One of the women working there walked right to the window for drive-through because she knew the person on the other side and had about a 10min conversation as We were standing and waiting to be taken care of. She was very rude towards us. She let a costumer that she knew cut in front of us in line and after taking care of them she STILL didn't aid to us. There were hair tools laying out like a blow dryer and a flat iron. There were lots of other personal items laying around the store. Blankets on couches, Netflix on one of the menus screens. Very very unprofessional. We will not be coming here again.

They are incredibly welcoming and so entertaining to be around. I can always expect a great cup of coffee and a great conversation. When I was going through a difficult time, they made sure to check up on me every time I walked through the door and always allowed me to stay and work quietly in the background. Nothing beats the atmosphere of freshly roasted coffee and hearing great stories every visit. I have also done the coffee tour, which is very informative and also entertaining! If I had a choice, I wouldn't get coffee anywhere else.
