Every employee gave a warm welcome and said hello when me and my boyfriend walked in, even the cook The cashier Denise was on point with really great customer service skills. Should definitely stop here if you love yourself some cold fries! I politely brought the cold fries back the counter & requested hot ones. The lady at the front then replied "Wow! These are cold!" Two minutes later she walked back out from the kitchen and dropped off more cold fries. For all I know it could have been the same basket of fries. I've never had a bad experience at wing stop. My wings were dry and barely had any Cajun sauce. The fries horrible.. they were under cooked and there was smaller pieces that looked cooked (brown looking) like they were mixed with semi cooked fries. read more

I normally do not review commercial places like WingStops and I have done so for only one other WingStop location. We happened to stop in this location due to travelling through and not wanting to miss the Warriors finals game. We didn't even know there was one in Morgan Hill! I was very happy to see a familiar face working there! Even though the game obviously made them very busy, I knew I was going to be in good hands because of my previous experience with their manager. So I order a few different wings as well as a large order of fries because everyone knows WingStop's fries are that good. I think when you come to a wing place on a game day, you have to go in knowing its going to be busy and your order may take longer than usual. So yes, our order did take longer than usual and yes they did miss some of our wing orders but the difference is made with how the employees handle these situations. I HATE being the bearer of bad news and telling food workers my order was mishandled. I hate it for the obvious reasons; Its awkward and you never know how they'll respond. I was especially relieved when the manager on duty, Alex? I believe, was happy to fix the wrong order. She apologized and had our new order out within 10 minutes. I think that this location will gain popularity if this kind of customer service continues. It really gives commercial restaurants credibility. No one expects the service to be good so when it is, it gets noticed. I can't say I will be back for certain but I definitely know where I can stop in the future for some basketball, wings, and happy service! read more

If I could give no starts I would. This place has become very unprofessional and has constantly messed up my orders. After several times of messing up my order I finally called and a young man named Louis answered and claimed to be sort of a manager. This place takes forever ! 25 min or more for one in house order ... all three kids were talking .. on their phone .. clearly two could have been manning the cook stations . Unless you want to be called a liar by the management and have them roll their eyes at you when you say you have no reason to lie about 10 missing wings, I would avoid this location. I asked to talk to a manger he said there's no manger so he's the supervisor. I asked him to make and exception just this once, he said no, rude way, and he was laughing. I asked for a name he said Luis I asked for a last name and said he couldn't give that out. I said yes he can and that I would like to talk to his boss, he laughed and hanged up. I called again he hanged up, called again and he hanged up. I was finally able to get a hold of him told him I was on my way to pick up my other order and I was going to get his last name, he got sacred said I could pay cash this one time and said what name my other order was under and he said it wasn't being made yet, that he canceled the order. I got so upset I didn't order anything after all. Came to dine after the gym and got to say love the chickens here. I was especially new when I was ordering and the employees guided me well through the menu. The chickens I ordered (classic lemon pepper and original hot) tasted excellent and luscious! My only complaint is that my order took about 17-20 minutes to finish as I ordered classic chickens. Which to extent, is understandable as they use high quality chicken pieces. Next time I visit, I'll do a online order (which I HIGHLY recommend) so I don't have to wait in person. read more

I enjoy coming here at least 1 or 2 times a week since I work nearby. Julien and Jose are awesome! I enjoy their honesty and I enjoy their willingness to chat even though they are busy. They also make this place family friendly by choosing their music stations which is listenable by all. Not like "F" word this and "F" word that music they play in Hollister and a couple of other places. These guys are super friendly and are quick to offer suggestions to first timers. My husband and I ordered Wingstop from here and every time we come they always seem busy so we did a call in order pick and when we got home we realized tHey had given us the incorrect order. We had to drive all the way back to wingstop and the worker Leslie was very nice and helped us however a man was working who got a little rude but later realized he had given us the incorrect order. It seems everytime we come here we get the wrong order, thEy need to work on getting their orders correct because I heard a couple people calling in that they got their orders wrong as well.
