I hadn't had wingstop in years since I moved to an area without one nearby. I had a major craving for wings and decided to make the drive down to Kendall to pick up. The online ordering process was very easy and efficient. I was impressed that you could make so many customizations like "all flats," how much seasoning you wanted on your fries, and exactly how many wings you wanted in each flavor if you were ordering multiple. I paid online and headed down to pick up my order. Unfortunately they do not offer curbside pickup and there were a few people waiting inside near the registers. There was a sign outside saying customers were required to wear masks inside. Would have been great if there was a line just for people who ordered in advance versus people who were ordering upon arrival. I peeked into the kitchen area and noticed that at least one of the cooks was not wearing a mask and several employees were not wearing gloves. Wings were good. After waiting 45 minutes and dealing with really unsatisfied customer service and the manager telling us that it would be out in 15 minutes after 15 minutes. Other walking orders (like ours) were coming in and out with in minutes. We were also watching the employees looking at the wings and talking their on business making us wait even longer and acting like nothing ever happened. Really good customer service. I had originally placed my order online and got my order delivered through door dash. Once my order arrived I was missing my fries that came with my combo meal. I ordered my food online while in front of the store Lennin the cashier was at the front counter playing on his cellphone. I called the store numerous times to see if my order was ready. My estimated time was 15-21 mins. After about 15 mins I went inside the store waited in line to be seen. While I waited the phone was constantly ringing and Lennin kept picking it up and immediately putting the phone down hanging up on the customer. This was the same treatment I received. I asked him why was he picking up the phone and hanging up on customers he smiled. All of my food was cold, I asked him to remake my fries. After almost 20 mins still no fresh fries. I asked for a refund for the fries he told me ok and then took a picture of my receipt with his cellphone. Just got back from eating dinner at wing stop... on friday nights me and my family usually dine out and go to the same family restaurant... tonight... i made the HUGE mistake of telling my husband i wanted to go somewhere else... so we did... We went to Wing Stop... ordered the combo of the 20 BONELESS wings... and 5 wings on the side plain for my 2 yo. When the finally gave us the order... i noticed they gave us reg (bone in) wings... so we had to tell the lady we ordered boneless.... as they were working on our wings.. i told my husband the fries were heavily SALTED ... and in another words it would messed up our blood pressure (seriously that is how salted they were) i remember telling him if he wanted me to make a complaint... i would do it.. and called the shift manager... and just tell him/her to eat the fries.... and my husband said.. The wings and boneless buffalo wings here are ok. Truly, the wings are, well, wings. The sauces are what make a difference and I have issue with the mild and original hot sauces at wingstop. The mild sauce is way to buttery. Really, your already fried wings will be a sitting in a pool of butter with some spices sinking to the bottom - no bueno. I know that wing sauce is made with a fair amount of butter, but this one has so much that the sauce even separates. The original hot is much better but the flavor is a bit to vinegary for me, but my DH loves it that way. That is more of a personal opinion. Service is decent, though the young lady at the counter did fail to remind me on a special night that the wings were on sale if I bought them separately (that's just courtesy).
