Poor Customer Service Recovery after making mistakes ensuring all orders are included once bagged for " take out! Just recently ordered 91.00 worth of food the 50 wing party pack which comes with 2 veggie stick orders and two large fries. I drive all the way home back of the valley o Lu to discover they did not include the two orders of veggie sticks! I call them to advice them of their oversight... not even an " apology" or an offer if a free side to throw in for the tine & gas it would take me to return to go back to get the missing order! All they stated was " I can issue you a credit fir next tine you come I. To get your free veggie sticks that you didn't receive!" They need to show a little more accountability in representingWing Stop as an establishment that hires competent employees! A prior experience to this, I ordered extra side corn on the cob and once again upon opening my bag after I drive home, I discovered the order missing! At that time I didn't bother to go back due to gas and tine. The all time worst experience was when my daughter ordered wings to go and when she bit Into it she discovered the meat was undercooked and red and raw close to the bones. They should check the cooking temperature regularly and train their staff with project cooking temperatures as well as sanitary food handling! Moral of the story is to always check every order ... open each box to inspect & count to ensure everything is included before you leave the store. Waited for this location to open up only to be disappointed. I placed order online 6:15pm, and it said it will be ready in 20 mins. I went there half an hour after placing order, gave them 10 mins extra. I went to pick up window and asked if my order is ready for pick up. The employee told me I have to get in line to ask the cashier. I went ahead followed his instruction, waited in line for 10 mins before I finally got to the register. I told the cashier that im there to pick up my online order that I placed 45 mins ago and the guy on pick up area told me to ask cashier. The cashier yelled to the prep staff asking if my order is ready and the guy said another 10 mins. I didnt get my order until 7:32pm. Never again will I come to this location. read more

I ordered in store and my food was ready within the 10 minutes that they advised. Service was acceptable, not overly friendly but professional. My order was accurate, but the food wasn't that good. Portion size was fine. The fries were cooked well, BUT they were sweet, making me think they accidentally used sugar instead of salt. The boneless chicken is mostly outer crust and not much chicken. The garlic parmesan was full of parmesan but no noticeable garlic flavor, and it was so oily/buttery that it's overwhelming (it was hard to eat more than 2 pieces). The original hot was ok. Placed an order through the Wingstop app for boneless wings and french fries. I was only delivered part of my order. All of the fries were missing which was two large fries. I called the store and somebody that sounded like they were 12 named yeti or Jassie basically said there was nothing they could do. They would not issue a refund and they would not bring the fries even though they were sitting there, and she laughed the entire time she was talking to me like it was funny, so we were very short on our dinner as we did not receive any of the fries. This location definitely needs to figure out how to have some sort of manager that's not 12 years old on duty to talk to and take care of these problems. This person said there was no manager, and that she was basically the only one I could talk to. I've never been a fan of Wingstop. It's been nearly 5 years since I last at at one, so I figured I should give this place a shot. I got some wings, fries, and fried corn. The fries and corn were good and the wings were cooked good enough, but there were some issues. That mango habanero sauce is simply not spicy enough. This might be a good thing to some folks, but I wanted something with more of a kick. Then there's the garlic parmesan... it was absolutely tasteless and the wings were not given enough time to drain, so the only real flavor was from the puddle of fry oil on the bottom of the tray that the wings were swimming in. Completely understaffed, took an hour and 10 minutes to get my 8 piece combo meal at 10:00 at night. Was told after receiving food that they ran out of ranch and containers. When I walked into this Wingstop, I expected some delicious wings, I didn't expect to be treated so well!!! Like wow! While ordering wings with my partner I mentioned I liked the wings at my job but the person helping me said "Ah, but we're the best!" Boy was she right! We then proceeded to have a conversation with her about our love of Wingstop wings, going over every flavor, my partner mentioned how she thought Wingstop has AMAZING bbq wings. I went in to eat early morning their first customer but, I need to go to the restroom quick my bladder is full I told them I'm gonna use the restroom quick. Their reaction is saying the restroom only for customers especially the one said she is the manager I felt so offended because of the way they say it and the way they look at me like a suspicious look. I've been a Wingstop customer for decades I don't deserve it this is the first time I felt so offended just because of using a restroom first before you order. They should put a sign at the store front door " Restroom is only for customers" so, they don't have to assume that people coming in are just using their restroom. The manager Delcy (Said her name is on the receipt) didn't handle it professionally when I complained when I'm ordering but, acting like no care attitude just pointed at the restroom that the restroom is only for customers but, without a sign instead of acknowledging my complain and I'm suggesting to show care to their guest but she would insist on arguing with me then said what's your order. Also, his assistant is signing rudely to me to scram that's when I get more furious also another customer newly arrived keeps getting into a conversation without knowing what happened adding more heat. All I want to hear is I'm sorry if you felt offended... not justifying or defensive what you did to your guest or customer. They should review the performance of the manager of this store and retrain her. She is not a qualified manager!!!
