Went there and ordered 2 meals of 8 wings each. The girl training the new hire was rude and unprofessional. Obviously she needed more customer service training. Anywho we got our order and the wings were freezer burned over fried and dried! The fríes were EXTREMELY salty. There was soda spilled all over the counter. The ketchup packets had some type of cheese sauces dried up on them. The manager whom was cooking was nice and gave us a refund since we didn't eat it. I think this store needs to retrain their employees or hire new ones. CORPORATE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION UNEXPECTEDLY OR UNDER COVER BOSS!!!!! You would be disappointed! I have always been a wings patron. Raised in Dallas this has always been my wing place. So when my husband and I moved to the area I was delighted to know that there were two not far from my home. That excitement diminish quickly. I have been to the Glen Burnie and Laurel locations, both owned by the same person and I get the same experience There is no customer service the employees are rude they don't get your order right and have the nerve to want to argue with you about it. Anywhere I spend my money I want to be satisfied. Wings are a commodity, something everybody loves this is why they can get away with the way they treat their customers. It's Wingstop, the food is good when they get your order right. But I refuse to go back to either one of these locations. If you can I deal with the rude employees, then go for it. read more

PSH, I will just preface this with the wings were great. However, the wings were not worth waiting almost 45 minutes for. My husband and I ordered a nice amount of wings on a Saturday night after church service. We stopped at the 7/11 up the street and we placed our order through the app, and then we picked up a movie at the red box. The wait time was 20 minutes, understandable. We killed a little bit of time in the car before my husband went in to get the order. 45 minutes after the initial 20 minute quote the wings were in hand. Normally we order wings on a Monday and the wings are ready. However, the last few times the garlic parmesan wings have been on the dry side. We ordered our food inside the location, and waited 45 minutes. In that timeframe, I watched them cook. Using the same gloves for numerous tasks, including numerous plates of food, cooking items, cabinets. Another individual was eating fries with their bare hands, putting their fingers in their mouth, and then preparing food without washing their hands. One had their shoulder length hair free, waiving around all over food prep. No expediting for the tickets, which were put in any order as they were placed. Our fries came out cold, wings over-sauced and tasting old. Fries were intensely seasoned and unpleasant. Blue cheese dip was definitely watered down. If I could give zero stars I would. When I asked how much longer my order would be at 40 minutes, I was met with a blank stare and someone else answered stating my fries still had to be dropped. I'd like to note we had one order of tenders, two orders of boneless wings, and one sandwich. It isn't like we ordered the whole menu. Also, zero apologies about the wait. There were three other customers with issues just in the time I was there. I've learned now. Avoid this place! I hope I don't get sick from the food prep. Just horrible but they are really slick, they will put about 2-3 fresh ones on top. I'm really disappointed with the service we recieved at this Wingstop location. Initially I was excited to see one our side of town and was looking forward to their great tasting wings. This was not the case last Friday, I placed and order online like I've done before. My husband came in to pick the the order but the cashier would not release the food I had paid for without the credit card that originally purchased the order. I wasn't present with the card so I provided a picture of the card to my husband to show the cashier. She then told him to have me send the 3 digit security code on the back of my card. Now I've never been asked to present a card before nor has anyone ever ask for the security code. And frankly I think that's a bit much to provide when a customer has already paid for the product ahead of time. I didn't feel comfortable giving this info to the cashier and requested for the order to be cancelled. While I understand and respect Wingstop has a policy to ensure customers get their products, it should account for instances where the card is not present. I even sent the order details as confirmation it was actually our order. I wasn't there so I cannot speak to how the cashier's attitude was but my husband returned home frustrated, due to this we will no longer return or do business with this organization unless the policy is updated. Countless fast food places have online order pick up processes that do not cause this type of headache. And the policy doesn't even state customer must provide the security code, only states to show the card. read more

Ordered food through DoorDash. I got seasoned fries, mango habanero and Louisiana dry rub wings. The food came cold, though that wasn't really their fault. The main issue I had is that the food had some chemical taste. I don't know if their seasoning is old or if it's the oil that they cooked the food in. All I know is that it made my tongue go numb and I couldn't finish my food. I even had other people in my house try it and they all said there was something wrong with the food. Wow where do I start.... I came in yesterday 1-1-2017 about 1 in the afternoon. This was my first time at the establishment and all I heard was great things so I had to find out for myself.. So when I got in the store it was no one at the register so I waited until the employee came and I told her this was my first time and before I could say another word she walked away instead of telling me what was good or on the menu. All I can say is poor customer service, great food but the employees they have working there will give them a bad name. I'm the assistant G.M at &pizza in DC and I know first hand great customer service. For one you should never leave a register unattended. An second of a guest never been to your establishment you should explain them the menu and at least tell them your favorite. One of thee best Wing Stops I've been to thus far! Each time we have visited we have been greeted by a pleasant staff.
