I ordered the prime rib burger and I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the quality. From the meats tenderness to the overall flavors and my personal favorite is that it is served on a brioche bun. Everything is well balanced with no flavors overpowering one another. It is a large burger so keep in mind that it takes longer to make, but quality demands it so--absolutely worth the wait. My personal recommendation is that gourmet burgers are best enjoyed with a cold beer which they do have. They also have a wide variety of menu items, such as pastas, wings, salads and sandwiches--all options that are equal in quality. If you have extra space after that, they have a great dessert selection, particularly their S'more's Dip or their Churro Cheesecake, they have other options as well that are fantastic. You can tell that this business is run by an owner who cares and I pray many years of success to come to this establishment. Mahalo

They were so good! Their customer service was amazing! The staff was nice on the phone and when I arrived at the bar. I got my food relatively quick. When I arrived I didn't have to wait too long for my food and it tasted amazing! True it's a bit pricey, but what isn't in this economy, plus it's bar food what I paid is what I expected. The place was also very clean and there were lots of tvs playing the news and various sports channels. This would seem like a great place to go with friends or a large group. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the inside but they had a lot of great sports decor and other decorations/pictures on the wall. So would I recommend you give them a chance? We got there around 5:30pm and was already out the door a bit after 6pm because I felt like we were being ushered to leave. The waitress who served us didn't offer my date another drink and sat a family of 5 or 6 right behind us on the lower deck when there were so many other tables that were available. It has light flavor of spice to give you that kick without being overwhelming, and the balance of flavor is on point. For portion, the 1/2 order of chicken could easily feed 2, maybe even 3 people depending on how hungry you are. The menu is small, but everything they do offer is super good! I mentioned that I didn't mind paying extra for it, and the team member let me know I could order it as a side instead. That worked out fine since I'm not much of a fries person anyway. One thing I can always count on is a good Popeyes biscuit, so I was happy to enjoy that during my visit. I don't know if chicken is imported to the island or what, but the price is CRAZY high.... I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was actually really good, BUT that wrap was so small. Of course they cut it in half, but each half was tiny. There's no way that was even a full 6-inch wrap before they cut it. Still stuffed and flavorful, just disappointing on the portion size. Service was atrocius and the food was fair. I've never had a rude server since Tao Restaurant in Las Vegas back in 2009, and this was the second time. I've never had a server shout at me with a frown on her face, saying "WHAT???" (it happened twice during our meal). I mean, come on, the music is loud, but don't yell at me from across the table with a frown. Also, do not say "Well as you can see, I've got my hands full!" when I ask for a refill politely. Also, do not walk past one of your three tables that you are waiting without looking down or making eye contact. It also looks bad when you are standing against the wall talking constantly with your co-worker instead of waiting on tables. Do not get the "endless" appetizers at this location as long as you have the waitress that we had, you will not get your money's worth, which makes me think this is Buffalo Wild Wing's ploy on cutting costs, which is a horrible idea, because destroying your brand by having poor service likes this warrants reviews like this. This was almost a two-star review until the service knocked it down into the dirt, especially since the last rude wait staff I've had was in 2009, which was 17 years ago. I am not generous with one-star reviews, so that should be revealing. Will not return to this location ever again.
