The service is straight trash. The girl at the counter barely tried to help her coworkers as she was on her phone. I ordered 10 minutes prior to my arrival time and she said my food wasn't ready. Fine. Another 15 minutes go by and still nothing. I see her put a bag down and she doesn't call out a name. I assumed it was the order of the person in front of me, because they were waiting on theirs as well. So im still waiting another 10 minutes goes by and I go up and ask how much longer til my food is ready? She says " I think shes making it right now" then she goes to her coworker and asks. Service is horrible, some of the employees are very unprofessional and they take way too long. Missing item that we ordered and gave me attitude when I question if our sandwich was spicy. Very rude and unprofessional. While waiting for our sandwich that was missing, four employees walked out of the store saying something blew up, upon walking outside there was a brush fire across the street off of Cherry Lane. I thought that was very unprofessional also as somebody could have robbed them. You just don't walk out of the restaurant. I have been there to pick up my order for my customer from Door Dash and have waited way too long and noticed employees on their cellphones and not acknowledging the customers. Very disappointed with this location. I kept giving them chance after chance because I'm a Wingstop fan but tonight was the last time that I will order from here again. Once I got home to eat my wings I immediately noticed how dry and old they looked. The sauce on the original hot wings were barely coated. The skin looked odd as if the wings were cooked hours before I placed my order and then tossed with sauce afterwards. My lemon pepper wings were the same. Very old and stale appearance. The wings didn't seem fresh at all. Very unappealing and not pleasant to eat. This hasn't been the first time I've experienced an unsatisfactory order at the location and unfortunately this will be my last. Wingstop has delicious, freshly prepared wings. The place itself is definitely meant for carry out; the atmosphere isn't that inviting at all. You can order ahead online or over the phone (which I would recommend because preparation times can be somewhat long). The wings are pricier than I'd like, considering you can sit at a full service restaurant and get similar quantities for the same price. Still, Wingstop is a good place to carry out from. NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY !! I placed an online order but wanted to cancel it because it said that it would take over an hour to receive, so I called the store, spoke to the manager, Diamond and was told that my order was ready, so I decided to keep it instead of canceling. I entered the store, saw employees dancing around the fryers, sitting on the counters and acting inappropriate around food. I was handed an order, but was told that it was wrong after I looked in the bag, so I handed it back. Knowing that I touched the food, the employee put it back on the shelf with the other orders. Another employee came over and asked if I was picking up an order, so I explained what happened with the order, so she checked around for the ticket that was with the order. She eventually found the ticket in the trash, rinses her hands off (with water only, no soap) goes back over to the bag that I had been digging in and looks inside of it. She said that the fries were cold, so she took them over to one of the dancers by the fryer and asked him to replace them. I watched him place a few fries on top and hand them back to the young lady, who put them back in the bag. At that point, I was so disgusted that I asked for a refund. The dancer with dreadlocks went to go get Diamond from the back and she came out with her nasty attitude and asked me what happened. I told her that I didn't want the order because there were people dancing around the food prep area and too much confusion with my order. She said that she would send it to somebody to have it refunded because she couldn't access online orders and turned to walk away. I asked her for something in writing so she wrote on a piece of receipt paper that my order would be refunded. I had to ask her to include her name and order number so that I would have something to verify the exchange. This was by far, my worst experience at any wingstop. I wouldn't recommend that location to anyone. It needs new staff and new professional managers. This took place on the 19th of August and I have yet to see a refund or hear from the company, so they basically stole my money. read more

But it was the last day of our vacation aka "eat whatever we want" so we ordered a 20 piece with ranch and bleu cheese on the side which came out to $20. We got the parmesan garlic (SO good), the Louisiana rub and the Cajun. I prefer dry rubs and didn't realize that the cajun was saucy. That was our least favorite. The Louisiana rub was alright.
