Chicken and sauce were delicious! I got the hickory smoked bbq. SOOOOO GOOOOD! The ranch was even great too. Perfect combo. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Will definitely return again! read more

Disgusting place, dirty, flies everywhere, concrete floor. Rude workers. Terrible service.

I was so ready for some wing stop. When I walked in i didn't even get a greeting. Usual. I ordered, and the old lady who looks like she shouldn't be there had to retake my order three times over. However the food came out nice and quick like it should. One I got home, My order was wrong. That would have been okay if it wasn't an entirely different thing than what I ordered. I got 8 boneless and a regular fry, half hot honey and half bbq with ranch. I got 8 original hot with bleu cheese and the remnants of the fry basket. Ok cool. Time for a refund. I've been put on hold 3 times, hung up on, and then straight up refused. On the fourth time I attempted calling, "there's no manager." So when I walked in and asked for a refund, I was told "he'll be here tonight" You guys make me want to punch a hole in my wall. Never coming to this location ever again. I am so fed up about this and your manager(s) will know about your terrible service. read more

We came in and literally just ordered some ranch. It took over 40 minutes and there was an employee standing AT THE REGISTER eating bone-in wings. It was so gross inside, with flies everywhere, and every surface was sticky. My worst takeout experience in a very VERY long time. read more

My friend and I came into our local wingstop after a night out. At 12:22 we were told that we had to leave the lobby, they began flipping our chairs and cleaning off the tables as we were sitting down waiting for our orders. They then told us if they weren't done with our orders by 1 am that they simply weren't making it. They kicked people out who had been waiting to order for an hour. The staffs attitudes were completely unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. At the end of it all, they called the police and had all of us escorted out of the building. When I explained to the officers was what happening the only response I heard was "Don't they close at 1:00?". My point once again, we won't be back and I hope they find better staff to operate during these hours, I understand it can be difficult but don't apply at jobs and willingly sign up for the hours if you can't pull through. read more

Went in and was told there was a 45 minute wait there was no one else in the restaurant at all . It was obvious they did not want our business will never go back read more

Lady at the front isn't very friendly and we arrived she had given our order to the wrong person then handed us back food that was already touched and taken out of bag by other people she handed it to which can be unsanitary since we didn't know if those people ate the fries or not but she just lazily handed it back to us also this location has not had ice in a while. read more

waited an hour for food and still waiting. rude cashiers and and slow kitchen. do not eat here!!!!!

Had poor staff, service, dirty, extremely slow, mediocre food. Absolutely do not recommend !

Service was terrible I ordered thru DoorDash I called the store and the manager Kim had an attitude while on the phone... very unprofessional customer service read more

Ordered 5 lemon pepper Thighs to go. Got to our room and they were all raw inside. We called and they said to take a picture and they would give us a new order. My husband went and they didn't really address the issue of our first order being raw and us having to come back out and pick up another order. He picked up the second order and the same thing, three of five were raw! We didn't even waste our time calling back and pretty much wasted $30. Will never go back to this wing stop again. The only person who seemed to care that we were inconvenienced was the person who answered the phone when we first called. read more

Hands down the most miserable experience of my entire life. We waited an hour for food that never came but we're told every few minutes that it was ready, so we kept waiting. By the end we just gave up and asked for a refund. We were not given a refund and also were not given our food. We left so we could finally eat something somewhere else because we were about to starve to death. read more

Ordered 15 boneless + 15 classic for a to go pick up order, requested blue cheese for dipping. Well got back to the hotel only to find , no blue cheese, no receipt and no plastic utensils for boneless wings! OK Do better wing stop read more

I feel that is very sad for a business like Wingstop to give a customer a five dollar gift card for a meal that cost me over $13. I had to wait 35 minutes while the men in the back played and then when I get my food, there's no Parmesan garlic on my chicken and their french fries was cooked with dirty oil and their french fries look horrible. With such piss poor service I at least should have gotten a gift card back from my meal for what the cost of my meal was. I couldn't even eat their food. It was that bad. read more

i am a big wing stop fan. this is my first time attending this location in manhattan kansas and at first my experience was slightly unpleasant. the worker was not super friendly and our food took a while to be finished. i am usually served super quick despite rushes. however, my food was phenomenal. this is one of the best wings and fries ive ever had from wingstop. i was blown away by the flavor and how well everything was cooked. genuinely made my year how good it was and i am now scared no wingstop experience will compare ever again. read more

i doordashed wingstop and my dasher was amazing and very patient but the workers told them they were bagging my food but they weren't, i waited over and hour for my food and I didn't even get that much read more

Every part of this visit was bad. The service at the counter was short and rude. I ordered 8 wings and ranch to go. My food came out instantly and he said they had some extra wings sitting there so they gave them to me. They were cold and chewy and didn't have much sauce. Also he took the ranch off my order without telling me, so I didn't get any since I didn't pay for it. I normally love Wingstop but I will definitely go somewhere else to get wings in Manhattan. For tonight, I got frozen chicken tenders from the dollar store and they are much higher quality. read more

Wow these guys dont live up to their name! The wings were super greasy and smelled of old rancid oil. I bet the wings are decent if these guys change the oil now and then, but wow never been so disappointed upon delivery. The wings literally stank. Ever opened the lid to your fryer after not using it for a couple months? Yea thats what it smelled like. On the plus side, the korean bbq sauce left in the bottom of the container was tasty. And the lemon pepper was decent. Delivery was super fast. But as a chubby guy, cant remember ever leaving any uneaten wings on my plate until now. Save your money and expectations and go for pizza hut or buffalo wild wings. 2 out of 5 stars, being generous. read more

I got wing stop last night for the first time. My boyfriend and I got it to go and when we got home to eat it we noticed that neither of our wings even had sauce on them. He got mild and I got spicy Korean and both just had plain chicken nuggets. It was a huge let down bc I've heard Wingstop is good from a few friends and was excited to try it. read more

Wingstop - Was supposed to get sauce but ended up just getting chicken nuggets. For sure not worth my time and was not what I expected from my order. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Manhattan, Kansas

Food was delicious, service not so great. Lemon pepper, all flats, well done, with parm on the side and ranch!

