I tried the nostolgic Y2K menu for some of the appetizers for the sampler such as beef on weck sliders and mini corn dogs and they were delicious. The mozerella sticks had a good cheese pull and the onion rings were crispy. I noticed that the fries have changed and I liked the new beer-battered version better since it adds some extra crispiness, but the regular portion is a bit smaller than I remember. The boneless wings which I got the jerk and hot BBQ flavors were decent, but the hot BBQ flavor basically tasted like Buffalo sauce. read more

I hadn't been here in many years not for any other reason than just lack of occasion. Picked up some pre-ordered wings and enjoyed them nearby. Good service by the team. read more

Might've been the worst experience I've had with this place. I ordered for pick up and these might be the worst wings I've ever had. They are completely overcooked and the wing size is extremely small. I won't be going back for a while. read more

Great food, great service. The staff was great they came back asking about refills for drinks ask us how are food was. overall a great place to go out with your family. read more

The size of the wings here are unbelievably small ever since they started the summer deal. Way too overpriced and don't expect them to get your order correct. read more

As much as I love Buffalo Wild Wings I don't recommend this location. The servers mope around looking like they hate their job. It also takes forever to seat you at a table, mind you they do see you, they make eye contact with you while you're waiting to be seated. So expect to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated even though it may not be busy or have a line. I get they like to play sports on the TV but does it always need to be at Volume 100? Lastly, my favorite part, while currently dining it smells like VOMIT! From the looks of the floor and lack of motivation from staff, this place looks and smells like SH**! All the tables and chairs feel and look dirty and they are falling apart. If you sit at a high table enjoy the wobble or look for the folded napkins underneath. I can't say I recommend coming here nor will I again, whoever is management here needs to do better!!! I mean come on this is a small town, we have little places to eat out as it is already you think you'd do better in representing not just this company but this town as well. Can I just say I don't expect some fancy restaurant or want the servers big smiles acting fake. I'm saying it sucks being a small town with few options already and that management isn't taking control of this mess or care about representation. Please do better not just for yourself but for your employees as well read more

You know, I used to like going to this BWW's, but their service of late has been poor. The last TWO times I've been there my son's wings came out about 12 minutes before I got my food (Classic Chicken Wrap, grilled). And one time when it finally came out, it was cold and so were the onion rings. Better get your act together, Manhattan BWW.....I used to be a regular, but I won't be back for a while....not until I hear that things have improved. read more

Stopped here for a late night dinner after being on the road all day traveling from Colorado. Seems like a popular college hang out for reasonably priced food and drinks. We were greeted right away and ordered rather quickly. Two orders of bone-In wings and a small order of the new cauliflower wings and potato wedges. The traditional wings came out super fast, and waiter was attentive to refills on beverages. Took a tad longer for the cauliflower wings and fries to come out... but they were perfectly crispy and had amazing flavor! read more

Came for my free birthday wings and they came out so quick you could tell they tossed them in sauce and wasn't fresh! The bar smells like old trash and everyone is walking around like they don't smell it! Order chips ans queso and just like the wings they tasted old and stale. read more

Just finished eating here and my friend found a hair in her wings our server walked past us about 5 times in 15 mins and didn't check on us or ask if we needed a refill. Service here is awful what has bdubs come to Overall the manager I spoke with refunded my friends wings and made sure that I got my fries the server we had, "forgot" about. read more

Everyone was SO friendly from the moment we walked in and until we left. My fiancé and I stayed for a couple of hours because we drove up from Wichita to take our dog the KSU vet clinic. It was a highly stressful and emotional day and having such an amazing and friendly server really helped our situation not be so stressful. I can't remember her name but she just moved here from Minnesota (I believe) and was just such an angel and so fast and caring! Plus the food was amazing as well! We'll definitely be back next time we visit Manhattan! read more

