The wings came out perfectly crispy on the outside while still juicy inside -- exactly how wings should be. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which always makes the experience better. A couple of weeks ago, I placed an online order and came about 15mins late from the pick up time due to traffic. Even with me being late, this place didn't have my order ready. Fast forward to today. I placed an online order after work. I showed up on time to pick it up. The cashier was helping a customer in front of me so I waited. But at that moment, some random guy came in and stood on the other side of the counter and told the cashier he was there to pick up an order. Even though the cashier saw that I was in line before the guy, the cashier continued to help him. Fried wings? You bet! Sauce? What sauce?! I ordered the classic with two sauces. Wings were perfectly crispy fried, but sauce was non-existent. There was an oil residue at the bottom, with a drizzle of half a teaspoon of sauce. Thanks to Tapatio, I put the wings in a ziplock with a whole bottle of Tapatio; that was the only way to salvage the wings. Depressing experiencing for an order over $30. I don't plan to visit again.
