One day I went in, and employee are very nice. Long story short. I might pay a few cents more, but this store tries to please there customers. There was a couple of items they didn't stock until I asked for them, and now they order the item because I come in frequently now and it's on stock. When the corona virus first got started, this was one of the first stores to put in a shield to protect from spreading the virus. Small things add up and I see this business as a good asset to the community. Support small business. They are hear for us.

We were lucky enough to get what ranch dressing the FIFA World Cup fans left behind (Just kidding!) and it was very tasty with the french fries and onion rings. The onion rings were covered in what appeared to be a beer batter and were fried crispy and brown. The french fries still had the peel on and I love them made that way. Our burgers were absolutely exceptional! We try to visit burger places as we can because we want to know where to get the best burger. I appreciated the crispiness of the bacon and the juiciness of the burger. Everything was very good. I noticed that they had homemade peanut and pecan brittles on a little stand inside. Yeah.....a week later, those have disappeared!!!!!! Excellent and perfectly thin and crispy. There was also an area with fresh vegetables and they had HUGE elephant garlic. Good place for locals to pick up some fresh vegetables. The two ladies working were very accomodating and friendly. There are VERY FEW places to stop on this route. I was hoping to find an awesome donut shop in Paris, TX, but alas, that was not the case. While the prices were great and the staff was friendly, the donuts were average at best. The cake donut was very soft, bordering on underdone. The cinnamon roll was pretty tasty, basically a glazed donut loaded up with cinnamon. My wife had a glazed donut, which she said was fine. My young son devoured his frosted sprinkle donut- he was definitely the happiest of our group. I'm hoping that we just caught the shop on a bad donut day. If nothing else, the donuts are cheap and plentiful. We ate in, but there is a handy drivethru if you need a quick donut. Credit is accepted for transactions $5 and up.
