I used to love DQ but lately I've decided Braum's is a much better option. We just ordered 2 large blizzards. When she handed them to me I told her that I didn't think that they were really full because they were about 2 inches from the top. She said yes she's sorry but the cups are so tall that they can't see how full it is. It's not my fault that they choose these tall cups they should train their employees better or she should've offered to fill it up with soft serve every other time. I see people getting a blizzard. They tip it upside down and there's ice cream all the way to the top but tonight we bought two large ones and felt that they should've been filled to the top for the price that you pay for one cup of ice cream it should be done right with no excuses! read more

This is the most ridiculous DQ ever. Sloppy store sloppy employees, gross lack of customer service. The picture below is a "blizzard". Was supposed to be a peanut butter cup. Clearly there's an issue. We got out of drive thru line and walked in. The employee said "yea, looked right". Refused to remake or refund. Goodbye Dairy Queen Lamar Ave. After years of being a customer I'm no longer. Very rude ladies working the window, orders are continuously wrong, Angry employers and rudeness when you let them know they're wrong, rude and sassy employees when you pick your order up after having taken it back for correction the previous day telling you it's right this time don't worry - but it's wrong again and they're madder at you than they care about fixing it! Food costs have continuously gone up and up beyond the rate of inflation! Just discovered same items st Sonic next door are better quality served by happy employees and at a 12% lower cost. read more

So I grew up in Paris and just heard an exchange between my mom and the staff at Dairy Queen. She got home and realized they didn't give her her entire order. When she went back she asked that they replace her fries as they were cold now. They said no and she asked to speak to the manager. Kelsey refuses to talk to her and said I'm Not replacing them. That's fine, but the fact that she wouldn't even talk to her was unacceptable. So I call to ask her if it's protocol to not talk to a customer if a manager is requested it. Lol, we Kelsey must have been having a bad day. At first she refused to give me her name, then proceeded to tell me that she didn't have to talk to me because I wasn't the customer. Then she said she wasn't the manager only later to tell me she is the assistant manager. After she finished yelling at me she finally gave me the real manager (I suppose) name and gave me 2 different times in which she could be reached. Granted it's just DQ, but I've never had a manager behave like that. That can't be protocol. read more

Apparently there's no Dairy Queen listed on N. Loop 286, but this location does not listen to what you order. I had a very long day & ordered a chicken fried steak (Dude) sandwich & fry's with no drink. I stay about 9 miles out of town & I guess should've checked my order, but you would think It'd be what you ordered since there was nobody ahead of me or behind me at the drive through!! So, once I get home & open the bag, there's no fries & once I opened the sandwich, it's not a chicken fried steak sandwich either, but yet I was charged for a Dude combo & didn't get either!! This is the 2nd time my order has been screwed up! What the devil is going on at that location? Sorry to vent on your location, but am very frustrated at the N. Loop location. read more

NOTHING SHORT OF HORRIBLE! Ordered a chicken sandwich and the only thing that was edible was the frys! Sandwich was cold as can be and drowning in Mayo when it was ordered to not have Mayo. So other then the illiterate crew, service was marginal at best but seriously work on getting new cooks! read more