Iowa fan in Manhattan. Came to BWWs to watch the Holiday Bowl while in town visiting family. Normally I would not the expect the Hawks to take priority especially in KSU territory but it being a primetime bowl game it was the only college football game on at the time. Even with this fact and the restaurant, being nearly empty besides me and my family, the manager and wait staff refused to put the game on and left on golf highlights and hockey nobody was watching. So I took my mediocre wings I had already ordered and left to one of the much better sports bars in Aggiville. TLDR: BWW always sounds good but never is, this location especially. read more

Some time back I went into BWW. I went and sat at the bar and waited, and waited and waited. 15 minutes of sitting there and not a single person ever greeted me or checked if I wanted to get a drink or anything to eat. So I got up and left, and never returned. Tonight I decided to give them a chance by ordering through eatstreet. I ordered the buffalo bleu burger and fries, and for the choice of sauce I chose no sauce since I really wanted a pretty regular burger rather than a hot and spicy one. When it got here it had the buffalo sauce. Don't bother offering options if you aren't going to follow them. 2 chances, I'm done. read more

This place has had some improvements, some to which increased the experience for the better. Before they had a few old tube televisions and a handful of HDTV's. Now the place is outfitted with several 50-60" HDTV's plastered every where. Any where you sit, you will not miss the action. Instead of a mini row of bar stools in the center, they created some booths for people to sit in now. They have effectively used all the space to maximize the seating while providing a good view of all the sporting events. Service has increased double since last time. Before you would make an order and wait 20-30 minutes before you get your food. Now you get it in about 15 minutes. The wait staff checks on their patrons more often when needed, as before it was a bit lacking. I used to not like coming here, but now it's a great place to come and get some great food and watch all of your sporting events. Highly recommend it now. read more

This is like your traditional Buffalo Wild Wings (or B-Dubs where I'm from). Its got all the same atmosphere from the decorations to the many televisions and just as many beers and sauces as any other B-Dubs. Like most places you find a Buffalo Wild Wings, this one is located right next to the Kansas State University campus. It is a bit smaller than your average B-Dubs simply because of the location making it easy for it to be packed on any given night. Don't let that fool you though, the service is excellent. The waitresses are friendly, personable, and quick. So whether you are looking for just a night out or to catch the fight or game on pay-per-view, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will continue to go myself. read more

If I could give less than a star rating I would. The manager needs fired and the staff needs proper training. All whiskeys (3) that I had tonight had bugs in them. The Stella Artois I ordered was not only flat but completely the wrong beer that was tapped. Between drinks I waited on average 15 minutes for a simple pour of whiskey in a glass or a draft beer with less than 20 people total in the establishment. Absolutely pathetic BWW... you won't be seeing me for awhile. I hope you have new management very soon. read more

The host Sean told us we were 11th in line and somehow an hour later we are 17th in line. Bar is supposed to be "Open Seating" so we tried to seat ourselves and were told to get up that it wasn't open anymore and 20 minutes later no one is sitting at the table. read more

Good. In for a late lunch, maybe early dinner. The place is not full, but you can feel the fun. Nice service. Friendly. A LOT of TVs, all playing some different sports game. Food was served quickly and they kept my drink filled. I had the combo of wings, boneless wings, fries, and slaw. Celery and carrots were free. All very fresh. The slaw was especially good - slivered not just chopped. And the boneless wings were tasty. The regular wings were okay. Could have used more sauce - maybe a Kansas thing? But still good. No complaints. read more

Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our group of 6. Although there was room to push the two tables together and still be six feet apart from other tables. Either management needs to do away with the 4 tops altogether or redo their design plan. read more

Slow service and medicore food, on multiple occasions. Servers are usually nice enough but nothing special. I don't go out of my way to come here. (side note: I also deliver for DoorDash and this restaurant is never ready with the food when I arrive. I often have to remind them about drink orders also.) read more

Terrible experience Placed my pickup order almost 2 hrs in advance. Arrived just to wait an additional 30 minutes to pickup my order. Good thing I physically checked my order bc they forgot my chili queso fries yet managed to charge me for it. Go figure Needless to say, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at BW & even worse service recovery. read more

