Worst fast food app I've ever encountered. I frequently order carry out with an app so I don't have to wait when I get to the restaurant. I recently upgraded phones leaving iPhone moving to Pixel. Every other app continues to work but I can't log into Whataburger. I no longer have an Apple account and can't log in with it. Can't log in with my Google account because email is tied to an existing account. Can't setup a new account because email is tied to Apple. Finally setup a new account using different email, tried to place order and it declined my credit card because it is tied to the other account. Finally gave up and and purchased from another restaurant. Other companies let you edit info...Whataburger will let me change phone and credit card but not email. Can't delete the account because I can't log into the account. Some IT team members need to be looking for new jobs. read more

This whataburger is completely adorable! Hubby & I have been vacationing & visiting, got lost & ended up here by accident. What a find! The prettiest little old school whataburger we have ever seen! It's so cute with a cute little patio out front, just like they were in the old days when we first met. It's beautifully preserved with cozy hardwood booths inside. The high ceilings & sky lights give it a atrium effect, with dabbles of light reflecting the shades of ocean blues from the beautiful floor tiles to the warm tones of the natural wood seating edged in a contrasting indigo blue. Gorgeous! The most beautiful classy looking whataburger we have ever seen! And the little patio out front was also superb. Super clean, with lots of beautiful English garden shrubbery. (I want to secretly have afternoon tea here) lol And the best part was the staff! The lovely lady that took our order kept giving us updates on the cooking time. Telling us our fries were going to be HOT! And they were right out of the fryer. They were on top of it! The chef that was working the grill was squirting his bottle of oil on the flat top like a pro putting the weight on the patties, I was watching him closely. He knows his stuff. Needless to say our food was perfection. Hubby and I are still talking about it. We love the Hatch Green chili burger & it was so yummy I ate half of hubby's burger & he kept eating my chicken taco bc it was also seared savory juicy chicken perfection. Well done! It's just fast food. It's nothing special. It's no different from McDonald's. Burger King it's just Texas style mustard-based hamburger patties. The chicken sandwich seem to be just like a giant chicken nugget as well as the double burger. I actually felt like a teenager eating this food and wondering why I ate it. read more

The food is great!!! If it ever gets to you uhhh Don't expect to go thru the drive thru if you don't plan on waiting 20 plus minutes. Actually, I wouldn't go to this location at ALL if you don't plan on waiting a long time for your food. The staff is rude and obviously incapable of doing their job. You will wait 10 min just for someone to take your order because their phones and cracking up with other employees are more important. The atmosphere in general is just terrible! If they forget something plan on waiting another 15 min to have it fixed.... Do NOT recommend this location! read more

Every time I go to this location, it's a 20+ minute wait. Most of the time they are missing an item in my meal and the last time I had a curbside pickup order, I waited 30 minutes, had to walk in myself and get the food. read more

Food is always cooked to perfection. I can honestly state that I've never had any bad food. Really hard to come by for a fast food restaurant. The interior and exterior is always pristine. Most of all, I love the service. I've been working in Paris since early December and almost immediately, the employees were calling me by name. I really has a family atmosphere. We were in a hurry so we stopped here. There were two families waiting on food in the dining room. We placed our order and waited 20 mins. When we realized the lady who was there before us still hadn't gotten her order we decided it was taking too long and asked for our money back. Mad.... first I waited at the speaker with only 1 person in front of me already at the window for 7 mins before someone said anything (almost went to the window thinking the speaker was broke) ordered my food then left and the onion rings are gross and brown almost looking over cooked but yet soggy and breading was thin and barley came with any and tasted bad. read more

We love Whataburger where we come from. We stopped for lunch traveling through on Sunday afternoon. The staff made us feel like a burden. We stood in line as the only customers for over 5 minutes. The greeting we got was "What do you want?". If we weren't tired and hungry we would've gone elsewhere. The food was good and held up to Whataburger standards. If you can deal with the customer service it's worth the stop. read more

The experience I had at this location was horrific. The employee at the drive thru was very disrespectful and rude. We were never greeted and as soon as the employee started talking you could hear his attitude. The employee sounded like he hated his life. We asked for ketchup and we were rudely told to remind him at the window. Then he acted like we were dumb and couldn't count change. Overheard one of the female employees yelling at another employee for refilling the shake machine and that she doesn't want to have to make shakes all night. Then, I watched her throw together two shakes with a bucket of the flavoring syrup. The same woman packed my food and did not give me a single napkin and the fries were ice cold. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have NEVER had a bad experience at Whataburger, even those late night food runs when Whataburger is the only place open! We stopped at the Whataburger in Paris, TX for 4 burgers, 4 Fries and 4 Drinks. The Drive Thru was completely empty, and the Lobby had 5/6 people in it. We ordered and for some reason, not only did the Manager add Jalepenos to a burger but also took off the onions. The 4 of us proceeded to sit and wait, and while waiting observed an employee repeatedly wipe his nose & not wash his hands ( he was handling peoples fries). 10 minutes went by and we started to wonder but understood, then it hit 20 min later, then 30 and I decided to say something. The employees were all just standing around, talking to what I assume were other employees in the Lobby, etc. When I proceeded to ask the employee at the counter ( the same one that was wiping his nose in front of customers/ not washing hands) to grab the manager he looked at me and said "What?". So finally at 2:50 ( 32 min after order was placed) we got our food. We left because we are traveling to OK, and opened our food. One burger was missing bacon & condiments and everyone elses burger were cold, as if they were just sitting on the counter the whole time. The fries were cold and hard as well, probably due to the fact that they were cooking fries and setting them under the heat lamp ( our fries were sitting under there since before we got there). I love Whataburger and visit often, and I won't let this one TERRIBLE location affect my opinion. Management and employees definitely need either re-training or replacement. 0 out of 5 stars. Used the drive-thru for breakfast on 1/26/2019, waited an extremely long time with only one car ahead of me, paid extra for gravy and they didn't put in the bag, cashier shorted me on change, saw another customer come back because their order wasn't right. Visiting from out of town. Thought this place was like Five Guys or In n Out. It is most certainly not. It is dirt cheap and you get what you pay for.
