Food was great always is. My boyfriend didn't have a great experience with who ever the cashier was 3/29/21. My boyfriend couldn't see the prices he then asked how much the prices were & the cashier replied "can you not see? The prices are up there?" In a very rude way. Then she continued to say "you won't be able to get ranch cause we don't have ranch". Not sure if she was having a bad day or anything but to reply to someone when they are asking you a simple question because they can't see doesn't mean to give attitude back..... read more

Best place to get wings recommended this place for anyone always fresh and on time nice customer service and always treat you with respect and never lets you down forever ny favorite Wingstop read more

I came in here tonight with my daughter and the young guy at the counter was so rude. He completely ignored us left our order sitting there. I finally asked if it was our pick up order and he just kept walking to the back and another coworker grabbed it and just handed it to us with no communication, I hadn't even paid for it. I checked the order, It was ours, but it was wrong. They forgot a bunch of stuff and when I asked for the things he was annoyed and them rolled his eyes and basically tossed the ranch. Every single guy there acted annoyed that we walked in the door. Another customer also picking up asked " is the ranch in the bag." The guy did " I think so and walked away." Ranch was not in his bag it was so sad he was an older guy. I would not go to this location then to top it off fries where so over salted. No stars read more

me and my friend actually got food poisoning from the food yesterday and the drinks tasted like soap so the machine has definitely either not been cleaned at all recently or it was half assed!!! ZERO STARS LITERALLY PLS DONT GO #bubbleguts read more

I don't usually write reviews, but let me tell you! I live in this area and come this Wingstop all the time and never have had any issues! Today I did their online order and I just wanted to share how awesome the two that were in this morning were! Just positive and happy to be at work. You don't find that a lot anymore but thanks for making a small part of my day very easy! And how cute are the bags! read more

Completely messed up my order, didn't provide any sauce for wings, didn't honor deals that were posted, and took forever. 0/5.

Friendly staff. I call my orders in and they are always done correctly. The obey all social distancing rules in there so you can feel safe ordering and picking up your food. read more

The guy taking the orders today February 24th at 7:30pm has the worst customer service ever and it's not the first time that it happened. He speaks very low when taking the orders and gets bothered when you ask him to repeat himself. He doesn't smile or anything. He doesn't even look at you or greet you in anyway like as if he's bothered to be there. This really makes you want to drive somewhere else even those it's the closest one to us. Wing stop, please hold your people accountable. read more

This was the first time I had eaten wings here at Wing Stop; I wasn't disappointed. Not only was the food, service and design of the place fantastic it was such a friendly place and so nice to eat at. The wings were perfect and juicy with an evenly distributed sauce to top it off. They were delicious and very satisfactory to the palate. The interior was great and had a pleasing design that made my stay comfortable. They had a really original design and I enjoyed it. Besides that, the service was marvelous. The cashier who took our orders was very nice and had our order perfectly. Getting the food took a few minutes and we did have to wait but it wasn't too long but enough to have a pleasant conversation with my family and it was absolutely worth it to wait for. Thank you for a wonderful food experience. ~ Blessing read more

Have mixed feelings on this location. Sometimes the food is solid but other times it's not the best and overcooked and soggy. The service can be lackluster, a lot of times I go here all the employees seem really stressed or just done with life and do feel for them, weekends definitely seem like the don't bother kind of days, I put my order online a good 30-40 minutes beforehand and that still isn't enough sometimes and have to wait another 15+ minutes once had to wait another 40 minutes on top of the online order. The fries are really solid and sometimes the wings are really good too but the inconsistency of both food and service makes it hard to rely on. Would recommend going during weekdays if able and just avoid weekends. read more

Although they have great wings, i quit going to Wingstop. They quit serving baked beans.

