Ordered again my chicken had barely any sauce i couldn't even taste it and they forgot my cheese sauce for my fries honestly if you can't do a simple thing at a simple place you honestly belong making minimum wage sorry to say read more

Came to dine after the gym and got to say love the chickens here. I was especially new when I was ordering and the employees guided me well through the menu. The chickens I ordered (classic lemon pepper and original hot) tasted excellent and luscious! My only complaint is that my order took about 17-20 minutes to finish as I ordered classic chickens. Which to extent, is understandable as they use high quality chicken pieces. Next time I visit, I'll do a online order (which I HIGHLY recommend) so I don't have to wait in person. read more

I enjoy coming here at least 1 or 2 times a week since I work nearby. Julien and Jose are awesome! I enjoy their honesty and I enjoy their willingness to chat even though they are busy. They also make this place family friendly by choosing their music stations which is listenable by all. Not like "F" word this and "F" word that music they play in Hollister and a couple of other places. These guys are super friendly and are quick to offer suggestions to first timers. I hope they stick around for awhile. They take pride in their service to their customers and don't treat you like they just want your money. read more

People behind the counter were extremely slow even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Food was average. Inside was clean.

My husband and I ordered Wingstop from here and every time we come they always seem busy so we did a call in order pick and when we got home we realized tHey had given us the incorrect order. We had to drive all the way back to wingstop and the worker Leslie was very nice and helped us however a man was working who got a little rude but later realized he had given us the incorrect order. It seems everytime we come here we get the wrong order, thEy need to work on getting their orders correct because I heard a couple people calling in that they got their orders wrong as well. Definitely will not be coming back here for a while. read more

Went to this location after going for years to the one in Gilroy. Ordered the 30 piece family pack for $31. I went to pick up my to go order within 10 minutes of calling it in. The wings were bland and cold almost as if they had been sitting out for quite some time. Frank's Redhot sauce couldn't even salvage the flavor on these. After eating five wings the rest of this batch was headed to the trash can! It's a small location that gets very busy, so be prepared! My family will not be back anytime soon! read more

I only have wing stop once in awhile only cuz ive had bad experince..but today i tried it at the one in morgan hill. I have to say since i haven't had it in awhile they were very tasteful and hot. They were also nice and quick. In and out which help on a 30 min lunch.. I would go to this wing stop again read more

I'm a regular at this location and just have to say that the staff there is absolutely amazing. Every time I walk in they welcome me with a smile and make sure that I feel very welcome. Also their manager is too notch, the store is always very clean and they are very tentative to myself and other customers in the store. 5 stars all day. read more

manager is super nice and down to earth would recommend the original hot lemon. good wing.

So happy Wingstop is in Morgan Hill! Very friendly staff and clean location. I ordered lemon pepper wings and the cook made it to perfection! Bursting with flavor. By far the best tasting wings I've had yet. read more

They took my 20+ bucks and never delivered my food when I contacted them and asked for a manager to call me they immediately cut off communications twice. They said the food was delivered (to the wrong address) but it was not their fault... I would avoid this service (DoorDash) as apparently they don't take responsibility if your food is never actually delivered. Spoke to a manger after two agents and almost a hour on the phone and they just said oops sorry... wouldn't recommend using if your actually expecting to receive some food. read more

One of my great experience at this location, very friendly stuff , my food was very delicious and fresh !! Highly recommend this to everyone!!! Thank u ! read more

Your management team needs to learn customer service. I preordered for super bowl but when I got home I was missing one of my items. I called and was told there was no more chicken and that I could come back at 6or 7PM to pick them up for free. I prepaid?! Manager refused to speak to me on the phone. Had to drive back. The workers were wonderful when I got there and were super accommodating. And low and behold they were not out of chicken I got my food. The manager however, did not have the decency to even speak to me or apologize. Poor leadership! read more

This is my favorite wingstop restraunt. Music they play is cool. Service is great and the food is always on point! A bit smaller than others I've been to, but still able to accomodate a good crowd on Sunday's for NFL games and more. read more

Clean and quick service! It is conveniently located next to a few other fast food chains. There are options for the whole family!

