Nothing wrong with our experience today, I just give places 5 stars too often, so I'm trying to be more picky. I love pizza, so I knew I was going to like what I got today (even if the topping combination is a little strange lol). If you use their deals you can save a lot of money, if you don't it can be really expensive to eat here. So, just ordered a big box from pizza hut at Hostetler Drive in Manhattan, KS. One of our pizzas was a chicken bacon with BBQ sauce but the four corner pieces had nothing on them! We paid for pieces of bread!! They need to make it better, might not order pizza hut again! read more

Ordered two large pizza's waited an hour they never showed up I called and talked to manager the driver informed her that my place was a vacant lot , informed her that that was a false and she was just going to make the pizza and send it out again after I got upset she credit my account back and gave me a credit for what I was going to spend just don't understand how the driver couldn't call they have the number on the order SMH customer service is just down the tube everywhere I go anymore so sad read more

So the last time I ordered with this Pizza Hut was about two weeks ago and the pizza that arrived was soggy in the middle. When I ordered a couple days ago I had ordered buffalo burning hot wings, spicy garlic wings and cheesy bread.... However I only received my garlic wings, burnt cheesy bread with no marinara, and they forgot the buffalo burnin hot wings. The delivery guy said he would bring the wings but he never returned that night....our dinner was ruined. I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a while since moving back to Kansas from the east coast. I figured why not give it shot even though some people gave it low ratings. The pizzas I ordered tonight where some of the best tasting pizzas I have had in a while from a chain. They were full of topping and I even ordered extra of one topping they made sure it had extra. In the past at a different location in another state where I lived they would put slim amount of toppings even if you paid extra. The staff was super friendly at this location. Will be ordering again from this location. read more

Ordered takeout and found a piece of wood or something in my crust. I called the manager and she said that she had to see it for herself. I drove over there and talked to the manager Jessica. I showed her the pizza and she took the said foreign object out of the crust and said that she would send it to the lab to be analyzed and assured me that there are no wood products in their kitchen so it couldn't have come from them. Jessica never apologized and seemed to care less about the huge food safety issue that we had. She definitely lacks customer service skills and didn't seem to care about the dangerous food safety risk. Then later Jessica texts me that she wants the actual piece of pizza that the foreign object was found in (earlier she just took the foreign object) So I had to drive there and back again (40 minutes) to give her the piece of pizza, wasting my time and gas. If you want Pizza Hut go to the other location or some other pizza place. read more

I've been ordering pretty much the same thing for several weeks now, always online. The delivery arrives in a timely manner, the drivers are courteous and professional, and the food is hot and tasty, and I always get what I order! Everything is harder right now for drivers and cooks alike, and I just wanted to let everybody know I appreciate the extra effort. Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered two taco pizzas for delivery. They arrive, we start eating them and realize that there was no re-fried beans or beef on them. I call and speak with who I assume was the manager. She insisted on arguing with me that the order was correct because "she was there". Lunch buffet is not their best work. Pizza on the line is cold and not cut well. Every pizza looks like it was left over scraps.

I'm giving this Pizza Hut 4 stars for the lunch buffet. Extremely affordable and when I went, the salad bar was fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly. They had plenty of pizza to choose from. So it was a nice quick cheap lunch and I my husband and I got full. So we will definitely go back for the lunch Buffett. read more

This is the absolute WORST Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Unfortunately I keep ordering food periodically hoping for a different result, but after this last order we will not be ordering again. Overall, they have given me the wrong pizza about 3 times (refused to make amends with all of their mistakes) and consistently have undercooked pizza. The most recent pizza was not only undercooked but lacked any sauce, it was merely a bunch of dough with cheese. Skip this place and go to AJs Pizzaria on Moro and save yourself the hassle. read more

This Pizza Hut has gone down hill so much that I cant give it any more chances. My order has been wrong twice and when you call they really do not care. Not even an I am sorry or an acknowledgement. They do offer to remake the pizza but a lot of good that does when one pizza is right and half of the group cant eat. More than that though the quaility has gone down hill and I always think that is will be better next time and it was just one of those things and anyone can have a bad day but it has not gotten better. .
