I order ahead every single time and I always wait another five minutes when I get here minimum I've been told that if you go through the long drive-through, you can get your drinks faster than if you order ahead, which makes no sense. WORST Starbucks ever. They mess up the order 99% of the time I go there. Order light ice and get a cup full of ice. Forget the strawberries in the strawberry refresher. Today I got an iced mocha and they put some kind of cream in it as well as caramel. How do you mess up one of the easiest simplest drinks?! They read back the order to me several times and kept saying "so an iced mocha with sweet cream?" uhhhh no? I said just an iced mocha. And they "fixed" it and then made it wrong anyway. I don't understand. How do they keep messing it up every single time? Where's corporate? Somethings going on with this location. Edit: wanted to add another particularly bad experience I had. Went inside to get 3 drinks, we had to wait literally 30 minutes. There was 1 other customer in the store who was also clearly getting annoyed. The employees completely ignored us and when our drinks were ready they called my name and didn't even bother to put the drinks where I could reach them, instead they opted to leave them on the counter 2 feet behind the plexiglass. So normally I have nothing but good things to say about Starbucks.but today....it was mediocre at best.I ordered online ahead of time bc I was in a rush.My kids wanted to try the new tie dye Frappuccino so I got them each one and got my regular double chocolate chip Frappuccino.even tho we ordered online the wait for them was ridiculous.I wanna say 15+ min.When we did get them they were solid yellow,not tie dye.I told the barista,that they weren't tie dye and he shrugged his shoulders.I paid over $5 each for those things and they were watery,yellow messes that were so sweet I'm sure my kids got a cavity.My daughter who had been waiting all week for it said it tasted ok but was super disappointed in the presentation.While I'll be back for my regular Frappuccino you really dropped the ball on this one Starbucks.Sorry. read more

I'm old enough and a big enough boy now to realize that I probably should check my little brown bag before I drive away into the wilds of beautiful Paris Texas (yuk).. ordered grande caramel frappucino with shot of espresso but sure doesn't taste like I have extra shot in it as well as a delicious bacon Gouda sandwich. Quality is as you'd expect once you actually get your items. The issue is they take SOOO long! Just moved here from DFW and each time I've been here it's slow. This morning I went inside and was told it was a 20 minute wait for drinks! They aren't ANY busier than any other Starbucks I've ever been in. This is not acceptable... even in a small town. When the internet and door both say a business closes at 8:30 pm, that's the time a business should close right? On a Monday night (11/26) around 7:50 pm, my tired little family of four stopped by for a restroom break and a hot coffee to go on a cold drive home to Oklahoma. Sadly, the two girls working that night had already locked the doors and decided to stand behind the counter and stare at us. We obviously had to take our quick business to McDonalds for coffee. We stop here regularly on our road trips that bring us through Paris, and have always had satisfactory visits, so I am not going to tear this place up because of the two girls that cheated us a coffee for the road. I have never seen them before so I know it wasn't someone who has been there when we drive through town. This location is usually very clean and the other baristas are usually very efficient and provide great customer service. Hopefully the doors won't be locked nearly an hour before closing next time. read more

Ok, been twice and have had two different experiences. Both on Sunday mornings. First time, drip coffee was hot and service was friendly what more can you ask. Second time decided to go through drive through 12/30/18 around 10:50am; and coffee was Luke warm. A little disappointing. I'll give em another shot and report back. My suspicion is ordered the dark roast late into the morning but still. 3rd visit: super nice employees hopefully can get this store some traction. Very pleasant visit today. Update: Drive thru seems to be flowing now. Most of the employees seem to have their jobs down. The coffee tastes like Starbucks, so all good now. Original: It's new so there are issues. But, Paris has Starbucks back, and that's awesome. The parking area is challenging. The drive thru line blocks parking spaces and creates conflict. There are not enough parking places as well. Baristas seem to be focused on the drive thru for orders, with the inside as secondary. Service is intermittent. Sleeves on or not when delivered to the bar. Availability of the green no spill sticks. Order taker was struggling. Overall, it is still jittery as a business. I will improve my review as service level improves. Good luck! read more

I have been to 50+ Starbucks from coast to coast. This Starbucks sucks; most inconsistent and filthiest coffee shop I have ever been to. Nothing but kids running it; just throwing stale coffee in a cup. No pride is put into the craft of the $5 coffee. The half a dozen times I drive thru, I regret my decision. Last week, I watched the kid make my drink completley wrong. I called him on it (he made my drink with whole milk) and he lied through his teeth. Done. The only reason why I have given them chance after chance is because it is convenient compared to the other local coffee shop plus their hours are extended. I will be driving the mile and a half going forward. The local shop puts pride and love in their cup... They actually show appreciation for your patronage. read more

My husband and I walked in and there was no line (because of Covid no one else was in the store) and saw 3 employees behind the register. 2 were busy with the drive through and one was chatting with someone in the store who, by the sound of the conversation, was apparently just a friend of his and not a customer. Let me start by saying this Starbucks located in Paris, Texas is the worst ever. I've been living here for 3 years now and I visit starbucks frequently, let's just say almost everyday since I've been here. I've gotten a few jolly employees that'll tell you a joke a time or two, but my overall experience has been horrible from rude employees to long waits but my biggest issues is my drinks are never fixed correctly. Love this store! Not only are the drinks perfect every time, there are a few of the partners working there that go above and beyond. Erin and Chris are always full of energy and have taken the time to introduce me to new favorites. I also have fallen in love with the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean. The drinks are slightly overpriced, but that's corporates fault. I enjoy the green tea frappe and also the refresher drinks. The line gets long and annoying at this location. Great Starbucks! I stopped in there twice traveling back and forth to SE Texas from Missouri. The baristas are super friendly and fast. Everything I have ordered has been perfectly prepared. This morning I ordered the Frappula Frappuccino and my barista even went above and beyond and decorated my cup. :) It is the little things, that make a business stand out and this Starbucks is definitely a stand out!
