10/10 Morgan Hill. And super clean! Time of food took around 10minutes as expected. Overall recommend wing lovers to come to this spot

great service and great food. very friendly and courteous staff. My favorite Wingstop to visit.

I placed an order online. The app said "completed". When I went to pick it up they told me that they didn't get my order... and on top of that they refused to make me my food because it was too close to closing time. So I didn't get my food and I was still charged for the food I never got. As if that wasn't inconvenient enough I spent the last month trying to get a refund. I've called multiple times giving all my information... consistently being promised to by the MANAGER that he would "call me back the next day with an update". Never called me back once. Terrible customer service. read more

took so long waited for 45 minutes people i ordered before got the food first. food was cold

Wings are decent. There's better places but for the price it isn't too bad. The Hawaiian flavor is really good.

The staff is super friendly and they try to help as fast as possible with food. I love Wingstop.

Wingstop is a great place to get some solid wings. Good flavors, solid menu and great locations. Here's a prime example of how service can drastically reduce a restaurants overall rating. Every time I order from wing stop, it takes them at leeeasssssttt 25 minutes to prepare my food. This is a "fast" food joint right? Anyways, I'll continue eating here because the wings are great, but sorry wingstop, you get -2 stars knocked off your overall rating simply because the amount of time I have to wait for my food every single friggin time. read more

My food was cold, and the wings didn't even taste like they were supposed to. I'm never ever getting this Wingstop ever again.

Ordered wings through DoorDash. Wings arrived super dry and were impossible to eat. I called wingstop and spoke to their assistant manager. He apologized and said that because it was DoorDash order - i should come in person to either get my refund or same order free of charge. He took my name and phone and promised that they will take care of me if i come next day. I came next day and two employees said that they didnt care what guy told me over the phone and they cant help me because it was doordash order. They told me to call DoorDash to deal with the issue - in the end very bad experience - no wings, no replacement, no money back and a lot of waisted time ;( read more

Ordered the usual(but usually go to a different location in Gilroy) We tried 1 wing per flavors we got -Hot -Parmesan -mango habanero -lemon pepper Some of our wings tastes like frozen food items, some were SUPPER SALTY. & fries were beyond salty. I went to speak with the girl at the front, she said "let me get my manager" He comes and I explain to him what's going on, he takes the food and cuts it open. He said to one of the guys "tell me how this tastes salty, like how" and pointed at the habanero wings I told him I never said the habanero were salty, I said the Lemmon pepper & Parmesan. He got supper red & the other guy told him it could of been because they didn't clean out something about the fryer. To all this chaos he tells me "can I take your number and name so I can tell my manager and they can refund you" I asked him if he was the manager he said no, the girl got supper red and I told him she said he was the manager. To top it off he said I couldn't get my refund because he couldn't do it and we paid cash so I had to drive all the way back here to get my refund whenever they could "if they could" He was very unprofessional and rude. I left without refund & waste of money. read more

While I understand that there may be a shortage of workers at this particular location due to the on-going pandemic, I cannot help but feel there is a lack of work quality. I have had many positive experiences at this location since I first visited in 2017 - early 2019. The employees at those time, worked fast and efficient in delivering me and my family's food on time while also being very kind and professional. As of today, my experience has been the complete opposite of what I had became used to. Burnt chicken, undercooked fries, and almost an hour of waiting time just for my 8 piece boneless chicken combo. Oh, and employees who clearly smoked a joint before working. Amazing. read more

seems they dont have a phone because they never answer . Who ever dose the hiring needs to be fired and they never get my order right. Saddest customer service in town read more

Tried the new chicken sandwhich (lemon pepper flavor.) It doesn't come with condiments (except pickles) but it was still flavorful and juicy. I also got my usual of the boneless wings combo and it was delicious as always. I do recommend trying the sandwiches! read more

