So disappointed for the second time. I ordered a couple of these "Bundle" meals about a month ago, my coworkers and I thought there was something wrong because the chicken had no flavor at all? Not saying that the sauce was bland the actual meat off the bone was tasteless like water we blew it off and just loaded up on our own ranch dressing and hot sauce but today I wanted some again so I ordered 10 pc bone in wings and again! No flavor? Not even the garlic Parmesan had any taste? I asked a coworker to have one without telling her what was up and she asked why it tastes like wood? lol yes she said wood, I don't know what they did but I guess I'll have to take my wing business to the guys up the road that seem to be a bit on The WILD side?? read more

We got Wingstop takeout for the first time last night. First the bad- I received an overcooked slab of deep fried chicken smothered with sauce and slapped on top of a stale bun. It was inedible, unappetizing, and I gave it to our teenaged son who eats everything and even he didn't like it. The chicken tenders were also overcooked and dry. The rest of the order was good- all boneless wings with different sauce toppings and seasoned fries. The order process was easy and painless. It was ready quickly after we arrived. All in all, go there for wings if you have a craving for them. That's all they seem to do well. Sadly, the place was a disappointment overall. read more

My wife and I dined in here on a week night around 8:30pm. The food probably took about 30 minutes from when we placed it online. The food was hot, exactly what we ordered, and the place was pretty clean. We highly recommend stopping off for either a pick up or a dine in at this wing stop! Did not disappoint! read more

They got my order wrong, charged me for 40pcs gave me 20 pcs, I called the restaurant and went straight to vmail, I went to their website and emailed , no one called or responded back to me read more

Scary, we tried to order here again. 2 weeks ago, we ordered 2 small orders. Keep in mind these are "simple" basic orders. Is that that difficult? It's basic guys. These are 2 standard fast food orders. Nothing special, no crazy sauce combinations. Your boneless specials posted all over. Back in the day, we didn't have digital ordering systems that would help align your orders. We had mad amounts of people showing up to customize their orders. We had paper receipts to make the order. We took their orders manually. With higher minimum wage expectations & cost of good increasing, you'd figure they'd be top notch in doing basic jobs. These guys are horrible. I've worked in fast food in my early days and have never performed like a bunch of "dude, where's my car??" Employees. Order 2 hours ahead and arrive at pickup time and was told order wasn't done. Was told few more minutes. Lol. A big lol. Few more minutes. These newer generation "workers" are horrible. "Dude, pay me $20 an hour then I'll work bro" attitude is strong. read more

This place sucks. Period. Ordered twice from here in the last month. First order never showed up. I called and they said they delivered to the wrong address, they would remake the order and redeliver. No offer to discount. Guess what! Second order never showed up. Thought I would try again a few weeks later. Maybe it was just a bad night. Bad idea. Second order was totally wrong. 8 wings and a fries showed up! I ordered 20 wings. Wrong flavor all drums. . I ordered all flats. I know it's hard to find good help these days but being able to count to 20 should be the minimum you need to work here but apparently not. If you want your order screwed up then go ahead and order from here. And when you call and ask them to re-deliver the last few to come and pick it up. Unbelievable. read more

No ranch. No ice in the soda machine which didn't work anyways. Waited almost thirty minutes. Incompetent employees. Don't come here.

The service here was wonderful! They were extremely helpful with our family pack selection and made our wing ordering process simple.

I got a craving for some wings and decided to stop by even though I remember being disappointed last time I was here. Well, it happened again. Almost half the wings in my order were over cooked to the point where the meat was too tough to eat. All this place does is wings; they shouldn't suck. read more

2 hour wait for a pick up order. Tag somehow got thrown out to the completed area. Terrible service Order was promised at 5:04 did not receive it until 6pm read more

Amazing food but the service from Carmen ruined it for Me, very rude interaction between us and her. read more

Even though i knew they were going to mess up every step of making the order i decided to give them a chance. First of all as always they never answer the phone so that forces you to order online which is fine but ordering online doesn't give you options for the wings like extra sauce. So after ordering online i show up and they don't acknowledge someone standing there for their food for what seemed like a few minutes then once i open the bag the fired weren't well done like i had asked and i asked for cajun and got Lemon pepper ? Then as always the wings with almost no sauce on them. It seems like you have to switch owners or whole staff to see a change. read more

I'm loving their new flavor garlic lemon flavor! My go to order is lemon pepper and Hawaiian bone in! I love their fries, something delicious about their seasoning! And my favorite is their ranch. read more

DO NOT GET WINGS HERE! Let me save you the time and money by telling you to not order any food here. This establishment has gone downhill in recent years and like an Alzheimer's patient, I keep going back...forgetting about each terrible experience I've had. The customer service is ok, but they just don't know how to make wings. There is little to no sauce on your wings, most of your wings come over cooked, and sometimes they'll forget to complete your entire order. I swear to god, if two people order at the same time...you might as well bring some popcorn and watch the chaos that ensues as the team working panics. Please do not waste your time and money here. DONT GO HERE! read more

Excellent service, friendly staff and very helpful! Although wait time is a little longer they work hard and fast.

