Meat was ok, but I found their baked beans to be very mediocre. I'd recommend that Cox Bros offer their pineapple coleslaw as a substitute for the beans. It would lighten the dish and make it much more enjoyable for the summer months when beans, meat, and cheese is a just heavy and hot. I'd probably also get it with no cheese. Idk if they use mozzarella or if it was a jack cheddar mix, but the first few bites gave me a pizza vibe, which is not great when you're expecting barbecue.