Im furious right now like are you guys serious? I literally go to this wing stop under the influence wanting chicken tenders and go up to the worker saying I want chicken tenders. He says what sauce do you want on them and I say "oh no sauce just plain regular plain old chicken tenders with no sauce." I distinctly remember emphasizing "original, plain, and no sauce" because there were so many sauces on the board when I read them. I go back to my hotel and open my box to find spicy Korean chicken tenders, I literally threw it away because all I wanted was REGULAR, PLAIN chicken tenders. Is that too much to ask? Is it? Like you have one job, and I'm the one on acid. read more

The customer service here is horrible the girl at the front desk Christiana is so out of line she speaks poorly about the other employees and she cares nothing for the customers who spend money in their store! When you try and call to place an order the phone just rings rings and rings and when you ask about it they say their phones are down but honestly I think they just silence their phone read more

Victor was the guy helping me out got my order fast took no time for me to be in and out

I'm giving this place a 2 start, since I've ordered in the past and it was ok, but tonight was especially heinous. Absolute wrong order, no sauce, and the sprites were just carbonated waters. If this place wants to stay open, you guys need to pay for better talent, or train these clowns to do better. read more

I took my wife and 2 kids for a late night meal. I had to wait 36 minutes To recieve my order. As I was sitting waiting 30 minutes for my food I saw 10 different people coming to pick up their phone orders .. I feel that as a customer who ordered in person i should not have had to wait over 30 minutes for 6 wings and soggy french fries . Thre was nobody dining in thr place was empty as we were the only customers inside at the time. The soda machine was out of ice and the tables were dirty. When i asked christian for a refund he didnt even try to apologize or compensate for the long wait. This wing stop is terrible and if you are looking for service and good food it is not the place . The chicken is under cooked and the fries were soggy . How does is take over 30 minutes for this terrible food? read more

This place is overpriced and they take forever to make your food. Its all very cramped and crowded. The drinks are limited and it's unorganized. I was unable to quickly locate a trash can nor was I given napkins. The food is not worth the price here stay far away because this place it's just heating up wings. The wings from Pizza Hut or little ceaser's taste better. read more

Do not go here! This has nothing to do with Covid or the pandemic. We ordered our food and received wings half cooked and fries not cooked .. bag was broken. Understand it's a Friday night but take pride in your work, the manager working tonight 9/18 should be embarrassed. For some reason we keep giving this location a try but after tonight, will not return. read more

Very great place to get chicken! All employees are friendly and helpful. If you're new at ordering they'll kindly help you until you understand the menu. You can order by phone or online which is very convenient. They also got beer if interested. Dinning area is always clean, even after a busy day! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Morgan Hill, California

I like these wings once in a while & have been to this location 5-6 times. The kids who work there are nice but they are a bit disorganized. I've waited way too long for my order, they have gotten my order wrong a couple of times but tonight was more disappointing. It took 40 minutes to get food for 3 people & it wasn't really busy. What compelled me to write this review was when we got home & I tasted the food. I like the lemon pepper but tonight it was so salty, I only ate it because it was late & I didn't have an alternative in the house. read more

Hadn't been to wigstop in several months but have always liked it. Got two orders of our favorite lemon pepper wings plus sides last night. The wings were not even a little crispy. Skin was still yellow. Almost no lemon pepper on them. I hope it was just an off day because they looked and tasted like they were microwaved and were the worst ever. read more

Just came to get lunch for my son and his friend The girl taking the order Alyssa Seemed like she was high on something I told her 8 times the flavors I wanted and she kept asking me 8 times over what flavors I wanted I told her it was to go 3 times n she continued to ask 3 more times if it was to go I finally asked her " did you not hear my order the 8 times I repeated it to you " Her reply was oh I just making sure I guess " You guess ? Really Then she gives me attitude Then I look n my order should have come with the dipping sauces and she charged me for them, And continued to ask 3 more times what I wanted after I had just told her seconds before Food is always good but there employees I question And the guy in the back is on his phone handling food with no gloves on So now I don't even want my son to eat the food Won't come back here to this location again read more