Ordered online, when I got to work no ranch dressing had to go to the liquor store near me to get some, disappointing

I called in an order and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When the girl finally came back on she just said "okay what is the name for the order?" No apologies. I had time to order online before she finally got back to me. The food is fine, just don't expect good customer service. Also, once I arrived to pick up the food (at the time the website said) it still took 20 minutes because they didn't actually start making it until I showed up, even though I ordered ahead. read more

Im a big fan of WingStop and I normally go to the one in Gilroy. I decided to stop by the one in Morgan Hill. Well,I hate toosay, that I will not be going back anymore. First of all,I was not greeted when I walked in. Secondly, the cashier that waited on me,acted like they didn't won't to be there. I ordered a 8 piece boneless combo with 5 classic wings, veggie sticks and fries. My veggie sticks were a joke. Normally you get five carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks. Well,I got four carrot sticks and three celery sticks. Also,my five classic wings that I got in Original hot. Well, they looked like they were not sauced. The Morgan Hill Wingstop has a way to go before I come back. Maybe they need to look at the way the one in Gilroy is managed. read more

This is the best Wingstop I have been to. The restaurant was clean. The employees were so nice. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The chicken tenders were moist and juicy. I will definitely be getting lunch here again. read more

This restaurant is so good and the staff is great and very helpful. Me and my family appreciate the help and food a lot. This is always our go to place for dinner or lunch read more

First time here not so great. They left out a large portion of my to-go order. I called when I got home and said I was coming back for it but they didn't bother to get it ready. So I had to wait,, again. I will give them another shot because I'm sure my kids will want to eat here again. read more

This place isn't the great wing stop I've had. The employees were very nice and all but their wings were not good at all. We had the Cajun wings and lemon pepper wings. The Cajun wings were decent but not as flavorful. I was excited to eat the lemon pepper wings but it was very disappointing. The tray was very greasy and very liquids at the bottom and there was not enough seasoning at all. We had to ask for more seasoning. This place should only get a one star rating but I gave a 2 star rating only because of the friendly employees. Not sure if I'll come back again. But if they do, I hope they change some things. read more

This is the second time we've tried this Wingstop. Yet again, we were very disappointed! Tasteless, very dry & cold... We love the Wingstop in east San Jose. It was our Friday night go to place. read more

Staff is very welcoming I love wing stop I have been to plenty of wing stops but by far this one is one of the best staff is very friendly and my order was perfect and not a long wait like I have had in other locations the manager on duty makes sure that every guest is welcomed with a hello welcome to Wingstop I noticed employees take the time to be kind and ask if there guest have been to Wingstop before and if not explained how it works that was great customer service and as a manager of my own business I enjoyed seeing that if you haven't been to this location I suggest you do worth the time and money read more

Stopped by tonight, super busy restaurant! Although staff was busy and in a rush they were very attentive and polite! Was welcomed as soon as I walked in. Manager was very professional to take the time to read my order back to me and apologize for the wait. Bomb fries, and great service! read more

This was my first experience at the new location. I called in my order around 6p and everything went fine over the phone. The person I talked to said my order would be ready in 14 min. My wife was on her way home, so she was going to pick up the food. She arrived at about 620p and was told the order wasn't ready. She was also told that you company coupons were not accepted at that location. She asked to speak with the manager because she was being treated rudely by the supervisor on duty. The supervisor told her that the manager doesn't want to be contacted and wouldn't give her the name or phone number. My wife didn't get the food until 645p. That is a 45 minute wait. To have to wait that long and get mistreated by your staff at this locations is ridiculous. I know it's is a new location and everyone is still learning, but to be treated the way we were is not acceptable. I was excited to finally have a Wingstop in Morgan Hill, but am sad to say I will not be returning to this location. read more

Went to Wing Stop for the first time yesterday and the manager Julien was helpful in delivering excellent service even when I was sitting at my table. My Hawaiian boneless wings were on point. Will definitely be back! read more

made a phone call order at 11:42 am, the cashier Samantha told me 14 minute wait time, i got into the wingstop at 12:03 PM and was still not ready had 3 pick up orders sitting on the counter waiting, and 12:07 I was told about 5 more minutes, and the reason for jt not even being made was because they were busy, if its busy dont give a 14 minute wait time. i only have a 30 minute lunch so that's why I called ahead, how can you skip the line if you don't even make the order until they show up. read more

I am very happy that they opened a wingstop here in Morgan hill! The staff was very kind and welcoming I called my order in and was delighted to hear such a kind friendly voice on the phone I believe her name started with a B maybe Brenda or Brittany I'm not too sure but When I went in to place my order she was there again very welcoming and kind. I will be back very soon and hope to see her again. read more