Wing stop advertises that they close at midnight on all of their buildings, ads, etc. I pull up at 10:30p and it's dark and closed up. Apparently they close at 9 now? Called around to other locations and couldn't get anywhere to pick up either. read more

I won't ever be coming back I seen them picKing at my fries eating them of my basket they gave me I know it takes a while for your fresh food but I was waiting for like 45 minutes i seen them taking wings out that wasn't done yet when I got my food it was not ready very disappointed and sick to my stomach read more

This location doubled the staff but that somehow doubled the wait time. 30-35 minutes for 8 wings with only 3 customers in the store.

I really like their wings but lately they been stingy with their sauce... maybe it because I order to go but the wings feel like the sauce was just painted on the wing and not dipped.. read more

honestly wingstop food is great but i seriously have never been to a wingstop that didn't have the worst service in the world. why does it take an hour to get 10 wings when it's not even busy, no matter what location you go to, and the workers don't care at all read more

This wing stop is amazing!!! We bought wings from here today that were just PERFECT!! They were nice and crunchy and cooked perfectly I will definitely be coming back again! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Absolutely horrible customer service. They don't take orders via the app, you have to call or go in. Told me 18 minute wait. Still waiting after 45 minutes IN THE RESTAURANT. One employee spent the entire time I was there putting chairs up an hour before closing. While 8 other people stood waiting for their food. Clueless employees and horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. read more

Mann.. this place has AMAZING WINGS!! Normally not into franchise-type spots BUT this one is legit!! First of all, you can preorder online and it's actually SUPER user-friendly.. doesn't get me all flustured to the point that I give up.. which obviously has happened on other alike sites. Secondly, when you put your order in, it lets you know the estimated time they will be ready.. caause aint nobody got time to be waiting around! Mostly though.. the wings are cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning without Even Having 2 Ask!! That to me is the whole reason we've now used them for 2 parties .. oh and their french fries ... hands down, the BEST!! Friendly staff that's always pleasant and helpfu.. price is on point, as well, so we will continue to return. Thanks guys for always being so awesome! read more

They screw your order up and their customer service is horrible. They refuse to credit you back for their mistakes as well. I ordered 10 Cajun wings get home and open the box to find this nastiness. They tell me I have to drive another 30 min to bring back these nasty fries or they won't refund me for chicken wings I ordered but didn't get. Edgar has the customer service skills of a HS kid in his first job, not good. So basically, they screw up your food and steal your money. 12.00 lesson for me to make sure I go to ATL for wings. read more

Wingstop - Not chicken wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I don't know how this wingstop is still here in this empty plaza. I called ahead was told it will be 20 minutes so I show up 25 minutes later and paid and STILL waited another 30 minutes just to be told my order was "next" no one else was in line and they were cursing as well very unprofessional I would tell everyone to think twice before coming here. read more

If you're going to spend money on wings do it elsewhere. We've ordered from this restaurant multiple times using the app and ordering for carry out. They don't even start making your order until you show up to the restaurant. This time we were quoted at 16-21 minutes and showed up at the 19 minute mark and they had not even started. The crew has terrible attitudes and seems annoyed by having to do their jobs. We've given them multiple tries as we live close but it's just not worth the hassle any longer. The exact same scenario happened the last time we ordered from here and instead of writing a bad review I sent in a review to their corporate to see if the issue would be resolved. I never got a response so they must not care. read more

When I showed up I was the only one in line. They had four employees standing around playing grab ass. I waited for close to half an hour. When I went up to try and get my refund the employees gave me a bunch of attitude. And then magically produced my order from a counter in the back. All while giving me attitude and treating me with contempt. Worst Wingstop location in the valley hands-down. read more

I don't think you can find anything better than lemon pepper wings. Not too mention you can put your order in right from the app. I love that the wings are always fresh and hot. And the fry seasoning. It is so great. That sweet taste is good. read more

I called ahead so my food would be ready and arrived in 20 mins like I was told too. My order had not been put in. The supposed manager gave me a bunch of excuses but no apology and no customer service. Take your patronage elsewhere. The food here is not worth the treatment. read more

