I was really disappointed to see that, but we decided to give it a go a second time a couple of months later. We hoped, since Jaxx is a bit of a staple in Paris, that's the first time we went there was just an off night. However, our second experience was just as bad. We asked for fresh crisp fries, and they were floppy and not good. We debated on voicing our concerns or not when the waitress asked if everything was OK. We hesitated for a minute, and then told her that things were fine. I think that she realized things were less than desirable, but instead of asking further questions, she avoided our table for the rest of the time and gave us looks. We were very kind and cordial, we just weren't impressed with the price or the quality of food. We won't be back.
