The new items sometimes are there to order. The newest issue is they accept an order, then when you go in to get it they said they "aren't allowed to add cold foam to that". So they took the money for it but refuse to put it bc it'd make it too full? Then don't accept payment or offer a refund for the money they accepted for it? They said sorry, want the foam in a cup separate ? Umm No? Just poor decisions by employees that do not know how to fix issues when they happen. It's happening more and more again.