Food was decent however I will not be back. Ordered wings & strips with cheese fries, employee on phone asked 3x if I was ordering a side of cheese and I kept reiterating cheese FRIES. She repeated my order back & it was correct but I still didn't get what I asked for. Picked up order & fries were missing. I called back to let them know, they said I didn't order fries & I just ordered a side of cheese. Could have made it right by just asking if I wanted a side of fries only, I would have paid for them but I was frustrated, I just went to Mcds across the street to get fries. Wasn't the first time I've ordered something & didn't get it at wingstop. I would suggest to check your order prior to leaving read more

We have been to several wing stops and I wasn't impressed. Many places had closed early on Tuesday night so we decided to give it a try. Kevin helped us out and made or visit phenomenal. Went of his way to make sure our order was right and helped us with any questions. Thanks to Kevin I will be returning to here again and taking my friends. Thank you Kevin! read more

This location has the worst employees working. I order a delivery through Wingstop online portal paid over $60 for wings for a family pool gathering. Order was placed and showed it will be delivered about a hour or so not a problem. Delivery came, bags were soak in water no contact was made to my cell or texts. After opening up the bags no RANCH. Called Wingstop to let them know what the issue was. Lanie pick up the phone I explained what happen, she decide to get her boss Jacob. Lanie hung up on me 3 times. I called back Jacob answers very rude being a manager of this location. Told me pretty much next time I go to a wing stop he'll comp my ranch ?? I told him really comp my ranch. I have family member's over ready to eat and that's all your going to do. What about the bags being wet, food being cold. I told him now i have to go pick up ranch due to your employees not doing a simple task on putting ranch in the bag. Jacob made fun of the issue and decided to MOCK what I told him regarding having my family party and this being a inconvenience. JACOB decide to write on the bag. Picture to come. This location has the wrong people working. JACOB needs to go. read more

Wingstop - Mocking the word I told him over the phone. Very unprofessional being a manager. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Just had a horrible experience with the women cashier. Called in a order got all my sauces on the side and paid for extra. Just to pick up my food drive home to have no sauce. To drive back get a fresh batch but then again forgot my extra sauce and get told i didn't pay extra even though i had my recipe that said other wise. To receive just complete attitude as if I'm a burden. Doubt I'll be going back i can definitely find better customer service somewhere else. read more

Best wings in town. Friendly staff, they seem to get along very well, Love the management team A+ for them

Wings were ok to good. Place was clean, staff nice. Not writing home about it though.

I think I'm always going to get Wingstop five stars, I just love those lemon pepper wings and those fries with ranch. This new location on Greenway is all right with me. read more

Kieora (I think?) took our order and was very kind and helped us out! Super clean and friendly atmosphere. Boneless wings were great.

Not happy with this location with the whole corona virus going on your employee that look my order and gave me my order was on her phone and didn't once wash her hands when putting my food in the bag and also she was really rude when taking my order ... you need someone that doesn't have a bad attitude taking orders!! read more

Customer service is sloppy bottom line. I have ordered 4 times from this location since covid 19 quarentine and 3 of those times they have conveniently "forgotten" something. the first 2 times I was too lazy to go back to the location and say something since it's like 15 minutes away from my house but the last draw was today when I ordered a family meal of 50 wings and they forgot to give me 15 of them!!!! And when I went back to tell them they rudely made me feel like I was lying and made me get all the food out of the bag, so the wings and fries got cold, while they "checked" all my food.. to then realize they had conveniently "forgotten" to give me a whole bag with the rest of my order. And all we got was a "sorry man.. what do you want me to do??" Like.. for real? You are asking that to a customer who you messed up their order for the 3rd time?? The only reason they get 1 star is for the quality of food.. otherwise, if you ever go to this location, I advice you to check your food before you leave the location. Or better yet try a different location like I will. read more
