This is a nice place - the store was clean and the staff was friendly & courteous. The interior has a nice aviation theme to it (wings - get it?). I have to say that it took a long time for my order to be filled even though there was only one person in front of me when I came in: about 20 minutes for a 8-piece order. They do have an online ordering system, so if you are doing take-out it might be wise to use it before you go pick up your food. The wings were tasty, nice smoky flavor, crispy and meaty. I thought they were just a little on the dry side. The fries were very good - boardwalk style as we say here in Jersey (fries with a bit of skin). I just ordered here for the first time tonight on ubereats. This was my first wing stop experience ever and will probably be my last. The delivery was pretty speedy, so nothing wrong there, but my boyfriend and I were thoroughly disappointed. For starters, they gave me fries instead of the vegetable sticks that I ordered. Maybe this wouldn't have been a problem if the fries were actually good. This was not the case. They were cold and soggy. We ordered six different types of wings: boneless bbq, classic bbq, boneless teriyaki, boneless hot, classic lemon pepper, and classic Parmesan. The lemon pepper was really good but that was about the only good thing. That and the cheese dip my bf got. The ranch was tasteless. All of the boneless wings tasted like salt and shit had a baby together. All three flavors! The Parmesan and classic bbq tasted like nothing. Just regular sauce. They even screwed up the brownies. With a name like triple chocolate chunk you would think they would be good. Not a chance. They were so soft that we couldn't wait to eat them to get something in our systems. But we both cringed after the first bite. It tasted like a mix between toothpaste and medicine. For 30 dollars I was expecting a hell of a lot better quality food. Now I'm going to bed hungry and unsatisfied and 30 dollars poorer. What a shame. You really need to step up your game guys. Last night was my third time visiting this location. While the wait is sometimes a bit long for online ordering, I do certainly appreciate the freshness of the food. Fries are excellent and wide array of options make this a great carry out to visit for those nights you don't want to cook. Friendly staff as well. First off the beans were leaking out of the bag, which wouldn't be such a big deal of the plastic lid didnt break and leave plastic shards in the beans rendering them inedible. The 2nd problem was that none of the orders were labeled. We had a huge order and it took us at least 10 minutes to open all the boxes and guess which order was which without tasting someone else's food and counting the amount of wings. The final problem was that we were missing a piece of the order, and when we called the only options available to us were to call uber eats and ask for a refund or get free wings next time we order. First time trying here and I have mixed feelings..I ordered the atomic and the mango Habanero boneless wings and I won't say they are bad but man are they SALTY! I recently ordered a to-go order from Wing Stop in Newark and my order was recorded incorrectly by the young lady on the phone. Her attitude wasn't that pleasant which is a switch from how the customer service usually is at this location for me. However, after I went back into the restaurant I was able to speak with an assistant manager who was extremely pleasant and helpful! She fixed my original order with very little issue. I was pleasantly surprised by how good our order was. We had the family pack (4 dozen wings - you can choose 4 sauces and style aka traditional wings or boneless). They wings also come with your usual sides - celery and carrots with ranch and blue cheese dressings etc. they sold me on the dinner rolls - which I thought were great although they may be an unusual add on.
