After my previous experience at Wingstop, I decided to write this poem: It all started on a fine Sunday, When we ordered from Wingstop, and had to pay. We ordered at 11:56, But didn't realize that they played a trick. We said to have them made by 1, But came back at 1:12 and they still weren't done! So we waited and waited, as time went by, But they said they were still packing the wings , which was an obvious lie! 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20, and 30, Our wings weren't done until about 1:40. Finally, driving home from a headache of things, We found out that they gave us the wrong wings! Well this was the last time we went to Wingstop, next time we'll eat at some other shop. read more

I honestly can not get enough of this place. Yes it is pricey but I think it's worth every penny. We always order the family pack and it's gone that same night no leftovers! I always get the garlic parmisean with ranch. I don't know what they put in that ranch but it is honestly the best ranch I have had. And their fries are AMAZING! I reccomend this place to a lot of people. The strips are really good to. My mom is a fan of the lemon pepper and my fiance likes the hawaian. We had them cater my moms bday and they were all gone! Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, and the portions are good. I have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. The soda machine is cool too. Wings do take a little more to cook because they cook them to order. I think this is good because it means that I am not getting wings that have been sitting for a while. I had the misfortune of making an online order at this location when they were breaking in a new crew or so the owner claimed. The order was delayed 35 minutes, was under cooked and the fries were cold, limp and clearly were the leftovers from previous batches. When I asked for a refund I was told that they have a no refund policy. When I spoke to the owner, she agreed to give me a refund. The refund, like my online order is late. Came here a few weeks ago with some co-workers (7/29/15) around lunch time. Two of my co-workers called in and I paid online. This place was dirty as all hell and hot as MF, with flies buzzing around everywhere. They screwed up my co-workers order, my order was not ready when I got there (which I gave them plenty of time). They only had two guys working there on a lunch rush hour, freaking kidding me?!? As we sat there and waited for our meals to be done, I consistently saw people going back up to the counter because their orders were wrong. I've ordered from here a few times and have really enjoyed the wings. One thing I would suggest is pay more attention to online orders, sometimes the seasoning that's supposed to go on fries ends up on the wings. Still good, ain't mad, but just something to look at more closely. :) read more

I'm giving this place a 4 stars because one of the last times I was in there the manager was very nice. I would say this is a 3 -4 star place because it's really nothing special. But... their wings are good and if you call in your order you never have to wait. I've tried several different flavors of the wings and they have always been good. So we came here after spending the afternoon at our relatives' house. We didn't want to cook dinner and thought this might be a cool place to try. Overall the chicken was ok. We had the 20 pieces with half lemon pepper and the other half buffalo style. For the price of $14.00 it came with 20 wings and an order of fries. Not too bad, but we've definitely had better fried chicken elsewhere. The location is a bit hidden but can easily be seen from Target. At least we tried a new place to eat in Livermore! Food was good. Service was terrible. The Manager was eating, the girl who was helping him cook was horse playing with the younger man who rang people up and took our money, the wait for the wings was at least 25 minutes. My air fryer at home is much faster and just as good, but I was at work on lunch hour. I order garlic Parmesan and got lemon chicken, I ate one wing and told them wrong order and the manager said bring me you wings, so I did n seconds later he calls my name, he gave me back the same wings with Parmesan cheese on it. PRICING IS MISLEADING!!! Wings are good but they need to fix the pricing on their website. The price for the 50 pieces on mix and match (boneless or with) on their website is $34.49 but when I got to the store to pick up my order, the price I had to pay was $46.49. I was told by the cashier that there had been numerous of customers that had complained of the inconsistencies of prices on there website and store and that "corporate" had been notified. Fix your pricing online to match what your stores charges so there's confusion. If this had been at a Target or any other retail store, they would have matched the online price but they didn't so therefore they suck! read more

Worst Wingstop I've ever had. The wings were under seasoned, one drumstick in a 10 piece order, the skin was soggy and extremely fatty and filled with gristle. This is the third bad experience I've had with this particular location. I wouldn't go here at all except it's a local wing place. The wings are decent. The staff is rude and focused on their discussions with each other. Cleanliness is questionable. Tables are left without being bussed and something is always missing from the counter area (paper towels, forks, etc.). If this is a franchise and I were the owner I would be taking care of business. Just tried to place a pick up order by phone only to get disconnected twice.... Make that three times... I hate the atmosphere at Buffalo Wild Wings and the wings are just meh but they are cleaner and more reliable in terms of service. read more

This place is the worst. We ordered online, arrived after thirty minutes, and still had to wait another thirty minutes to get our order... which ended up being wrong. So we had to wait another ten minutes for the right order. And while we were there, they gave the wrong order to someone else and had to chase him out the door when they realized their mistake. They also left the tables a disaster. I felt bad for the staff because it was more of a management problem being that they were extremely understaffed. My Family and I are new to Livermore. We came across this wingstop establishment and are very pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism of Axel and his team today on 12/7/2014. Axel gave us small samplings of each sauce to ensure what our tastebuds were complianve with before we made a family pack purchase. I recommend 5 stars of this place, Axel and his team that night. This is the second wing stop that I have visited in two weeks. The first wing stop was in Milpitas and it was great. This Livermore location wasn't even close to being on par. Wings were greasy, fries were soggy and under cooked. The lady taking my order was very personable but very annoying due to the fact that she tried to up sale every item on the meal. If I wanted a large I would have ordered a large. Just a FYI. When using a credit card a retailer is not suppose to ask for ID unless the card is not signed. I was asked and then I pointed out that my picture was on the card and informed them that they are not suppose to ask. But I pretty sure they will anyway. Bathroom was dirty. Towel dispenser was broken and you could not get any towels out to dry your hands. Bathroom door was broken and almost had to be slammed in order to get it to lock. I was contacted and apologized to for the HORRIBLE service i received here not one but several times, (every time being not busy at all, less than 3 customers), I was hoping that since it had been a good two months almost since ive been here maybe they are ok now. Well, its 10:07pm now as i write this, placed my order right at 9:30 for a 10 piece bone in, took them half an hour to mess up my order and give me boneless wings, AND cold fries. Great job guys! Our first visit to the store. Manager/Owner told us that coupons were not accepted as this was a franchise. We were also told that we could not substitue side dishes on the family meals. We stepped aside and let the next customers order. They happened to be of the same ethnic racial group as the owner/manager. She allowed THEM to submit a coupon and also to make changes to the side order. Since we overheard that,, we stepped forward and complained........... No apologies,,,,,,Clearly special treatment for some, but we could not do the same as we are white. Unbelievable. read more

We visited this Wingstop on July 4 and was totally disappointment. We chose to eat the food on the premise but soon noticed that the place was full of flies. As we mentioned this to the hostess, she mentioned that yes it was a problem with flies and we also noticed that there was an electronic 'fly zapper' on the counter.
