Hey Jackie! Thanks for the amazing service!! Will be back again. I appreciate the warm food and hospitality. Definitely worth checking it out. read more

I've been coming for a while now and I must say the night shift is amazing! Super accommodating, tasty food, vibe is nice and clean. However in the mornings (Mondays and Tuesdays) mostly the service is horrible. I ordered some tenders and they gave me 2 different flavors that I did NOT ask for and it was classic. Who I presume was the manager, she was very condescending and had a rude tone. Very different settings compared from a nice Friday night heading forward to the weekend then starting off my week on a monday and tuesday. Keep up the good work and tasty food night shift!!! I will keep coming back on the weekends during the night. read more

Stopped by Wingstop craving some wings and they definitely delivered. We specifically asked for the wings to be extra crispy, and they absolutely nailed it. The wings came out perfectly crispy on the outside while still juicy inside -- exactly how wings should be. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which always makes the experience better. Most importantly, the wings themselves were delicious and full of flavor. If you like your wings with a good crisp to them, this spot gets it right. I'd definitely come back again. read more

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Place is small but atmosphere was nice. Food tasted good. This was our first time here and we would come back. read more

Order was easy and smooth on the app. The wings and fries were ready when I got arrived to pick it up. When I arrived home, the carry out paper bag was soaked with oil. I opened the containers and the wings were drowning in oil. It was pretty gross. The wings were soggy. Pretty disappointed with today's order! read more

Slowest service ever. Just don't seem to care. Took 25 minutes to get a classic combo. Sad

We just stop by for lunch, Great service, the food is good, great vibes and fast serving! Very recommend!

Service sucks charged me $3.50 for two ranch dressing. The diet coke went out the never changed bottle had to get tea. They said 20 min wait for food ended up waiting 30min read more

Great food would try again food was cooked perfectly I got a 10 piece and it was a short wait

The first cashier, after trying to take my order, went to the back to prep the order. I saw her opening the fridge and take out the chicken pieces with her bare hands. No hand washing, no wearing of gloves. Not only is this gross but this is clearly a health danger. You should not handle raw chicken with dirty hands. She went on to touch other surfaces with her bare hands after handling the raw chicken. I will never dine at WingStop. Posting this so other people can be made aware. @ Corporate, you need to train your employees. read more

They never picked up the phone. None of them even act like they care. When you work in the food/customer service, that's part of the job.

Good spot to stop by and have quick lunch. Love the ranch dressing and the Louisiana rub!

Ordered online for pick up got home noticed items were missing including the Cajun corn (10 piece) Called the store no answer Went back to let them know and told them it was 10 pieces only got 5 and still had to wait over 10 minutes On top of that Fries and corn were cold read more

Ordered on the app and Luna was so kind over the phone to help me with an issue. Thank you you're the best!

Helpful in ordering and quick to prepare food. Staff was pleasant ! Wait time was short and food was made fresh.

Ordered on DoorDash and this store confirmed my order within a minute. My meal should've been delivered in 40-50 mins. The dasher was waiting for a long time and I had a feeling there was a problem. At 1 hour and 15 mins I got a cancellation notice they cannot fulfill my order and also it said store is now closed? Had to go get another meal elsewhere and passed by this place which is open until 1AM! Just close this store already! read more

wings were cooked to perfection and great staff. service is always so good! we love to come here for lunch breaks. they always provide fast service read more

Not very kind staff. Came in today around 3-4:30pm. The girl seemed agitated and impatient. Ordered two combos and got cheated out of my money. Only one drink and hardly any fries, pretty stingy at this location. Buffalo wings hardly had sauce and was chewy. Tenders were drenched in oil. Overall food was not enjoyable. Not coming back to this location for sure. read more

Their website just spins forever and I can't place an order. When I call, their menu gives the option to place and order but when transferring, the call goes to voicemail. This is on a Monday at 7pm....they supposedly close at midnight. What a joke! read more

