My son and I came here to watch the Ravens game. They couldn't figure out how to change their own televisions so halfway into the 1st quarter we had to move to another table. A few things have changed since I last visited this BWW location, which was a few years ago. My most recent visit was a bit surprising, but then again since the pandemic many business have changed things. I went during the late afternoon and there were only 1 or 2 patrons in the restaurant. There was no host or hostess to seat my party and after some wandering we were told by the bartender that we could sit anywhere. The bartender explained that there was no dedicated wait staff and we could order and pay via a QR code. The absence of wait staff and the need to order via QR code gave the restaurant a more casual, almost self-serve vibe. Despite this approach, the bartender was helpful and attentive, assisting us with a request for our order and checking on us frequently. The wings were perfect and cooked exactly to order. However, the ambiance felt a bit dreary and lacking in the usual lively vibe at BWW. For me, the lack of wait staff and the overall atmosphere detracted from the dining experience. The helpfulness of the bartender somewhat compensated for the lack of traditional service, but it still felt less than a full-service restaurant. If you're looking for great wings and don't mind a more self-serve approach, this location will still satisfy your cravings. read more

Atrocious customer service .. the women in the bar was so rude and wouldn't talk nice . The inside of the place was awesome and had so much space . No Buffalo Wild Wings where my wife and I live and have missed their wings so we dove the 45 minutes to have lunch there. We walked in behind another party, there's a sign that says "Seat Yourself", half the place had tables already setup for diner's the other party and us sat on this side of the restaurant. There was two employees sitting at a table talking and the bartender. The bartender came over and said you can't sit on this side and walked away as she was talking to a delivery drive. We walked to the other side which was the bar side with all high tables and bar chairs that are uncomfortable for both of us (were an elderly disabled couple). Shoutout to our local community heroes! This location has always served us well and today was no exception. We sat down and we were able to get our drinks, appetizers, and entrees ordered all via scanning the QR code. The bartender was also our server, so that made everything flow seamlessly. She was able to verify our order and bring out our drinks in a timely manner. She was very personable and professional. The lady that brought out our food was also very friendly and helpful. We had yummy cheese curds, fries, and two flavors of wings. The wings were of a generous size and well cooked. We had the Hot BBQ Wings and the Bulliet sauce wings. Both were delicious in their own way! The Bulliet sauce was sweet and savory! I would love that sauce on ribs!! And the Hot BBQ had a spicy heat that stacked up with each bite! It was nice to alternate between the sauces and I had to eat my fries, celery, and carrots for even a little bit more relief when I got too hot. I was good! And we got full fast! came in a lil after 5 on a thursday. the place was empty there were no tables and two people at the bar, the busiest they got while we were there was 9 people at the bar and 4 tables which for 2-3 bartenders and 2-3 servers is not busy. idk what the bartenders names were but they got our drinks, took a while to make those, got apps, took a while to get those, then got our wings which also took forever. the first set of wings that came out were not ours so we sent them back and then ours came and they were cold and somehow overcooked. in total we were there for an hour and a half and ignored. bad service, bad kitchen, don't recommend. read more

Great deal 20 wings twenty dollars, ordered online. Arrived at the Laurel Location ,, told the waitress that I had ordered online, she replies and points to the back wall. I go to the back wall near the bathrooms and I can't see who or what I should be asking for. I have to ask her again. Where do I pick up my order she points to a rack. I am the only order on the rack. I pursued to leave the establishment and check my bag for contents and my french fries are missing. I go back in and say my french fries are missing. She looks in my bag takes everything out and says oh sorry and she goes to the back and gets an order of french fries. I leave the establishment and get in my truck and taste the french fries and they are stone cold cold. I didn't bother going back in, but I would not order from this location again. What can you expect from a franchised restaurant? You offer PPV events but don't even have enough staffing to service the customers. First, I walk in and there's no host/hostess. I waited about 10 minutes to even ask if they were showing the PPV event. Then at the bar, I waited about 1 hr to get waited on. I kept getting the staffers saying "I'll be right with you" and then skip me and go to another table. I ended up ordering from the bar. Then when I ordered, the food that I got was terrible - the nachos are usually good but that day, it was atrocious. The nachos were fried together in blocks and not enough queso on it. I guess the folks who work here don't like their jobs very much. So I came in this past Tuesday for takeout order I placed online. I was craving wings and I figured it's Tuesday so they'll have the wing "special" going on. Well not quite! They changed it up a bit. They no longer do 60 cent wings - it's BOGO so it works out to be cheaper than the regular price but not a huge discount like before. I also have only been here a handful of times ever in life. This section has a separate entrance, well more like exit because there is a sign saying use front entrance to enter. The guy there didn't greet me either. I told y'all they don't like their jobs. I said I was there to pick up my online order (10 wings, side of carrots and celery, ranch). Right after, the phone rang and he attended to the call. He gets off the phone, but still no greeting or asking me anything. I mean what kinda place is this? Geez!!! He grabs my order out of a warmer/fridge (not sure to be honest) behind him and just hands it to me. I thought they were supposed to verify the contents. I ordered through DoorDash from "Wild Burger", not realizing it was under BWW. So I was quite confused when my food came in BWW containers, but that's neither here nor there. My fiancé and I both enjoyed our food. I ordered the double burger with fries. The burger was as good as a burger gets. It was juicy with all the right toppings and the bun was tasty. I got the barbecue chipotle(?) rub on my fries. They were good, but a little spicy. My fiancé ordered the smoked brisket burger with tater tots with lemon pepper & salt & vinegar seasoning. We ordered 10 boneless wings Parmesan garlic and tried their lemon pepper sauce. I didn't even know they had an LP sauce until our waiter mentioned. It wasn't good though so stick to the lemon pepper dry rub! We also ordered 10 traditional wings since they were BOGO. I made sure to get my favorite lemon pepper dry rub and regular mild sauce. Paid $14.49 for 20 wings which is a reasonable price I believe. For the house sampler, we subbed the onion rings for tater tots but they were way over done. I was not a fan of the nachos/had better before. Mozzarella sticks were amazing and cheesy. Look at my cheese pull pic! I wanted to add potato wedges when our food came out but was told the kitchen was closing. The restaurant was very cold and honestly uncomfortable to sit through. One worker started to clean and sweep as we were still eating. I understand you are all closing soon but I think it would be respectful to clean elsewhere since people are still eating. You have to order through an app and they don't have menus anymore. Every time we've been there someone has come in to complain and we finally had our last straw w this place and those people. I walk in to two servers having a conversation since they weren't busy on a Tuesday night. This is after requesting the missing dressings which also seemed to add to the irritation. Outside of that one table visit which I consider standard when expecting a tip we never saw our hostess who I began referring to as Cinderella due to her disappearing acts. Food: We ordered the following items: 1. Black Bean Burger w/ Fries 2. Parmesean Wings 3. Classic Chicken Wrap 4. Buffalo Wings 5. Loaded Tater Tots I would reccomend the black bean burger and tater tots. The rest of the food was pretty good as well but these two were the best from this selection. So we walk in and there's no one at the host stand so we stand there for about 5 mins until someone walks out from the kitchen telling us it's self seating in the bar so maybe we should write that on the whiteboard at the front of the restaurant. They had one waitress for the entire bar area which made the service incredibly slow.
