No big fan fair I would say this is a typical Wingstop where you get your wings if you're feeling like it it's more of a 3.5. The service was OK. They seemed a little distracted, but overall I would say it was a good experience if you just want some wings and they have the variety of flavors when you think about the spice level, it's actually not too spicy. Inside was pretty decent and clean. There was no garbage cans which stuck out to me and the parking is a little more difficult if it's a busy time. read more

I was coming down one of the main drags in PB, and the scent of chicken wings caught my attention. Wingstop opened several years ago, and I hadn't been to this spot in quite a while. The space used to house a tire service center which there are plenty of those in this neighborhood. A dedicated parking lot was off to the west of the building, however some of them were marked as pay spots that I found to be annoying. They close no earlier than midnight daily which is terrific for the night owls. The dining area was spacious with sufficient seating for close to 50 customers. It was clean and well-kept unlike another local branch of this chain business. A board on the wall to the right of the service counter listed the available sauces along with a brief description of each one. The menu board hung behind the counter with wings, sandwiches, and tenders as the categories. You could order a la carte or in combos. I picked a combo of three chicken tenders with hickory smoked BBQ sauce. The combo included a choice of french fries (my pick) or veggie sticks, a fountain drink, and a dip (ranch was my pick). The food was fried fresh which I appreciated even if it took a few minutes longer. The tenders had a thick crust to them and weren't as large as the pieces I have seen elsewhere. The sauce was applied generously and was very sweet. The $9.99 price was reasonable for such a combo. I gave a 3.5 star rating for this visit to Wingstop. read more

I'm a sucker of chicken wings and this place used to be my usual to go spot but unfortunately their wings are a hit or miss, it's never consistent. Sometimes it's perfect, but at times it's dry or salty, and sometimes they fry it way too long that it makes the chicken chewy and tough! I love their Louisiana rub, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and honey hot rub. I usually always order the carrots and celery vegetable on the side and it's always fresh and crunchy, I love it. I just wish their wings are cooked more consistently and I will be coming back More often. The nuggets are good tho. The ranch is not free either, you'll have to pay extra $$$ depending on its size. Oh well, the wings are pretty decent. Service is okay, the whole restaurant is giving a "McDonalds vibe." It's not the best but I love wings! lol! read more

Savanah was so nice!! I asked for my tenders extra wet and she delivereddddd also just was great vibes. Will be back!'

We had a party and catered via Wingstop in PB. I've gotta say this was a very good experience overall. Granted the DoorDash dude didn't speak English very well and the packaging could've been better in like a box as one bag was leaking, but that's the big reason I didn't give them 5 stars. I received lots of compliments of the taste of the boneless nuggets. The kids devoured them left & right. I regret I didn't order hot sauces. But after the 6-he party was done, there were only a few of the 100+ we ordered. I had a spicy hot tender and a handful of the BBQ, Korean, and a few others like mild, myself. Even the carrot & celery sticks appeared pretty popular! We look forward to choosing Wingstop again. If we party in PB-Mission Beach or Bay, we'll certainly consider Wingstop in PB again. The online ordering was pretty straightforward. I also liked giving them a call an hour & half prior to delivery to ensure all was g2g. So yeah looking forward to doing this again. Thank you, guys! read more

We had a get together at the beach to celebrate a birthday and we door dashed a 75 pack of bone in wings. With 3 sides of fries and everything in our order was absolutely perfect. Our wings were still hot and so were our fries which is super rare for fries to stay hot and fresh. Everything was absolutely delicious and nothing was missing and we even got some extra ranch which was super nice. read more

I always come to this Wingstop for a late night grub and it hits everytime! I get the 2 person boned-in wings meal with half louisiana rubs and half lemon peppers. These flavors are my staple and each are opposite ends of the flavor spectrum. The louisiana rub is more flavorful and heavy whereas the lemon pepper is on the lighter and lemony side. The workers get my order in quickly and the food always comes out shortly after! The only thing I would comment about is their drinks machine. It honestly is a hit or miss when it comes to how diluted their drinks are. There are times where it tastes like water, but there are also times where the drinks are perfect. Parking: There aren't too many spaces open but I usually don't have any trouble finding parking. read more

I genuinely like the food here, but this review has nothing to do with the wings--it's about the baffling and ongoing issue with how this location (and Wingstop overall) handles something as simple as BBQ sauce. BBQ sauce is clearly available in-store. But on the app? Not listed as a dip option. So I'm forced to select "no dips," and then when I arrive and ask for BBQ, I'm told I have to pay extra. I'm not trying to game the system--I'm just trying to get something that should've been included, had the app been set up properly. One employee (who I'm choosing not to name) told me the solution was to call in my order every time instead of using the app. Seriously? In 2025? I explained that's not a real solution for me, the customer--but she doubled down and kept repeating it like it was the holy grail of problem-solving. Meanwhile, all I wanted was some BBQ sauce and to not be treated like I was asking for gold flakes. I've now written an email to corporate because the answer isn't "call every time." The answer is: fix the damn app. This whole thing should take two seconds. Instead, it turns into a weird, unnecessary standoff every time. Fix it. read more

