire two hours we were there in the playroom, the temperature never changed. I find it extremely unprofessional and ridiculous, but I have to wear a jacket inside of a restaurant. They were plenty of other people with babies Had to keep them bundled up inside of a food establishment. My most visit was an invitation to dine with some friends. We showed up on a Friday night a little after 6 PM and we almost did not go inside because it was extremely dark inside of the kids playground. I hope is reading this notice as a pattern. We proceeded to go inside, order our food, and walk to the play area where we noticed almost all the lights were off. I merely went to ask for the manager And question why 80% of the lights in the playground area were off on a Friday night. The manager informed me the timers were remotely controlled, yet again, and they were unable to offer any solutions. The manager also informed me that the owners had been told and nothing had been done, yet again. The lack of customer service, and lack of care for customers is simply astonishing. It is outright disrespectful, and is embarrassing. I would simply be embarrassed if I was associated with whoever the owners of this particular franchise. Also, also, why is there indoor advertisements for a shamrock shake but the shamrock shake isn't even available to order? What's the point of seasonal promotion if you're not even gonna have it ready to go with the promotion? And speaking of shakes, why are the ice cream machines almost always not working or not functioning or just not available to be used? This location has literally lost thousands of dollars from me simply because the ice cream machines never seem to be operable. I have read that this is a huge issue with McDonald's across the world. That's also unprofessional and pathetic. Furthermore, the drive-through menu boards have been broken for at least two years. I stopped going to McDonald's altogether for a long time specifically because I didn't know what I wanted to order because I couldn't read the menu board. With items constantly changing price, it would be nice to know what I even would like to possibly order. I've called and complained about the menu boards. Obviously those complaints fall on deaf ears. read more

As bad as I want to give this place a break, I just can't. The staff are rude, your order is always wrong, and the fries are never hot.

I seldom go to McDonald's but this McDonald's is Terrible with a capital "T"! It took them a long time to understand my simple order. Very poor drive thru service. This is one reason why machines will replace these workers. They were rude, inaccurate, and slow. Every employee behind the counter ignored us. Every single one. The self serve kiosks were not user friendly and no one would look up from processing their drive thru orders to answer any questions. The bathroom floors were greasy in the ladies bathroom. Travelers - keep going unless you want to try their drive thru. Good luck. read more

After waiting over 30 minutes for one meal, being asked to pull up and wait, waiting and no one coming out to bring food. We had to go in for it. At the window they didn't know which order was even ours and we had to repeat it. 5-6 people have been through the drive through while we have waited, all receiving food. We got the food, half cold, and waited for a single cup of coffee. They brought someone else's order out instead of the coffee. We've given this place a LOT of business but we won't ever be back. We'll go to Whataburger where there food is good and they treat you like they want your business. I would have rated this NO stars but had to put something. The service here in the evenings is ridiculous. The worst there is in town. read more

I am ashamed to be a former employee here. While working here i have seen the worst customer service imaginable along with a dirty store 99% of the time. After working here i had gotten food poison. This was the slowest service most dirtiest McDonalds I have been too! The bathrooms felt like pee was all over the floor smelled like $hit in the stalls. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Went to the drive through tonight to get a 5 piece Mighty Wings and a side salad and it took 15 minutes!! To top it off, when I finally got to the pick up window, the worker just looked at me, closed the window, then walked away. Sitting there thinking "what the hell was that?!?", I observed 3 other customers standing at the counter looking disappointed, waiting for something. When the worker came back after 5 minutes with a bag with my salad in it, she just opened the window, didn't say anything, and handed me the bag, then looked to the side saw that my wings were there, handed them to me and just said "there you go" then closed the window. I travel the country quite a bit and this was the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I've ever received!!! If I could put a negative or zero stars I would! Went throught the drive thru at 4am with my son and there wasn't another soul in line. Can you believe this crazy place kept us waiting 30 minutes?! We finally got a refund. (The manager Joseph only gave me part of it and I didn't notice until I went through Whataburger drive thru (which took 5 minutes!! Take some lessons from them!) So I went back and waited another 25 minutes for my additional refund! Holy smokes, what kind of people do they hire at this place?? So I complain and get a call from a guy named Brian. He tells me to come in (With the believe I am getting my $13.86 back from my Whataburger order since my food was cold and ruined by the time Joseph got done!) Anyway, the guy tries to hand me a value meal coupon....really?? He said that's all the "owner" would allow him to do.
