I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon with friends, and it's a fantastic spot for brews and pizza! The hatch chili pizza was delicious. I got a very unique NY bottled cider that I've never seen anywhere else. It was delicious. My husband loved the lager. They offer flights to try 4 choices! Staff come to the table to order, which is nice! And the building is very pretty inside. Bright and airy with plants. I'd definitely go back when I'm back in the area!

This place is a 100/10 every time! The food is consistent, the beer is cold, the owners & staff are accommodating and appreciative, trivia night is classy and fun. I can't say enough! My favorite thing in the menu is the Caesar Salad...The dressing is ahhhmazeballs! I've never had anything like it. All the pizzas are good as well, I haven't found one that I don't like.

    Chicken plus Bacon Yummy

Pizza and beer both excellent Highly recommend for a great place to go in Paris,Tx FYI the entry is on the side across from court house

I can't believe we are so lucky to have this place in Downtown Paris. Enjoy a pizza with a perfect crust!! The one thing I hate is a crust that is to tough to eat. They have really perfected their recipes!! They also have an amazing selection of beers and wine. This place is perfect for date night, or lunch with the family. The staff here are very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed all this with a beautiful view of the court house at night.

Absolutely amazing! Best pizza in town by far! Great service too. We had the meat lovers and the McGlasson!

Now imagine, a brewery that's unexpected, dog, friendly, kid friendly, adult friendly, bring your own food, bring your own board/card game, enjoy the vibes of good time, and vacation relaxing. I can't wait to come again in the summer or spring. My spouse and I were in town the week of New Year's in this place was busy! They had a gourmet hot dog stand/ truck outside in the front of the brewery. This isn't a typical brewery set up when you walk in, there's a gift shop you order a beer right there with from friendly staff. It was a 50+ degree "winter" day, it felt natural to order a stout beer. The beers were on the more pricey side, but the beverage comes with complementary glassware to take home. It was weird, but it felt kind of natural that there were people under 21 since there was the hotdog stand and we brought our six month old baby. There are a few people with dogs, which I would recommend. I somehow ordered the best peanut butter stout I've ever had, which was a variation of their Opossum Pouch Stout. My spouse got a pumpkin spice brown ale, which was a variation of their Bigfoot Brown Ale. I won't lie, but normally I go halves with my spouse that comes to food and drinks... However, I was happy not to share my peanut butter stout. I can't wait to come again

Unfortunately, somewhere along the line the appetizer never got put in, so we didn't receive the boudin egg rolls at all. That was a miss, especially since that's something we were looking forward to trying. That said, the burgers absolutely made up for it. Both were cooked right and had great flavor. Solid, well-done burgers that hit the mark. No complaints there. We also grabbed a blueberry cheesecake to go, which turned out to be a great call. It was rich, flavorful, and a good way to finish things off. Service hiccup aside, the food quality, at least on the burgers and dessert, was strong. Worth stopping in, just keep an eye on your order.

The restaurant itself has a real cool hip vibe, definitely up my alley. I ordered myself the beer cheese-steak (with fries) and a blue sapphire cocktail - these. were. AMAZING! They even have a "micro brewers menu" aka kids menu, my son chose the mini smashburgers with chips. He loved it so much, there was nothing left on his plate at the end. The decor and theme are inspired by New Orleans/Creole/Cajun vibes, and it's beautifully put together. The layout of the location is a slight "L" shape, so seating can be a bit limited during busy times. It's a seat-yourself setup, and they provide QR codes at the tables for you to place your order and pay when you're ready. Now, onto the food and service. Unfortunately, the wait for both food and drinks were longer than expected, even as the rush began to die down. Our pretzel appetizer didn't arrive until near the end of our meal, and sadly, it was overcooked. Drinks The beer was great and a definite highlight of the experience. Here's what we ordered: Appetizers Giant Pub Pretzel ($13.99): A 12.05 oz pretzel served with signature beer cheese and beer mustard. Unfortunately, this dish was a disappointment. Despite being called "Giant," the pretzel was thin, and was a bit overcooked. While we enjoyed the beer cheese, the beer mustard could have stayed in the kitchen. Loaded Broccoli ($8.99): Steamed broccoli seasoned with Cajun spices, topped with melted cheese and your choice of chicken, beef, or pulled pork. I chose chicken, which was delicious and well-seasoned. However, the cheese was a huge letdown, it had an odd, roux-like texture and flavor that nearly made the dish inedible. Entrée Voo-Dill Pickle Pizza ($12.99): Made with roasted garlic pesto, fresh mozzarella, thick-cut pickles, and a special Voo-Dill seasoning. While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell short. The pizza crust was undercooked, and the pickles seemed like they were added at the very end instead of being baked with the pizza. The garlic pesto was the highlight of this dish. Desserts -King Cake Slice ($3.XX): Clearly store-bought and not made in-house. It also took a while to reach our table, which was odd considering it's pre-packaged. The kitchen area even had the King Cake box visible. Beignets ($7.99): Over-fried and served with icing that was overly lemony, which overpowered the dish. Side Order Jalapeño Slaw ($2.99): The star of the meal! It had the perfect balance of mayo and vinegar, with a fresh kick from the jalapeños and Cajun spices. I wish I had ordered more! I think this place has a lot of potential. The concept is fantastic, but the kitchen needs improvement. I do plan to return and give it another try because the space and the idea are great. Hopefully, next time the food lives up to the vision!