Doordash kept saying store is closed so I drove to the location to order take out on my lunch break. The open sign was turned off however I noticed a worker walking out of the store. When I entered the store I noticed a sign for "cash only" . I ordered 5 piece chicken tender meal and when he asked what flavor I said none I just want original tenders with no seasoning. The cashier did not speak fluent English so I pointed to the photo of the tenders I wanted. I did not hear the deep fryer or anything cooking in the back I waited for a while and once my order was ready I left only to notice my order was not correct I ended up with a really salty buffalo tenders that was not cooked all the way! All I wanted was some original chicken tenders read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 3 combos around and 1hr and a half before they were gonna close. There was no customers there besides us when we came in. There were 3 employees. We ordered and sat down. Then 4 other people came in one ordered food and the other two were pickup. We sat there for 30mins no food yet. Then they called an order and it was the people behind us. We waited longer 20mins more and still no food. The door dasher was then called and got their food first. We finally got our food after 50mins of waiting. They did not communicate with us how long it would take and the fact other people got their food before us even though we ordered first is ridiculous. Worst wing stop ever. DONT GO HERE! unless you wanna wait an hour for your meal!!! read more

Wingstop - No seasoning either even though we asked for extra! On all three of our fries! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Morgan Hill, California

A couple of weeks ago, I placed an online order and came about 15mins late from the pick up time due to traffic. Even with me being late, this place didn't have my order ready. They said they never received my order. I showed them the email and they ended up finding my order under the rest of the completed orders. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be made. Fast forward to today. I placed an online order after work. I showed up on time to pick it up. The cashier was helping a customer in front of me so I waited. After the customer's order was placed, I walked up to the cashier. But at that moment, some random guy came in and stood on the other side of the counter and told the cashier he was there to pick up an order. Even though the cashier saw that I was in line before the guy, the cashier continued to help him. I spoke up and told the cashier I was picking up an order too; but the other customer was still helped before me and I had to wait. Like WTH. This place can't get their priority and organization straight. Never coming back again. read more

It's National wing day so I decided to grab Wingstop. They have a promotion going for 5PC free wings. The app was glitching and not allowing me to add anything to the cart so I decided to call. The guy said he couldn't place the promotion in store. Finally got the order placed using my laptop then I get to the store and I physically see the cashier place the promotion in for the women ahead of me. I let them know I'm picking up and the women couldn't find my order. I offer to give her the order # but she refused. After struggling to find the name she finally asked for the order number which I offered from the get go. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

The place was very terrible. I was there at 10 o'clock. They closed at 11 PM and they didn't give me any wings. They said that I had to order online when there was obviously people working there cooking and some people even sitting around in the back they could've just ordered some wings. I was very hungry that day. I was very disappointed with the service. Don't ever come here anytime after 8 PM because it's always closed and their hours are always crazy and the wings aren't even that good at this location read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION! My husband and I and been here ordering the same thing for years. This place has gone downhill since the first 2 years they opened. Every time I order I have SIMPLE directions for my wings!! AND EVERY TIME THEY GET IT WRONG!!!! Really??!!! So when I called to complain they same girl seems to answer and say "who do you need to speak to "after asking her to give me over to the manager or supervisor. Then she goes on telling me we don't have one now. When this is my 3 rd call!!! This place is ridiculous!! read more

Fried wings? You bet! Sauce? What sauce?! I ordered the classic with two sauces. Wings were perfectly crispy fried, but sauce was non-existent. There was an oil residue at the bottom, with a drizzle of half a teaspoon of sauce. Thanks to Tapatio, I put the wings in a ziplock with a whole bottle of Tapatio; that was the only way to salvage the wings. Depressing experiencing for an order over $30. I don't plan to visit again. Rather just get In n Out across the street, it never disappoints :D read more

We got food for our superbowl party and it was fantastic, service was great and we got a great deal with our order. Thank you wingstop.

Ordered on the app and it said 15-20mins. Got there about 20 mins later and waited 45 minutes for the food! I won't be coming here again.