Help me understand. Why do you only get one cup of ranch dressing with a 20 piece bone in wing order. I don't think it really matters if it had been boneless. I get it prices are rising but please 2 cups. If customer needs more I could then understand the additional charge of $1.49 a cup‍. If I order a 6 piece should I expect half a cup of ranch. It's not adding up. read more

Ordered 10 piece lemon pepper combo.Drove 45 min to pick up my order. Drove 45 min back home, opened my order got 5 wings with no flavoring. How can you mess up something so simple. read more

Really like this location. Great service, the boneless wings were excellent and so were the fries. My 11 year old loved it as well. We'll be back!! read more

Really enjoyed the food, but don't go when they're not busy or when they're still prep to do. The short cook with a beard likes Creed. read more

Candace from wing stop is an amazing worker and civilian. We deserve more like her in the community and service industry! Great work ethic and atmosphere, keep up the great work Wing Stop!!! read more

I came here with my boyfriend last week and although the wings were good, everything else was awful. we came in when the restaurant was empty, but after we ordered a line formed. Everyone who came in after us (about 10 people) were served before us and we ended up waiting almost an entire hour for our food (2 small orders of wings and fries). When I asked the staff about our food they were standoffish and rolled their eyes. read more

My daughters and I ate here tonight and the food and service were EXCELLENT! My daughter has severe food allergies which can make it difficult to eat out. The shift supervisor, Candace, came out of the kitchen to help us figure out what would be safe for my daughter to eat! When she brought our food to the table, she even put the food that my daughter could not have on a separate tray so it would not come into contact with her food! Her customer service was wonderful! This kind of customer service doesn't happen at every restaurant and her willingness to go above and beyond should be recognized! Thank you Candace and team!! read more

I am very tolerant of service especially at low quality establishments but to wait over a hour for an order of wings is ridiculous.

Worse wingstop ever!!! Called in my order and when I went to pick it up, they could not find my ticket or food. After a few minutes, they found my ticket in the completed pile of tickets. Manager told me they gave my food away and that she would give me a 10% discount but since they are busy, I will have to wait 20 minutes for my order. Poor customer service and management. Not the first time I have had issues at this wingstop, will definitely be my last visit here. read more

This Wingstop is pretty good. We both got what we ordered and in decent time for a walk-in order. I actually got an extra boneless wing in my order (which happens frequently), so that was awesome. The mango habanero is spicy and tasty but my favorite is Louisiana rub, even though it's really bad for you. My bf likes the Hawaiian one but I can't stand teriyaki so, bleh. The fries are SUPER salty so get the large drink. read more

Family of four got a pretty good lunch for $35. Wings were good. French fries were really good. Ranch and bbq sauce was tasty. Coke freestyle machine. Food took about 10 mins. This place does the job at half the price of bww. Definitely recommend. 17MAR18. read more

Not really one to complain about a wait time, but my 1 order of wings took 1 hour. Then one of the employees started loosing his cool because they were getting backed up. Just seems like whoever is in charge should make sure they have enough personnel to not be overwhelmed like that. But wings were good read more

Just okay. Good price. Friendly service. But: slow and bland. I ordered online and arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. The order wasn't ready for 10 minutes after the scheduled time. All three flavors: Buffalo, Garlic-Parm, and (ugh) Teriyaki were just bland. More sauce would have helped too - the wings were not well covered with sauce. On the plus-side, they were cooked well- crispy and crunchy, the sides were generous and fresh (celery, carrots, and collected slaw) and the Diet Coke was fresh and tasty. Do it again? I'll pass. read more

Customer service is terrible. They gave me half my order and refused to refund my money saying they can't refund after the original date. This is after I had called them the day it happened And told them that my order was not complete. The girl who answered my call told me the rest of the order was sitting there. Still I never got my money back read more

Great customer service on a Tuesday night, wings are big and there's plenty of flavors to choose from. When compared to BWW's Mango Habanero is hotter than Wingstop's recipe. I'm comparing not complaining, this is just to let you know what to expect when you order Mango the Habanero flavor sauce. read more

Heard of this place so decided to give it a try. First off, parking can be a problem being where it is. I don't like spicy so I ordered my wings mild but they still had spice to it, and the flavor wasn't all that great either. I'm sure it's just my own taste and anyone else would be happy with what they get. read more

Wings are always hot fries are good and salty employees are always friendly so glad they finally opened a location in Manhattan.

I am not one for posting reviews. But this place needs help. I have been here three times and every time I have waited over 45 minutes for food. The food once you get it, is hit or miss. When it's cooked right, it's good food. However, their customer service is terrible and food can be bad. Avoid this place until they make changes. read more

The meat in the wings was real and tender and juicy. The flavors were delicious. The workers were super friendly - she let me try two of the sauces before I decided on my order. It didn't take too long at all. It was fairly priced. I loved the decorations inside! read more
