Well today it's 100° out. Don't know what the heat index is, very thirsty so I went to the drive-through and ordered a large water and ice. Yes, I was prepared to pay for it. I was told you can't get water and ice unless you make a purchase I said well my purchase would be the water and ice she says no Starbucks changed their policies and it's not allowed. Two weeks ago I went in. I asked for the Pink Drink, the girl looked at me like I was insane, and said "is it on the menu?" I said well I don't see it up there. She informed me that they don't fix anything unless it's on the menu. I won't be back. read more

I got a dirty chai from here that tasted like burnt coffee and the smell of the plastic cup was very chemically and i could taste it i

This Starbucks is extremely slow. I have to wait a long time for my drink every stop here.

Drive through insanely long but better than going inside for a drink order. Took over 20 minutes for two drinks. Just Mel driving to another location. read more

This is got to be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I order ahead every single time and I always wait another five minutes when I get here minimum I've been told that if you go through the long drive-through, you can get your drinks faster than if you order ahead, which makes no sense. Why let us order ahead if you're not going to Make the orders ahead of time. read more

Waiting over 20 minutes for coffee not very efficient. Even after watching the drive thru empty out...ridiculous

Very consistent good service! Friendly atmosphere. Delicious pastry's always fresh and warmed for you. read more

Quick in and out Starbucks located conveniently on the access road to the highway. I expect the basics at Starbucks and consistency. I got both here. read more

What a pleasant surprise to walk in and be greeted with "Hello, welcome to Starbucks!" Dallas Starbucks should take note. I'm used to walking in and nobody saying anything, much less welcome or thank you. Nice job guys. Drinks were perfect, service was quick. Barista did say thank you and come back. What a nice surprise! A+! read more

WORST Starbucks ever. They mess up the order 99% of the time I go there. Order light ice and get a cup full of ice. Forget the strawberries in the strawberry refresher. Today I got an iced mocha and they put some kind of cream in it as well as caramel. How do you mess up one of the easiest simplest drinks?! They read back the order to me several times and kept saying "so an iced mocha with sweet cream?" uhhhh no? I said just an iced mocha. And they "fixed" it and then made it wrong anyway. I don't understand. How do they keep messing it up every single time? Where's corporate? Somethings going on with this location. Edit: wanted to add another particularly bad experience I had. Went inside to get 3 drinks, we had to wait literally 30 minutes. There was 1 other customer in the store who was also clearly getting annoyed. The employees completely ignored us and when our drinks were ready they called my name and didn't even bother to put the drinks where I could reach them, instead they opted to leave them on the counter 2 feet behind the plexiglass. Tried to get their attention and I was ignored, had to practically lean over the entire counter just to stick my hand through to get the drinks. Just ridiculous. read more

This place lacks customer service....hmmm, first let's start with WHERE the heck are the snowman cookies I look forward to every season??? It's 10:00 am...you shouldn't run out Then, as you can see the pic my grande coffee was WAY LESS than full! Had I not been in a hurry , I would've taken it back....the girl was new but someone definitely needs to be observing while she's making coffee! Needless to say, I was passing through Paris BUT definitely won't go back! read more

After reading all of the bad reviews, I was worried about stopping here. However, our experience was great. Super friendly staff, food and drinks were made correctly. It is a smaller store, so not a ton of seating available. Next time I am in tow, I will stop here! read more

So normally I have nothing but good things to say about Starbucks.but today....it was mediocre at best.I ordered online ahead of time bc I was in a rush.My kids wanted to try the new tie dye Frappuccino so I got them each one and got my regular double chocolate chip Frappuccino.even tho we ordered online the wait for them was ridiculous.I wanna say 15+ min. When we did get them they were solid yellow, not tie dye.I told the barista, that they weren't tie dye and he shrugged his shoulders.I paid over $5 each for those things and they were watery, yellow messes that were so sweet I'm sure my kids got a cavity. My daughter who had been waiting all week for it said it tasted ok but was super disappointed in the presentation. While I'll be back for my regular Frappuccino you really dropped the ball on this one Starbucks.Sorry. read more

Starbucks - Tie dye Frappuccino - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Paris, Texas

Quick and easy!! Ordered on the app with a complicated drink but it was made perfectly!

Quality is as you'd expect once you actually get your items. The issue is they take SOOO long! Just moved here from DFW and each time I've been here it's slow. This morning I went inside and was told it was a 20 minute wait for drinks! They aren't ANY busier than any other Starbucks I've ever been in. This is not acceptable... even in a small town. Sounds like a district manager needs to make a training visit. read more

When the internet and door both say a business closes at 8:30 pm, that's the time a business should close right? On a Monday night (11/26) around 7:50 pm, my tired little family of four stopped by for a restroom break and a hot coffee to go on a cold drive home to Oklahoma. Sadly, the two girls working that night had already locked the doors and decided to stand behind the counter and stare at us. We obviously had to take our quick business to McDonalds for coffee. We stop here regularly on our road trips that bring us through Paris, and have always had satisfactory visits, so I am not going to tear this place up because of the two girls that cheated us a coffee for the road. I have never seen them before so I know it wasn't someone who has been there when we drive through town. This location is usually very clean and the other baristas are usually very efficient and provide great customer service. Hopefully the doors won't be locked nearly an hour before closing next time. read more

