This is the second time ordering from this location and I ask for extra crispy wings and they're not even cooked all the way. The skin of it is slimey and white. And there was no seasoning on my wings. On top of it they were just swimming in oil. And no they weren't not crispy because of the excess oil, no part of the chicken was crispy at all. I go to wing stop enough to know this is gross. I didn't want to go back for them to fix it so I had to oven bake them myself so I wouldn't waste the questionably under cooked chicken. read more

Been to several Wingstops all over the Bay Area and I gotta say, I've encountered the best service here on Tuesday night, April 2nd. From the service over the phone to picking up my order, the staff was exceptional! The young lady on the phone was very nice, patient, and helpful. She asked me to wait initially and put me on hold for just a short minute or so. When taking my order, she was very knowledgeable and explained the special of the day (I asked). When picking up our order, we were a bit early so decided to wait outside. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and so sweet to bring out our order when it was ready. I believe he was the cashier and cook. Very hardworking kind gentleman and I really appreciate a fellow like himself, very rare nowadays. Wingstop is a great place to get some solid wings. Good flavors, solid menu and great locations. Here's a prime example of how service can drastically reduce a restaurants overall rating. Every time I order from wing stop, it takes them at leeeasssssttt 25 minutes to prepare my food. This is a "fast" food joint right? Anyways, I'll continue eating here because the wings are great, but sorry wingstop, you get -2 stars knocked off your overall rating simply because the amount of time I have to wait for my food every single friggin time. read more

Ordered wings through DoorDash. Wings arrived super dry and were impossible to eat. I called wingstop and spoke to their assistant manager. He apologized and said that because it was DoorDash order - i should come in person to either get my refund or same order free of charge. He took my name and phone and promised that they will take care of me if i come next day. I came next day and two employees said that they didnt care what guy told me over the phone and they cant help me because it was doordash order. They told me to call DoorDash to deal with the issue - in the end very bad experience - no wings, no replacement, no money back and a lot of waisted time ;( read more

Ordered the usual(but usually go to a different location in Gilroy) We tried 1 wing per flavors we got -Hot -Parmesan -mango habanero -lemon pepper Some of our wings tastes like frozen food items, some were SUPPER SALTY. & fries were beyond salty. I went to speak with the girl at the front, she said "let me get my manager" He comes and I explain to him what's going on, he takes the food and cuts it open. He said to one of the guys "tell me how this tastes salty, like how" and pointed at the habanero wings I told him I never said the habanero were salty, I said the Lemmon pepper & Parmesan. He got supper red & the other guy told him it could of been because they didn't clean out something about the fryer. To all this chaos he tells me "can I take your number and name so I can tell my manager and they can refund you" I asked him if he was the manager he said no, the girl got supper red and I told him she said he was the manager. To top it off he said I couldn't get my refund because he couldn't do it and we paid cash so I had to drive all the way back here to get my refund whenever they could "if they could" He was very unprofessional and rude. Tried the new chicken sandwhich (lemon pepper flavor.) It doesn't come with condiments (except pickles) but it was still flavorful and juicy. I also got my usual of the boneless wings combo and it was delicious as always. I do recommend trying the sandwiches! read more

While I understand that there may be a shortage of workers at this particular location due to the on-going pandemic, I cannot help but feel there is a lack of work quality. I have had many positive experiences at this location since I first visited in 2017 - early 2019. The employees at those time, worked fast and efficient in delivering me and my family's food on time while also being very kind and professional. As of today, my experience has been the complete opposite of what I had became used to. Burnt chicken, undercooked fries, and almost an hour of waiting time just for my 8 piece boneless chicken combo. Oh, and employees who clearly smoked a joint before working. Amazing. read more

Im furious right now like are you guys serious? I literally go to this wing stop under the influence wanting chicken tenders and go up to the worker saying I want chicken tenders. He says what sauce do you want on them and I say "oh no sauce just plain regular plain old chicken tenders with no sauce." I distinctly remember emphasizing "original, plain, and no sauce" because there were so many sauces on the board when I read them. I go back to my hotel and open my box to find spicy Korean chicken tenders, I literally threw it away because all I wanted was REGULAR, PLAIN chicken tenders. Is that too much to ask? Is it? I took my wife and 2 kids for a late night meal. I had to wait 36 minutes To recieve my order. As I was sitting waiting 30 minutes for my food I saw 10 different people coming to pick up their phone orders .. I feel that as a customer who ordered in person i should not have had to wait over 30 minutes for 6 wings and soggy french fries . Thre was nobody dining in thr place was empty as we were the only customers inside at the time. The soda machine was out of ice and the tables were dirty. When i asked christian for a refund he didnt even try to apologize or compensate for the long wait. This wing stop is terrible and if you are looking for service and good food it is not the place . I like these wings once in a while & have been to this location 5-6 times. The kids who work there are nice but they are a bit disorganized. I've waited way too long for my order, they have gotten my order wrong a couple of times but tonight was more disappointing. It took 40 minutes to get food for 3 people & it wasn't really busy. What compelled me to write this review was when we got home & I tasted the food. This Wingstop has the worst order fulfillment and customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered garlic parmesan wings, but the wings they gave me were plain. They also forgot to give me the ranch sauce I ordered. I only found out these things after I got home. When I called them to get a refund, they wanted me to call back 3 days later because the manager wasn't in. As a customer, this is unacceptable. Then they put me on hold and said they would try to call the manager. After a few minutes, they just hung up without saying anything. Then I called them back a couple of times immediately, but they did not pick up my call. I will never order from here again, and I recommend you do the same. read more

Hadn't been to wigstop in several months but have always liked it. Got two orders of our favorite lemon pepper wings plus sides last night. The wings were not even a little crispy. Waited 45 mins for a 15 pc wing meal. I asked the cashier, why so long - are there orders ahead of me? No, we need to cook the chicken to order. Really, ok - Chicken needs to be cooked 20-30 mins. This place is really not good. I had forgotten how bad it was until I had a craving for buffalo wings and ordered a 10 piece of boneless wings with fries (for almost $15!). The wings were deep fried and the sauce did not have a good flavor (I got half original hot and half mild). The fries were not as good as I remembered them being. I feel like this place was a total rip off and the food was just not good. I did not care for the flavor of the wings at all. They mess up every third order. They keep giving me boneless. I told them once that my order was wrong, and they still botched the reorder by getting the wrong seasoning. The last time I ordered online. I hit boneless and then changed it to classic. I've made this rookie mistake once before, and they keep making it so I made sure I hit classic. When I received my order, it was boneless. I couldn't fight this one because my receipt said boneless. I ate some of them and then threw them away. On that day, I made a vow never to buy from this place again (but I could eat at another location). My suspicions were confirmed when I went online at Wingstop. Typical Wing stop location. We ordered ahead online and everything turned out great! Just until we got to the location and it wasn't busy at all during the lunch time hours which I loved. The place was also well kept clean around the seating area. Only reason I give this a star down because they ran out of ice for my drink. That's a no-no. Wings were perfect though! I always regret coming here. I always think it could be different but then it's not. It's always a container full of grease that drains from the wings. Super disappointed that for that price (I mean come on....wings are the cheapest part of the chicken!) it didn't even come with any dip! No bueno! So with the estimated wait time of 17mins for it to be ready, we went to Walmart and picked up a big container of Marie's Blue Cheese dressing for $5!!! 12oz of Marie's Ranch...less than $4! Wing Stop was charging us $3.99 for their large version of dip (dressing) which I'm pretty sure nowhere near 4oz. The wings were good...lemon pepper and the original spicy was my favorite.
