Update: revisited this location and the wings were much better prepared, could actually taste the garlic this time! As stated before, customer service is excellent at this location. 4 star rating only because they won't combine selected sauce flavors if asked. read more

My order is usually always wrong at this location, missing wings, only one sauce applied instead of two,etc... also what's the point of letting you have special requests if they aren't fulfilled. read more

Ordered online and my food was ready on time, the girls up front were nice as well . The bag was stapled so I didn't check my order in the store but when I got to my moms house and opened my wings they were soooo light skin . Not a lot of sauce / seasoning on the wings and they weren't crispy at all. Disappointed to say the least. I ate most of them as you can see in the picture because I wasn't going to go back over to complain plus I paid for them and I was hungry. read more

Great service great food definitely going back wait staff very friendly. Wings were perfect

I was there Aug 28th like at 6 ish and the guy taking our order wasn't even wearing a mask.. it totally contradicts what the sign in the door says about social distance and west a mask.. why wasn't that employee wearing a mask? He was also sneezing so it made me wonder how come everyone else working there had a mask except for him.. read more

This has become our favorite wing place in the neighborhood and have always had a great experience. Yes, sometimes the wait is a little bit longer than we would like but on a busy Saturday afternoon it happens. The kids love meeting up there and having a yummy late lunch after their basketball games at the JCC. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff is personable and ensure the experience is positive. We will continue coming back! read more

My girlfriend and I did an online order during Sunday football. I love the ordering system. I can mix and match between boneless and classic wings with 2 sauces. For instance, I ordered 15 wings. I split it by having 8 boneless mango habanero and 7 bone in Louisiana rub. My gf ordered 10 boneless BBQ and Hawaiian. The wings themselves were pretty standard. They weren't bad but tasted like wings I can get at KFC. Fresh ingredients weren't used, tasted premade and frozen. I doubt I'll order back here when the local sports bars have ten times better wings. read more

Service was on point. Location was very clean. Tried the boneless wings with Louisiana Rub and Sweet Chili Lime. Awesome!!!! Would defenitely go back. read more

This Wingstop is amazing! The food and the service from manager angel is exceptional. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will be back more frequently. read more

Eh!! This was not what I expected. Thought it would be more of a sit down chill out and enjoy place but it is not really. The ladies taking the orders were not very helpful with first timers. We asked for regular water and received bottle water so out of kindness we returned the bottle water because we didn't pay for it. I think this place maybe better for take out or delivery but not a dine in. We had the Mango Habanero and spiced jerked wings. They were a little over cooked but ok. read more

Took my close friends to get some wings and we were all extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly when we arrived and the restaurant was really clean. Even though the restaurant was packed, the staff did a great job following all COVID guidelines and delivering the food on time. Overall great experience and will be back soon read more

Employees do not have gloves on while making boxes or cooking. Also employees coughing in kitchen without coverinf while making he food?

Customer service is trash. Don't you dare order online because they will only take longer. They don't start on orders until you get there. Got my order 50 minutes ago online and I'm still waiting. read more

Not anyone to give a bad review nor want anyone to feel bad. But let see the wings where completed over cooked and the sauce were so salty that we ended up drinking two water bottles from all the salt it had. Instead of wings we had more sauce. The fries look like they were re-fried after being out for hours last the drinks were flat. Just not for use. First time and last :/ sorry no stars if we could read more

Wackkkkk! This location is terrible my food was terrible! The garlic Parmesan wings were trash hot wings were trash THE FRIES WERE Trash!!!!

This is the worst wingstop ever. I have gone multiple times and very rarely do the get my order right on the first try. The wait is extremely long even when not busy. The employees are rude. Spend your money elsewhere... read more

Over ever the hell answered the phone was rude as hell, never wanna pick up the phone to place an order HORRIBLE!! never going here again, they on some other crap. read more

Haven't been to Wingstop in a while. But after my experience at this location I will definitely be coming back very often. Food was amazing; extremely fresh and delicious. The service was the best part of it all. I didn't have the chance to ask for the name, I wish I did but I believe it was the manager or owner and he was awesome. Establishment was clean and the work environment there seemed fun and positive. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food. read more

This Wingstop is typically very busy but very good! Good service, the wings are a nice size and they're always hot and delicious. I typically order large family order of wings with the carrots in the side! read more

worst service ever!!! manager Angel should do anything else in this world except work in the service industry. He was rude and disrespectful to my wife after a simple request to not lose a repeat customer. There was a mistake in the order placed through doordash and instead of correcting the problem, he throws fuel on the fire. In a era where restaurants come and go quite frequently, this will be one establishment i can assure I will never visit again. Additionally, I would encourage you before you decide where to spend your hard earned money to think twice about helping people who do not appreciate your business. read more

After taking a few glimpses at the reviews, I was shocked at how "business customer service" responds only to positive reviews and anyone else who expresses concerns gets no response or feedback.... wow. read more

I always order from this Wingstop! They prepare your order quickly, the food is always hot and fresh and the manager, Angel, is super helpful! The service is consistently great, definitely recommend. read more

