The service here is definitely not the greatest and for some reason the wait for the food is just the longest. Have you ever been so hungry waiting for your food that the longer you wait and the more "hungry" you get, the more annoyed you get and then you're just not hungry anymore? So absolutely love the food. This review centers ar on customer service. At the end of it all I'm still a customer that will come back, eventually, but I want to highlight how really good customer service can make a big difference for a customer and why this particular visit for me was negative. COVID is the reason most places have changed their mode of operations and I get it. I didn't know the dining was going to still be closed when my coworker and I agreed to have a business lunch there today. I have eaten at other places here locally in Killeen that have opened back up to limited capacity. Take safety measures. That's great. Wingstop chairs and tables are stacked up right there. I asked if we could take 2 chairs and a table and place it outside. They declined. I offered to pay extra $15 bucks and we offered to do it ourselves. Request denied. I was not mad at the guy. Just disappointed. We walked two doors over and sat In the dinning area of Schlotzsky's. I gave the same $15 I offered Wingstop employee to the first worker I saw in Schlotzsky's. They allowed us to sit and eat lunch and talk business and that's what I wanted from Wingstop. Some might disagree with my assessment. It would have cost nothing to accommodate our request and I was willing to pay more. Customer service is huge. Thank you Schlotzsky's for making our Wingstop lunch lotz better.
