I ordered because I ended up getting free delivery off the app. The hot lemon wings weren't my favorite. They had a VERY strong salty and lemon flavor. But the hot honey and garlic Parmesan were great. Delivery went smooth and arrived on time as well read more

Food was great. My G-son happy. I wish they would have give away cups for water w/ not charge. I wanted to give a homeless gentleman water, but they wer gonna charge me another $2.oo plus for the cup. I ordered on-line and picked up, so I didn't have any funds with me. We ended up giving the man our drink. I didn't have a problem with that just the fact that that I didn't have anything extra with me. One cup would not have bankrupted wingstop on seminary. i absolutely love wingstop but this one the managment and employees are horrific. i went it to get my order that said it was ready on the app and they told me another 15 minutes, then when i sat down to wait my app told me my order had been completed.. when i went to talk to the front the lady did not speak english and then the manager came over being quiet rude. read more

Would give this place 0 stars if we could. Been to the old location up the street and received horrible service there, thinking it would change when they moved locations. First off, girl in the front counter on her phone the whole time, did not acknowledge till she was done typing out whatever on her phone, yet still put her phone face up on the counter so she could read her texts, not once did she look up at me. She was the same girl with the bad attitude from the previous location, don't know how she's still working there, but if you got no drive to do anything else. Ordered online, order was not ready when promised had to wait o oh a few mins, but food was so poorly made. My daughter said the boneless wings were so oversauced and oily. She felt sick after eating them. I always ask for well done because they put them in styrofoam boxes with no vents and no matter what they get soggy. I picked them up fresh and they were not well done. They in fact were slimy and like my daughters super oily. We ordered a large fry probably the only thing cooked correctly. Bad attitudes, lazy workers, poor food quality, the franchise owner needs to do something about the workers there. read more

There was no ranch. I ordered through the portal and even double checked. They're clearly despondent here. No one cares. Pay them more to care read more

Cashier a little rushed, service was fast with food being fresh although a little bit over seasoned.

Horrible. Lady at the counter barely spoke. Employees cooking had phones out more than they cooked. Only a couple gloves in sight.

Terrible experience. I've used the older location for several years and first time at this one. What a horrible food. The fries were extremely salty, were not able to eat them and the wings were so bad. Like they dumps all the seasonings in the wings. Not able to eat a big order. Everything was so bad on quail and taste. Management couldn't care less of my feedback. read more

Wingstop - Example. This is almost empty side of fries with way too much spices. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mansfield, Texas

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Food always take so long, I tried to place an order today and some teenager said it was going to be a 3 hour wait which I knew was untrue. I knew he just didn't want to work. I called again 10 minutes later and someone else answered and said it will be 30 minutes. Service 0/10. read more

I always ask for well done wings and fries and I never get what I ask for. Maybe one day I'll get what I ordered.

I and my friend ordered a 24 piece meal and obviously didn't finish the meal, HOPING that we would be able to take our leftovers. We didn't. The food was gone the moment we came back from washing our hands. I don't know how careless you have to be to do something like that, like didn't she feel the weight?? And I can't provide a photo since we don't have our food. read more

Horrible customer service. Took forever and when we called for an update, was told there was a fight happening so it would be another 20 minutes. Then...you'll never guess...our order wasn't right, we were missing food! Never again, I hope they go out of business! read more

Fries and chicken way undercooked. Too much grease on chicken. Hope the regional manager can go in there and Change some things up

Great deals, great service, love their fries, wish they had a better selection of flavors, and change the oil once in a while.

Do NOT order from this location! It's terrible, the customer service, wait times, and food is bad. Fries are always soggy and soaked in grease, wings are chewy and undercooked! I drive all the way to Grand Prairie to get Wingstop because I've given up on this location. Seriously, don't waste your time! read more

Been here twice, first time I waited in the restaurant forever for my food - like 40 mins. Today I ordered at 5:50 and said 40 mins to pickup. I am here now at 7:10 and it will be another 10 mins. This is ridiculous. Never again!! read more

Food is fine but what ever time the app tells you when your order will be ready add 15-20 minutes. Can't seem to have orders ready at promised time. No problem waiting longer for pick up if they are busy just hate showing up and then having to wait at store read more

I ordered online and came into the store shortly after. It was busy but the line moved fast (I didn't pay on the app, I chose to pay in store). I was setting waiting for a free minutes and the Manager- Clayton- came over to me and asked me the name on my order. He then came back and gave me the ETA on my wings. I'd say that's pretty darn nice of him! The wings sell themselves (sooo good) but the customer service at this location is top notch! read more