Came here, and ordered. It was empty, and I STILL waited 30 minutes to get served. Who owns this place? There was a soccer match playing on the 2 tv's, and I imagine this was their prime concern. It's apparent that it's owned by an absentee owner. How ridiculous can this be? Wingstop is a place I'll never stop at again, too bad, because the overpriced chicken tenders were relatively decent. Being there for 30 minutes waiting for my food really ticked me off. read more

Terrible service. Wing stop food is always good but this location is awful. Took 25 minutes for our food to come out and the wings came out cold. The staff got several orders wrong in tables next to us. Unacceptable. read more

I was in the mood for some wings and i placed an order . The employee was polite and my food was ready in 10-15 minutes. In addition the item that i orderd was Origional hot spicy wings with a side order of fries and a Diet Coke : ). Moreover, the wings were so tasty, delicious and hot and totally spicy . The prices are affordable. The interior is extremly clean for example, there is of course televisions with sports and a few photos on their walls. Initally when you enter there is a small area where u can place your order. Also, you can see in their clean kitchen . : ) There are several variety of chicken wings u can choose from with bone or without bone etc etc. Thank you Wingstop for such a good lunch. see you shortly : ). read more

The staff here is a little aloof. Also, walking around talking on the phone is not cool and putting the phone on speaker so you and another employee can chat and laugh both male working in back and female cashier. Along with hearing about how you didn't get your paycheck smh. read more

Love this wingstop everybody is so kind and hospitable they make you feel right at home. The sweetest employees and managers always striving to please the customer. They never miss! I will definitely be returning for years to come. read more

Wing Stop is my go-to place for chicken wings. This location is very calm, not a whole bunch of people which means they get the wings out really fast. A "10 minute wait" turns out to be 4 minutes. They have about 15 wing flavors and they are all amazing. They always explain my options very clearly whenever I go. read more

I'll save a long winded review by simply saying...where the heck did the chicken go that's supposed to be on the bone?!

First time here and the service was excellent! The man at the register helped me select and taste test which sauce I'd like best for my wings. Wings were great! I would definitely come here again! read more

this is my first time coming here and i recently bought 3 orders of 10+ wings and they did not give ONE thing of sauce?? apparently you have to have a combo to get sauce....but i have 30 plus wings.....like...what??? i hope this is not a wingstop rule cause if so i will literally never come here again. that's so stupid. the wings were good other than one of the flavors but like really? no sauce? for 30 plus wings? lol, see you never again wing stop! read more

I love the Louisiana Rub wings. The staff is friendly and the wings and fries are good and blue cheese. They can probably step it up on the cole slaw but, hey its a chain restaurant and the wings are really good. I can't complain. I love me some Wingstop! read more

I'm so shocked to see such negative reviews from the same day. Ive gone to numerous Wingstop franchises & it is no secret that their wings are so amazing because they are made to order, therefore, their wait time is more than reasonable. No one can say that their wings are not freshly made. If people are in a time crunch or simply don't have the patience to wait, then order online!! This is the best Wingstop I've gone to in the area. My friends & I are regulars here, not only is their food always great but the employees and managers are very kind and respectful which is something I can't say for other Wingstop locations. read more

Solid if you are craving wings, fries or boneless wings and don't have time to wait at a restaurant or bar. Love the BBQ here also.

This is a nice place and the boneless wings are delicious (especially the Parmesan and lemon pepper). The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the BBQ sauce is EXTREMELY spicy and they charge you for ranch, if they changed this I would for sure be back. If I ever do return I would bring my own ranch and BBQ sauce. read more

Pretty good wings, but the quality varies every time I visit. Some days I'm lucky with nice delicious wings and crisp fries, but other days I get flat soda, cold fries, and shite chicken. Overall, it'll be maybe 7 out of 10 of the times I go it would be good. Thankfully a 70% is a C-, which is my gpa in college so I identify heavily with this place so I give it 4 stars. read more

This place never disappoints! Every time I come the wings and fries are amazing and the service even better. I came today, CHRISTMAS DAY, and it was busy but nonetheless I was greeted with a smile and helped by the most enthusiastic staff. Angel and the entire staff took amazing care of us and if you want to know about the food, it was TO DIE FOR, as always. Thank you so much Wing Stop and Merry Christmas! read more

Food is great. Service isn't that perfect though. Manager is a major asshole will not even look his clients in the face. Food is worth dealing with him though. read more

I ordered lemon pepper wings and rolls. The wings had two sprinkles of seasoning and the rolls were cold. So cold, the bottoms of the rolls were stiff..like they were old rolls that had been reheated. And the "manager" Gustavo said and I quote "well umm I don't know what I can do for you. My hands were about to burn from holding the rolls"..seriously? People pay their money expecting seasoned wings and fresh rolls...is that too much? Why would I lie about having cold rolls? It takes double the normal time to place an order due to the language barrier and Gustavo simply does not care about the quality of product or customer satisfaction. Horrible experience. First and LAST time. read more
