I always regret coming here. I always think it could be different but then it's not. It's always a container full of grease that drains from the wings. I ordered a six piece combo. 3 garlic parmesan and 3 korean wings to go. When I got home I received 3 plain wings in a puddle of grease and 4 korean wings. This location sucks for wings. read more

This is by far the nicest wingstop I've been to. Every employee gave a warm welcome and said hello when me and my boyfriend walked in, even the cook The cashier Denise was on point with really great customer service skills. I also noticed the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, so I know my food is being prepared in a sanitary kitchen. Love love loved my food too, sooooo yummy!!! I will be eating here again forsure! Great quality wingtstop read more

Wingstop - Soooo good - Chicken Wings Near Me - Morgan Hill, California

Took me long enough to try this place. You can smell the spiciness soon as you walk in. We ordered the 30 pieces and paid almost $30. Super disappointed that for that price (I mean come on....wings are the cheapest part of the chicken!) it didn't even come with any dip! No bueno! So with the estimated wait time of 17mins for it to be ready, we went to Walmart and picked up a big container of Marie's Blue Cheese dressing for $5!!! 12oz of Marie's Ranch...less than $4! Wing Stop was charging us $3.99 for their large version of dip (dressing) which I'm pretty sure nowhere near 4oz. The wings were good...lemon pepper and the original spicy was my favorite. The garlic parmessan was just ok. If they're not so pricey I would probably come more often. read more

I wouldn't give them any stars this Wingstop In Morgan hill sucks every time ordered it's wrong this place rips people off and everything tastes plain best advice is don't go here you wait forever for food and you get the wrong order total waste of money read more

Went to the wrong location and called them they remade my food no hesitation and it was fresh and right ... much love

I normally do not review commercial places like WingStops and I have done so for only one other WingStop location. We happened to stop in this location due to travelling through and not wanting to miss the Warriors finals game. We didn't even know there was one in Morgan Hill! I was very happy to see a familiar face working there! Even though the game obviously made them very busy, I knew I was going to be in good hands because of my previous experience with their manager. So I order a few different wings as well as a large order of fries because everyone knows WingStop's fries are that good. I think when you come to a wing place on a game day, you have to go in knowing its going to be busy and your order may take longer than usual. So yes, our order did take longer than usual and yes they did miss some of our wing orders but the difference is made with how the employees handle these situations. I HATE being the bearer of bad news and telling food workers my order was mishandled. I hate it for the obvious reasons; Its awkward and you never know how they'll respond. I was especially relieved when the manager on duty, Alex? I believe, was happy to fix the wrong order. She apologized and had our new order out within 10 minutes. I think that this location will gain popularity if this kind of customer service continues. It really gives commercial restaurants credibility. No one expects the service to be good so when it is, it gets noticed. I can't say I will be back for certain but I definitely know where I can stop in the future for some basketball, wings, and happy service! read more

Tried calling so many times but no one answers the phone at this Wing Stop in Morgan Hill. And their website doesn't let you order ... when you make the choices and click on "add to order" , it doesn't add anything. Am surprised they are still in business . Will definitely avoid this place ! read more

6 out our 15 pieces were undercooked..... that is 40% of the meal.... you would think that if you do the same job every day you would know the bigger pieces need to cook longer read more

Paulina was great she was friendly and was very helpful with my order. Fast service be back for sure

Ranch had big chunks in there! Be aware and cautious they are not making fresh ranch every day. They are leaving it in the fridge and it goes bad. Disgusting read more

I've never had a bad experience at wing stop. My wings were dry and barely had any Cajun sauce. The fries horrible.. they were under cooked and there was smaller pieces that looked cooked (brown looking) like they were mixed with semi cooked fries. read more

Should definitely stop here if you love yourself some cold fries! I politely brought the cold fries back the counter & requested hot ones. The lady at the front then replied "Wow! These are cold!" Two minutes later she walked back out from the kitchen and dropped off more cold fries. For all I know it could have been the same basket of fries. Bummer, fries at a place like this is half the enjoyment. read more

I placed an order online to avoid the long waits and line's. 30 minutes later I am still waiting. Completely defeating the purpose completely. The manager really needs to wake up, absolute horrible experience. read more

Awesome crew fast and courteous! Always tip the guy with the glasses hard worker! Usually go in around 10pm

I ordered wings and fries via DoorDash about an hour ago. I'm now currently sick... as a medical professional I can honestly say it was the chicken and that it was undercooked. I'm in for a rough night. Thanks wing stop... read more

We love Wingstop! The only thing I would say is, they need to mop the floors sometimes it's slippery with grease.

