It seems there is not a lot of fondness of management by the employees. I have been there at all times of the day and often the employees complain that management does not value their input on anything and keeps changing the store appearance without allowing them to voice opinions. Suggest the owners put up an employee suggestion box. The employees are always courteous and professional. The kind of employees their competitors would love to hire.

The whole place was very clean and the bathrooms were pretty luxurious for a truck stop. The employees were friendly and it was stocked with a wide variety of drinks, snacks, sundries, and gifts. Beyond disrespectful, disgusting attitude immediately when my boyfriend went up to the counter (he's mexican) and from that point it was trouble. She scratched off the lotto ticket herself and messed up the scanner so he wasn't able to get the money he won because of HER mistake . Then I go back inside with him and I say "you scratched off the scanner and I can't do it online" and before I could finish speaking she interrupted me and said no she did not that he's lying she will not be called a liar that there's 4 cameras saying "there's a camera, there's a camera, there's a camera and there's a camera " treating me like im stupid , I said customer service she said exactly like what?
