Everyone was SO friendly from the moment we walked in and until we left. My fiancé and I stayed for a couple of hours because we drove up from Wichita to take our dog the KSU vet clinic. It was a highly stressful and emotional day and having such an amazing and friendly server really helped our situation not be so stressful. As much as I love Buffalo Wild Wings I don't recommend this location. The servers mope around looking like they hate their job. It also takes forever to seat you at a table, mind you they do see you, they make eye contact with you while you're waiting to be seated. So expect to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated even though it may not be busy or have a line. I get they like to play sports on the TV but does it always need to be at Volume 100? Lastly, my favorite part, while currently dining it smells like VOMIT! From the looks of the floor and lack of motivation from staff, this place looks and smells like SH**! All the tables and chairs feel and look dirty and they are falling apart. If you sit at a high table enjoy the wobble or look for the folded napkins underneath. I can't say I recommend coming here nor will I again, whoever is management here needs to do better!!! I mean come on this is a small town, we have little places to eat out as it is already you think you'd do better in representing not just this company but this town as well. Iowa fan in Manhattan. Came to BWWs to watch the Holiday Bowl while in town visiting family. Normally I would not the expect the Hawks to take priority especially in KSU territory but it being a primetime bowl game it was the only college football game on at the time. Even with this fact and the restaurant, being nearly empty besides me and my family, the manager and wait staff refused to put the game on and left on golf highlights and hockey nobody was watching. This place has had some improvements, some to which increased the experience for the better. Before they had a few old tube televisions and a handful of HDTV's. Now the place is outfitted with several 50-60" HDTV's plastered every where. Any where you sit, you will not miss the action. Instead of a mini row of bar stools in the center, they created some booths for people to sit in now. They have effectively used all the space to maximize the seating while providing a good view of all the sporting events. Service has increased double since last time. Before you would make an order and wait 20-30 minutes before you get your food. Now you get it in about 15 minutes. The wait staff checks on their patrons more often when needed, as before it was a bit lacking. I used to not like coming here, but now it's a great place to come and get some great food and watch all of your sporting events. Highly recommend it now. read more

This is like your traditional Buffalo Wild Wings (or B-Dubs where I'm from). Its got all the same atmosphere from the decorations to the many televisions and just as many beers and sauces as any other B-Dubs. Like most places you find a Buffalo Wild Wings, this one is located right next to the Kansas State University campus. It is a bit smaller than your average B-Dubs simply because of the location making it easy for it to be packed on any given night. Don't let that fool you though, the service is excellent. The waitresses are friendly, personable, and quick. So whether you are looking for just a night out or to catch the fight or game on pay-per-view, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will continue to go myself. read more

I'm a big fan of BWW. I'm from California. The BWW back at home was way better than here. The waitresses were rude and very smart mouthed. I asked a waitress if they served the "Old Fashion" alcohol beverage and she replied "I don't know, I'm not a Bartender". I was surprised. I just went asked for water. Service was good however when we got home almost 2 hours after we ate both my boyfriend and I got the worst stomach aches ever and both of us started vomiting. Timing! It's everything in the food business! Hubby and I went in for late evening supper! Only a few tables full! I ordered the appetizer sampler as a meal and hubby ordered a cheeseburger with NO lettuce or tomato! I love bdubs! The food is always delicious. I'm not giving two stars because of the quality of the food, I'm giving it two stars because of the service. About 2 goings ago, I went with my boyfriend on a Tuesday night. There wasn't a big game or anything so it wasn't all that busy. We got our drinks and then had our order taken. After about twenty minutes of waiting out waitress came and told us that she had forgotten to put our order in. She didn't compensate us any way, just put another order in. After another twenty minutes we got our food. I asked for a to go box and she took another twenty minutes to give it to me. No refills either. The next outing there our waiter took our order and our food took half an hour to come out. I then asked for a to go box. I watched him walk to the kitchen, thinking he would get the box. About five minutes later he left the kitchen, with no box and stood against the wall for 10 minutes, doing NOTHING. Finally I asked for a box again and he delivered.