This Wingstop has the worst order fulfillment and customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered garlic parmesan wings, but the wings they gave me were plain. They also forgot to give me the ranch sauce I ordered. I only found out these things after I got home. When I called them to get a refund, they wanted me to call back 3 days later because the manager wasn't in. As a customer, this is unacceptable. Then they put me on hold and said they would try to call the manager. After a few minutes, they just hung up without saying anything. Then I called them back a couple of times immediately, but they did not pick up my call. I will never order from here again, and I recommend you do the same. read more

Waited 45 mins for a 15 pc wing meal. I asked the cashier, why so long - are there orders ahead of me? No, we need to cook the chicken to order. Really, ok - Chicken needs to be cooked 20-30 mins. It's pretty basic - cook large batches and have them cooked and ready to toss in sauce. It's not rocket science. You just lost me Morgan Hill Wingstop. The same cashier took a meal break while I waited for my order, and her food was ready. read more

My husband & I are not from the area but we stopped here for a quick bite! As soon as we walked inn the girl at the register was very short with us. It seemed almost as if she was annoyed for getting customers. After we ordered we waited 30+min for our food to be ready & witness the same girl be rude to other customers. Her and the manager just stood there talking & handing out paychecks instead of helping out in the kitchen. The inside was very dirty we did not feel comfortable eating there. read more

best place to eat!!! staff is always nice and place is always clean. food is always hot and super good

This place is really not good. I had forgotten how bad it was until I had a craving for buffalo wings and ordered a 10 piece of boneless wings with fries (for almost $15!). The wings were deep fried and the sauce did not have a good flavor (I got half original hot and half mild). The fries were not as good as I remembered them being. I feel like this place was a total rip off and the food was just not good. I did not care for the flavor of the wings at all. After eating here last week, it really killed any sort of buffalo wing craving I had because the food was so bad. The wings at Round Table are way better and a fraction of the price. read more

Idk what to say. Food is great. But my god the service needs HELP! I had to wait 20+ minuts for my food and only had 10 minutes to inhale it before being late to my job. One girl was working her tail off making food but the one in the front looked like she had no clue how to go fast or even help. I mean come on. Never going to this Wingstop again read more

Absolute worst run restaurant in Morgan Hill. Every. single. Time. Something is wrong. Ice machine broken. Credit card reader broken. Slow wait times, eating area not clean. Avoid at all cost. read more

They mess up every third order. They keep giving me boneless. I told them once that my order was wrong, and they still botched the reorder by getting the wrong seasoning. The last time I ordered online. I hit boneless and then changed it to classic. I've made this rookie mistake once before, and they keep making it so I made sure I hit classic. When I received my order, it was boneless. I couldn't fight this one because my receipt said boneless. I ate some of them and then threw them away. On that day, I made a vow never to buy from this place again (but I could eat at another location). My suspicions were confirmed when I went online at Wingstop. I wasn't going to order, but I thought they wouldn't have classic wings. Bingo! They offer only boneless. They're in a shortage, and they stick you with nuggets. Conspiracy theory? I don't think so. Wingstop at Cochrane sucks chickens balls! read more

I hate to give bad reviews, but feel I have to. I ordered online 10 pc drum wings. I got a mix of wings and not what I ordered. That was not the worst part. The skin on wings was so tough and overcooked it was almost inedible. read more

Typical Wing stop location. We ordered ahead online and everything turned out great! Just until we got to the location and it wasn't busy at all during the lunch time hours which I loved. The place was also well kept clean around the seating area. Only reason I give this a star down because they ran out of ice for my drink. That's a no-no. Wings were perfect though! I'll came by again sometime. read more

I always regret coming here. I always think it could be different but then it's not. It's always a container full of grease that drains from the wings. I ordered a six piece combo. 3 garlic parmesan and 3 korean wings to go. When I got home I received 3 plain wings in a puddle of grease and 4 korean wings. This location sucks for wings. read more