Like the movie said you "get fu**ed in the drive thru"! I'm old enough and a big enough boy now to realize that I probably should check my little brown bag before I drive away into the wilds of beautiful Paris Texas (yuk).. ordered grande caramel frappucino with shot of espresso but sure doesn't taste like I have extra shot in it as well as a delicious bacon Gouda sandwich. I looked in my bag when I got to work and saw a banana bread instead. I am so sick and tired of paying unbelievable ridiculous prices for crap in this beautiful country of ours and piss poor service with a gotta tip me attitude as well. Things were so much better twenty years ago. Frustrated.. read more

Ok, been twice and have had two different experiences. Both on Sunday mornings. First time, drip coffee was hot and service was friendly what more can you ask. Second time decided to go through drive through 12/30/18 around 10:50am; and coffee was Luke warm. A little disappointing. I'll give em another shot and report back. My suspicion is ordered the dark roast late into the morning but still. 3rd visit: super nice employees hopefully can get this store some traction. Very pleasant visit today. Coffee and mocha were spot on and everyone was cheery even given that's its early on New Year's Day. 4 stars for employees read more

Update: Drive thru seems to be flowing now. Most of the employees seem to have their jobs down. The coffee tastes like Starbucks, so all good now. Original: It's new so there are issues. But, Paris has Starbucks back, and that's awesome. The parking area is challenging. The drive thru line blocks parking spaces and creates conflict. There are not enough parking places as well. Baristas seem to be focused on the drive thru for orders, with the inside as secondary. Service is intermittent. Sleeves on or not when delivered to the bar. Availability of the green no spill sticks. Order taker was struggling. Overall, it is still jittery as a business. I will improve my review as service level improves. Good luck! read more

I don't know how many times I have stopped here to order breakfast and a Chai and they don't have what you order. Today was the worst.

Super nice guys!!!! I usually drop by at least 5 days a weeks to pull me through studying.....

I have been to 50+ Starbucks from coast to coast. This Starbucks sucks; most inconsistent and filthiest coffee shop I have ever been to. Nothing but kids running it; just throwing stale coffee in a cup. No pride is put into the craft of the $5 coffee. The half a dozen times I drive thru, I regret my decision. Last week, I watched the kid make my drink completley wrong. I called him on it (he made my drink with whole milk) and he lied through his teeth. Done. The only reason why I have given them chance after chance is because it is convenient compared to the other local coffee shop plus their hours are extended. I will be driving the mile and a half going forward. The local shop puts pride and love in their cup... They actually show appreciation for your patronage. read more

This is just amazing to me. This is the 2nd time in a week that I have been to Starbucks and no "regular " coffee! What the heck...it's a coffee store! This store! I ordered a venti with extra cream. I got a grande no cream. Gave it back (which irritated the girl at the window. Got back a venti (so full it was coming out all sides), black I had to walk into the store with a cup that had spilled all over my car and ask for cream (the manager was extremely nice, the staff not so much). He did give me another cup because he could see that one was horrible If you don't like what you are doing, go get another job...there are many read more

My husband and I walked in and there was no line (because of Covid no one else was in the store) and saw 3 employees behind the register. 2 were busy with the drive through and one was chatting with someone in the store who, by the sound of the conversation, was apparently just a friend of his and not a customer. We stood there for 3-5 minutes and were never acknowledged, so we left. read more

Love this store! Not only are the drinks perfect every time, there are a few of the partners working there that go above and beyond. Let me start by saying this Starbucks located in Paris, Texas is the worst ever. I've been living here for 3 years now and I visit starbucks frequently, let's just say almost everyday since I've been here. I've gotten a few jolly employees that'll tell you a joke a time or two, but my overall experience has been horrible from rude employees to long waits but my biggest issues is my drinks are never fixed correctly. Almost all of the time they're out of what you're ordering‍. I mean com'on I don't know who's running the place but y'all have got to do better. read more

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean. The drinks are slightly overpriced, but that's corporates fault. Lane has the absolute BEST customer service! If I was this Starbucks location I would definitely use him as a training focal point.

The service at this Starbucks is most certainly one of the best I've come in contact with. Our barista (A very nice girl who, while not wearing a name tag said her name was Carolyn or Carol Anne, told us she has been with the company for 10 years) helped us out a lot with our order, (which was made extremely quick) and informed us as to why this location doesn't have several food items, and just made it a good experience. read more

First of all, the staff here are super polite and professional. That reflects strongly on the management. The store is clean, cozy and service is fast. There's never been a mistake with any of my past orders and the coffee meets all standards of the Starbucks brand. Very happy with this coffee shop. Also, my skinny mocha latte tonight was perfect; love the new Christmas design on the cups--again, service was fast and friendly. read more