If I could give no starts I would. This place has become very unprofessional and has constantly messed up my orders. After several times of messing up my order I finally called and a young man named Louis answered and claimed to be sort of a manager. He was very unprofessional and did not make the experience any better. They failed to correct my order and he ended up hanging up on me. I will not be going back here ever again. read more

TERRIBLE. FEATHERS IN CHICKEN. took forever to get the wings and the to go box had a ton of mystery liquid in it, hopefully grease. And worst of all one of the wings was still covered in feathers. Dont come to this Wingstop. Absolute garbage. read more

Lemme be the first to say... PLACE GOEEESSSS! I'm always coming here for two reasons: -The food is fire! -the service is quick and respectful! Whenever i come here i always receive grade A service, and GRADE A wings read more

This Wingstop does not answer the phone after 11 pm & they close at 12am , I've tried getting ahold of them 3 times and it's a no go . I think they need to fix that because if they were to answer I'll be getting there in 10min. read more

I stopped coming to wing stop because I've gotten sick at every store and every person is so rude, but ANGIE made this experience so great. She was very attentative, and very patient with me as I can be a pain in the butt in making decisions when it comes to food. Seems like she runs this place great! Will only return to this location if she is working! read more

This place is awesome and the service I received from Cristina can't be matched by any other place great job Morgan Hill

This place just recently opened and I really liked the food. The place is very small and there are tables and chairs to sit at, but it can get crowded quick. Several of the tables were occupied by the employees taking their breaks, so there wasn't really enough tables for all customers. The only real main issue is the pricing. The price they charge for their Hot Wings by pieces and Hot Wings combos are very expensive. I can't imagine this business staying here more than a two or three years because when you have Panda Express, Subway, McDonalds, MOD Pizza that provide lower pricing. Just for myself and another person, we ordered (1) Hot Wings Combo - 30 piece and it cost us over $30. That is more restaurant sitting price and not fast food prices like the other food in the area. We typically spend $15-$20 at the food places mentioned above. This place also stays open very late until 12am and serves liquor/beer. I can see a lot people getting into fights at this location late in the night and possibly robberies that might occur because of the late hours, so I'm not sure how safe this location will really be. There have already been a couple of robberies next door at Subway and those were during the day. For these reasons mentioned above, I don't think we will be coming here often. However the food is really good and the staff is nice, which is why I gave it a 3-Star. In order to get a 5-Star they will need to first address their pricing and some of the other things. read more

This place takes forever ! 25 min or more for one in house order ... all three kids were talking .. on their phone .. clearly two could have been manning the cook stations . I think management needs to supervise these youngsters ... needless to say I gave them some sound advice and told them it doesn't look good to be socializing while we wait for our food . read more

Great value. 10 bone-in wings- half lemon pepper; half original heat with fries and soda. I added 5 rolls for $5; otherwise our order would have been $17. Their rolls are awesome. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and patient. I hadn't been there in years. They were hustling to get lots of carry out orders filled. We will return sooner. read more

The cashier was stoned and our order was made wrong 3 times. The food tasted great but what a disappointment. We were the only people here so there was no reason why 3 people couldn't focus on getting the order right. read more

Great customer service, my wings were amazing! 10/10. I'd give them an extra star if that was an option

Ordered online just to get home and have missing wings. Unless you want to be called a liar by the management and have them roll their eyes at you when you say you have no reason to lie about 10 missing wings, I would avoid this location. Don't get me wrong, some of the employees/cashiers are very friendly and helpful, the problem seems to be rooted in the management. read more

Excellent service, wonderful food, cristiana and yudith were super friendly and made everything smooth

Called May 26, 2020 at 9:20. Wanted to place two orders of 10 piece combo. The worker said I had to pay over the phone because it's 20 wings and pasted 9pm. I canceled the order. Called again at 9:23, place one 10 piece combo, employee hanged up on me before telling me a time and total. I assumed my order was being made. Cousin called to place a 10 piece combo, guy said we had to over the phone because it's passed 9pm. I thought your soppost to pay over the phone if it's 20+ wings? I asked for an explanation, he said it was a new rule. I said I placed an order of 15 wings the night before and they didn't make me pay over the phone. I asked to talk to a manger he said there's no manger so he's the supervisor. I asked him to make and exception just this once, he said no, rude way, and he was laughing. I asked for a name he said Luis I asked for a last name and said he couldn't give that out. I said yes he can and that I would like to talk to his boss, he laughed and hanged up. I called again he hanged up, called again and he hanged up. I was finally able to get a hold of him told him I was on my way to pick up my other order and I was going to get his last name, he got sacred said I could pay cash this one time and said what name my other order was under and he said it wasn't being made yet, that he canceled the order. I got so upset I didn't order anything after all. I only got the first name, Luis, I would always go to this wing stop after work and the staff is super nice but this guy named Luis is something else. He was full of BS. read more