Did not like the service at all. There was no coke to drink. when I asked one of the employees, he said there was not more coke. I also asked if he can please change one of the TVs to the Golden State Warriors game and he says, he did not have the tv control. Later, he went and turned off one of the TV., which make me think he lied. The place is also dirty. The don't care about what a good customer service is. read more

This is a pretty good location. Since they're franchised, some places really do a bad job. This one is very clean and fast, and the wings are consistently good. Get the all drumsticks option. Nice beefy Popeye-Arm chickens go into that read more

Don't make a mistake ordering ahead online at this location, they never answer the phone nor listen to the order voice mail box . Then when you ask the cashier if they got your message about order correction and you explain to her you tried calling 5 times and no one kept answering that you left a message and she replies " we don't have a phone here".... Yet on email confirmation where it says " Need to change or Cancel Your Order?" It list the number I was calling for this Cochrane location. Horrible service read more

Love Wingstop! Love their lemon pepper boneless wings! It's Super yummy! Their customer service is awesome! They are super friendly!

I ordered my usual, regular wings and garlic wings. I ended up with red colored (semi spicy) wings and no regular wings...not sure what the later was. Why is this so hard to get correct??? read more

Stopped in and had to ask where is my order after waiting a half hour. The place was not busy and it looks like they missed my order. The free look greasy as if they need to clean the grease in the deep fryer. read more

Zero Stars. Wings tasted frozen and or salty. And fries were VERY salty. Ordered a total of 40 wings, in all 3 of us we only ate like 5 wings. They asked for the food back we gave it to them. Fries were also nearly ALL there. Couldn't give us a refund back but kept the food?. Ok. NEVER coming back to ANY wing-stop and i will make sure to advice many others to go spend their money elsewhere. I honestly will from now on go to Buffalo wild wings. They're customer service is way better and will not lose a customer for 42 dollars. read more

This location is pretty on point with their wings! They're always hot and fresh. One of the better wing stop location... Service is always on point too. Shout out to the two females working today! read more

They never answer the phone! I've called at random times on random days and never get a pick up. Have everything available to order online if there are items you can only order on the phone or in person if you're never going to answer the phone. Management needs to do phone audits so this isn't a occurring situation. My sale has gone else where on multiple occasions due to this. read more

I don't usually leave reviews But please check your order of the fries if you order around noon They gave me cold non crispy fries, seems like the fries were from leftovers last night. Disappointed read more

Very disappointed that I only got half of the wings that I ordered. The ones I got were great. When I called to complain, I was on hold for 8 minutes, then I got hung up on. When I called again, I was connected to Pablo, who's English was poor, so at least we were able to communicate in Spanish. I explained that I live on the other side of town, no way were we driving over there again. He took my name and number, my order number and total paid, and promised my next order will be free. We'll see. read more

I order and get wing stop every time. This place is amazing and the food is always great I heavily suggest coming here

This is the second time ordering from this location and I ask for extra crispy wings and they're not even cooked all the way. The skin of it is slimey and white. And there was no seasoning on my wings. On top of it they were just swimming in oil. And no they weren't not crispy because of the excess oil, no part of the chicken was crispy at all. I go to wing stop enough to know this is gross. I didn't want to go back for them to fix it so I had to oven bake them myself so I wouldn't waste the questionably under cooked chicken. read more

$68 for 30 wings, drink and brownie is NUTS. Bone-in wings are now 25% more expensive than boneless. Love WingStop wings but almost $70 is way way too high for a fast food dinner! read more

Been to several Wingstops all over the Bay Area and I gotta say, I've encountered the best service here on Tuesday night, April 2nd. From the service over the phone to picking up my order, the staff was exceptional! The young lady on the phone was very nice, patient, and helpful. She asked me to wait initially and put me on hold for just a short minute or so. When taking my order, she was very knowledgeable and explained the special of the day (I asked). When picking up our order, we were a bit early so decided to wait outside. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and so sweet to bring out our order when it was ready. I believe he was the cashier and cook. Very hardworking kind gentleman and I really appreciate a fellow like himself, very rare nowadays. To top it off, the wings were fried and tossed in sauce to perfection! It was a terrific Tuesday night for us. Thank you! read more