Walking in, we were greeted right away. However, the floor was dirty, and we waited at our table for 10 minutes before even being greeted by our server. We place a small order and have to wait 20 minutes. My buffalo mac was okay but my friends chicken tenders were extremely tough and only came with 3 instead of 4 How hard is it to make good frozen chicken tenders. Disappointed that this is the only bdubs in town and it isn't good. Don't plan on coming back read more

I am very unhappy with my service tonight. 1st. When I was served the waiter was very short and we could barley catch her attention the whole time 2. There was no sauce on my wings 3. And the most irritating part is that today is my Birthday and we asked our server Jess is they did anything for birthdays and she told us "no, sorry we don't do that anymore". Shortly afterwords over the intercom the celebrated someone else birthday. I am not pleased with the ending to my birthday. I will probably not be coming back. read more

Came here for lunch, and they were out of Chicken Tenders, Onion Rings, Potato Wedges, and BONELESS WINGS. How in the world can you be out of so many things at once? Horrible management. What made it worse was it took 45 minutes to get our food, which was a salad, and a few traditional wings. Once we did get our food, we never got a single refill, even when asked. Not coming back here again, that's for sure. read more

I'm a big fan of BWW. I'm from California. The BWW back at home was way better than here. The waitresses were rude and very smart mouthed. I asked a waitress if they served the "Old Fashion" alcohol beverage and she replied "I don't know, I'm not a Bartender". I was surprised. I just went asked for water. Idk what's up with the service but I just want to eat and enjoy the environment. Not awkward because the servers are having a bad day. It's happened with more than one server. read more

I've been visiting this bdubs for about two years now. I can say I've never had a bad experience here. Staff is always friendly and attentive. They didn't put sauce on my wings and when I called back they just ignored it. Bad customer service

To whom it may concern, I know that you couldn't get worse service on Mars!! We ordered, waited 40 damn minutes, to end up getting my order wrong three different times!!! They got 1 out of 6 orders right!!! The only tip our waitress got was 15 cents and I believe that was too much. For a first experience of Buffalo Wild Wings, I would never go back. For a college town, people expect better service. We Googled that the chain will get your food out in 15 minutes or it's free. I don't think we should have paid anything. They made no attempt to make it up to us, like it's a normal thing. They should appreciate the business!!! I don't want anyone to go through what we had to go through. I hope they change it because they would make a better inflow of people!!! -Dr. Blake A. Shultz read more

Good, clean atmosphere beer selection is awesome. However I would like if they carried more seafood items such as lobster or shrimp.

Pretty bad for Buffalo Wild Wings. Barely give you any sauce on your wings, and put almost no alcohol in their mixed drinks. Waitresses don't really know the drinks or what's in them. If I could go lower than a 1 Star I would. read more

Timing! It's everything in the food business! Hubby and I went in for late evening supper! Only a few tables full! I ordered the appetizer sampler as a meal and hubby ordered a cheeseburger with NO lettuce or tomato! It finally came and the app sampler must have been ready for 15 min or more because the melted cheese had hardened and the fried pickles and chilli cheese fries were cold! Hubby's burger was dry and burnt on the edges and the pickles and onions were missing but there was a big slice of tomato and large lettuce leaf! Had twosday wing deal. Good price. Tried to order online but was having issues so I called. I know that's not a local chain issue rather than an app issue or maybe even my fault who knows. Wings were great. Only complaint was not as saucy as I'd like. If you want them fresh and saucy, dine in. I got mine to go. Also got 2 pieces of celery and 4 carrots in the veggie bag. I know we get more when dining in but maybe this is their practice anyways. Still a very satisfying meal. $9 for 14 Wings. read more

This is a great location down in Aggieville. The restaurant is very clean. Service was slow for a 1:00 lunch, so was not a good choice during lunch break.