The management is horrible. They are rude and abrasive. When asked for the manager's name, she stated none of your business and hung up the telephone. I called back and asked if she meant to hang up. She said that she was busy with other customers. I asked if I should come up there to rectify the situation and she stated that she would call the police on me and refuse to service me. This is poor customer service at its finest. read more

Service is terrible. Called in my order at 5:00, got there to pick it up and they never put the order in. Said I never called it in, I showed them call log on my phone and how long the conversation was. Store was not busy. I was only one in there. They make order, don't offer anything for my time I'm now having to spend in there. thankfully checked my bag before I walked out the store, they forgot to give me the boneless wings I ordered. I asked for manager and they said there was not one! Crazy. read more

This location is always a mess. Nothing but rude kids, who don't wear name tags for some reason, and according to the front service girls they don't have managers. How convenient. They always somehow get the food order wrong. Don't go to this location. Go to the one on Matlock. read more

Very non professional and disrespectful management communication when it comes to messed up DoorDash order

Just awful! Customer service is horrible. I went to pick up my food that was ordered in advance. I waited for 45 minutes and the entire time it was just sitting. The teenagers in the back were taking off their hats and rubbing their hair and face and going back to cooking! I've tried to give this store another chance, but I won't be back. Just go somewhere else. read more

I live 20 min away from this location... placed an order over the phone, and arrived 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. The teenagers at the front tell me that my order hasn't even made it to the line, so no one has started on it, lol. I requested to cancel the order, but they denied it. 10 min later, I got my order, and when I arrived home, the chicken was uncooked, and the TASTE was horrible!!! I Called to complain, and they asked me to take the order back to prove that the food was not good in that way, they would make IT AGAIN.... They refused to remove the charges from my credit card ...But offered to give me 10% off on my next order. LMAO! Who would want to go back to a restaurant that serves uncooked chicken ??! The manager told me he wouldn't help, gave me the corporate number, and hung up the phone. read more

Placed order on line for delivery. Order arrived and was wrong and missing drinks. Delivery driver advised that I should call the store. Called the store and told them about the problem, and was told that I would be placed in some of queue. Call was answered immediately (by the same person), and I told that person the same thing. The person said nothing, and then hung up on me. I called back and was immediately put on an endless hold! Needless to say, the customer service stinks and my issue was never resolved ! Well, I wish I had looked on yelp before deciding to waste my money here. I remember when I was a kid, Wingstop was so good. We'd have it when I got straight A's at school for the 6 weeks. I looked forward to it every time. Trying a spicier flavor everytime, the fries that were 3/8ths inch slices of perfection. It's been 10 years since I went to a wingstop. But I went today and the decor reminded me of being a kid. But that's where the similarities ended. Food isn't ready on time, employees don't care even a little. one went from mopping to tossing my fries with no glove change or hand washing in between. Luckily, I touched them and they were ice cold. Must've been sitting in the fryer basket because they were soggy despite being nearly burnt. I'm currently vomiting after eating the Korean Q wings. Childhood ruined thanks to some lazy teenagers and even lazier management. I will not be returning ever again. read more

I wish I would have checked the reviews before I tried this place. Horrible. First of all, the staff was not friendly at all. I placed an online order. If I had just walked in, I would have turned around and walked out. But, since I already paid, I decided to try it. The store was dirty. The kitchen floor was covered in soapy water and the counters looked dirty. I got home and my Cajun corn was not in the bag. The "fresh baked" rolls were not fresh and not good. The wings were not well seasoned and weren't cooked well. The fries were not done. I tried calling to let them know my order was incorrect and no one would answer the phone. I recommend avoiding this place completely! read more

I had to wait a total of 65 minutes for the food to be ready even though the order said 25 min. I asked for a refund, rude about it. 0/5 do not recommend. read more

This Wingstop is terrible when it comes to service and how orders are handled. Our food is always late by a good 15 minutes but beyond that twice now when we place on line orders and have our confirmation numbers they don't have them in their system and have to wait 30 minutes on top of the 25 the original order said. But last night the girl told my husband instead of not getting the order (he showed her the confirmation order) that were waiting on fries. He waited 30 minutes more for fries. He knew she lied as it was written all over her face. Never once did she apologize or offer a drink due to the mistake. He never even acknowledged him while he was waiting. He said she was so rude! This was our last straw with this one! From now on we will go to the Wingstop on Matlock. It's out of the way but their service is wonderful! read more