I just witnessed one of the most beautiful moments inside this Wingstop. The manager (the gentleman with glasses) showed the kind of leadership and humanity you rarely see in fast food restaurants anymore. A man in a wheelchair needed help getting to the restroom. The manager not only assisted him but also placed an "Out of Order" sign on the door to give him privacy. It absolutely touched my heart. He was clearly busy, but still took the time to show kindness and dignity. I even stepped in to help open the door, and the manager looked at me with genuine gratitude and said, "Thank you, I appreciate it." That small exchange spoke volumes about the culture he is building here. And it wasn't just that day. On another visit, I saw the same manager literally reaching his hand down into the sink drain to clean it out. Who does that anymore? That level of dedication to cleanliness and detail is the reason I can trust this Wingstop. I LOVE a clean environment, and I don't often see employees in U.S. fast food working with such pride, standards, and care. This manager is leading by example, and it makes all the difference. I truly appreciate his efforts--and I hope more people notice and recognize them too. read more

Wings are way too dry to my liking. The drums are the worst, so dry that it's just not enjoyable

Ordered and payed online. Said it would be ready in about 14 minutes. Got there one other person waiting for their food. Talked to counter person and he said it will be right up. Waited for about 15 minutes. They kept putting up other peoples orders (5 diff Togo orders) for pickups who were not even there. Mind you I'm the only one in the store waiting for pickup. counter guy keeps saying mine was coming right up. Food quality was good but what the heck can you figure out how to manage a business. read more

We finally took the time to get chicken wings from Wingstop. Oh how sad. The whole experience was less than enticing. I ordered in the store because I was unfamiliar with this chain. Absent from the place was the smell of fabulous food. I assumed I would smell chicken cooking. Nope. The person who waited on me wasn't able to explain the menu or the differences in the flavors offered. I ordered plain wings with sauce on the side. They were greasy and flavorless. It was surprising how bad the wings were. Needless to say we will not return. Oh, 10 wings were $18. read more

Ordered a boneless meal deal for delivery, and my fries were missing. I called them and the manager offered to refund me $6 for the fries, which is laughable considering I paid $27 for the meal. I did not pay delivery to have half my food delivered to me, and just for the inconvenience of not having my food I would have liked at least a refund of the item and delivery, if not the entire order like I would have received from DoorDash. Terrible service at this location, would not recommend. read more

First time there to get some food for my son. The manager was bot friendly at all. I asked what option they have and he said ' here' while pointing to the board in the wall. Second time ordered thru the app. It was after 2 in the afternoon. A guy followed us in. The same manager looked at both of us and ask the second guy if he was picking up and handed him his order and completely ignored me and went back to his scheduling. I had to say i am here to pick up too before he even acknowledged me so rude. No more. read more

This was my second time attending wing stop in my life, and nothing stood out to me. The restaurant was very empty so I ordered my food very fast. As the lady handed me my soda cup I turned around the corner and saw and soda machine that had 100 plus flavors! I've never seen so many, I decided to go with peach Fanta (normally I get orange but I wanted to switch it up a little) and let me just say don't get that. The lady at the counter told me a 5 minute wait, the wait was around 8-10 minutes so not far off. My food was finally ready so I got up and grabbed it, as I got to the counter I looked in the kitchen and saw 4 of the workers just standing around not doing anything, I don't blame them because it looked like there was nothing to do, get this place more customers!!!!! I got back to my table and tried my sandwich, that was my exact reaction. I ate around half of it and got sick of it, maybe I should've got a different flavor. The sandwich didn't really have much flavor though, nor did the fries. One thing I will say it the ranch, perfecto. I got up to leave and had lots of trash left over after eating (the food is pretty messy) as I looked around for a trash can I couldn't find one, but then the lady at the counter showed me to where it was. It was behind the counter, really Wingstop. The next time I come here I am hoping they put one were the customers can see. My last thought before I left was why is there only tables of 4, what if I just got done at a game and wanna bring my whole team, we would have to split up! My personal feedback is to get a trash can and have more diversity in the table selection. Thanks wingstop for a great experience!! read more

I'd give them a 3.5 if I could. These guys opened not long ago. Its what you would expect from a fast food wings place. Good but not great. The wings are a bit small and can be dry. Flavors are the highlight. We like the Louisiana rub, garlic parm and lemon pepper. The chicken thighs are nice to sample. read more

Service was good. The wings were excellent. Nice and hot. The fries were also excellent as well. Does take some time, so don't be in a rush.

Not very good. I ordered 10 wings five boneless Hawaiian and five bone in mango habanero. The five Hawaiian came with bone in and I had to go back in the meat on those chicken wings were very scarce. The sauce wasn't that great and he wanted to drowned it in ranch it's $1.49 more for a tiny thing of ranch. The mango habanero was a little too spicy and it was quick the place was clean I ordered it to go comes in a huge grocery bag very extra unnecessary and got the fries which are pretty salty oversalted in my opinion. Got a drink that's a cool machine they have there I got some grape soda zero from Fanta that was probably the best thing about the place. The reason for two stars is the fact that it's overpriced and that they couldn't get the order correct plus it's not that great so I'm not sure if it's just this location because other locations have been stellar. Customer service was friendly but the guy seemed annoyed on the phone when I called in to place the order. It could be better not sure if I will go back but if I do I'll try the Buffalo and figure out if it was just a one off. read more

*Update* First I want to say the service we received was absolutely amazing. I wasn't expecting a call from Wingstop after the first experience. They apologized and wanted to compensate for the first experience. I greatly respect a place that holds itself to high standards. Today we went in to reorder our meal and the customer service from the employees and manager was great the whole time. It wasn't an awkward moment; they were very understanding and friendly. Now the food we received was amazing too! I've been craving wings for a long time and this heavily satisfied it. The sauce was the perfect amount, the spice rubs done just right and it was cooked very well (not making it dry). It looked so good we started eating before we thought to take a photo. I was scraping the sauce off the plate with my fries, that were also done great. We're definitely satisfied and will be recommending this place to others. We will be coming back ourselves. read more

I went to wingstop yesterday and the size of the wings were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than they were in May (the last time I got them). I usually could take two or three bites to finish one but these are literally bite size. And they didn't even compensate for the size, maybe adding a couple extra wings to make up for the size, but no. I also went at 6:30 pm so it wasn't like it was near closing and they just used what was left. I suggest going to another wingstop that serves reasonable sizes of their wings. I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Great online order experience. They got everything right. However, when they were making my order they were staring at the tossed chicken trying to figure out what was wrong with it for the longest. It was concerning but that threw it out and made a new batch. Place was empty on a weekend night. Clean. read more

Good, crispy wings. The lemon pepper was really good and so was the barbecue. If everything was that good, I would have given 5 stars. The fries are good, sliced from whole potatoes and nicely browned. They have a salty/sweet seasoning that was good but I just wasn't feeling the sweet on my fries today. The real lose-a-star was the garlic parmesan wings. Not enough garlic to ruin a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Zero garlic "burn" whatsoever. The boneless wings are decent chunks of white meat chicken with a batter-fried coating. They are definitely good, but since this place gets such a nice crisp on the real wings, I favored those. You can order a two-flavors combo and then add a side of the boneless wings in a third flavor if you want to maximize your varieties. read more

I ordered from UberEats. The wings smelled old, the chicken was chewy, not good at all. On top of that, the blue cheese was sour tasting. I could not eat any of my wing order. The cheese fries were bland with an off taste. It may be something with their oil and not cleaning it properly. I love Wingstop but this one definitely needs some improvement. I will not be doing any take out or delivery from this location in the future due to this experience. I reported the quality to UberEats and their customer service was great. read more

I ordered my food at 11:15 pm was told that it would be ready in 25 minutes, waited in restaurant for 20 minutes, till receiving it at 12:10

We went here for lunch recently. The restaurant was clean and not very busy. But it looked like they were doing a lot of takeout orders. Not expecting much for a chicken sandwich and fries for that price. But honestly, the fries were soggy and had so much salt and sugar on them, we literally tried to wipe them off on napkins. The lemon pepper sandwich was OK but a bit saturated. Iced Tea tasted like water. Could be better. read more

It was awful the food was inedible The chicken was stringy and tough. The fries were soggy and tasteless. I waited 20-25 minutes for my order, the cashier was pleasant and helpful. The kitchen staff of 5 people were loud and talkative with loud music playing. I received my order came home to find the garlic chicken wings (10 piece) were not in the to-go bag. I called and the manager Lino said he could hear me (probably because of the 2 types of loud music playing) I repeated myself 4 times and he eventually said he would give me the wings if I came back. I went back (10pm) and picked up the wings. These were awful as was the chicken sandwich and fries. The only thing that was edible were the 2 chicken tenders which are probably cooked from a frozen product. When I called to Complain the manager told me it wasn't his fault that I didn't like their flavors and he couldn't do anything about it! He said he would have a senior management person call me, no one called. Don't go here it was an awful experience the food smelt terrible. read more
